I was there all day today, from 9:00am-5:45pm. My car needed a lot checked out a some things fixed. I had a great experience with the Staff and the Customers. The Staff kept me updated on everything that was being done and they kept making sure that I was ok or if I needed anything. I had a lot of fun talking and joking with everyone. Hutchinson is the only place that I will ever go to buy a car or to have my car serviced.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was given the run around at another dealership. Called Hutchinson the service manager step up and they were able to get me in quickly and fixed my AC and had me back on the road within 24 hours.

Wonderful professional staff at the repair department. Under an hour to patch my tire when I just showed up. I love these people. Keep up the amazing work

The person who examined car immediately took it to have the undercarriage examined, even though it was close to closing. They fixed my car problem and I was on my way in less than an hour

Hutchinson Service Department made a 'same day' reservation for me to have the regular service done on my Acadia. They were cordial and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. They also did a great job getting it washed and looking like new!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Called to schedule to have my heated seat chip installed. When I got there 2 days later from call. They tell my they have to order chip. Will take 5 to 7 days to get. Then 4 hrs to install. They could of told me that when I called to set the appointment. I will never buy anything from them.. earlier this year went for oil change and rotate tires. They never rotated tires.

Terrible service department, I brought my vehicle to come get solenoids replaced. Guy in front desk told me he was gonna call Allstate for the extended warranty 2 plus weeks and the guy says he hasn t had a chance to make a call.
