Purchased this beauty hassle free at Hutchinson Buick GMC! Joel Massey worked with me over the phone making sure I didn t miss out on this beauty. He went above and beyond for sure! Jeff Teague was also a huge help in this buying process for me! I will definitely make that 2.5 hour drive again when I need something for this truck or my next vehicle! You guys rock!

Love the fact I can walk into this dealership and be automatically treated like family. Brad and Phillip were amazing to work with and they got me in and they got me out!!! Hands down will forever be coming here for all of my future buys!

Totally unprofessional! The experience that I encountered with the finance manager Darnel Daly, trying to get my money returned to me was a nightmare!My calls were not returned or emails as any business would and this is the supposed Finance manager. I had to call the General manager for a return correspondence! I would not advise any Veterans to shop at this dealership period!I tried to not put any star but it wouldn t let post.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to make everyone aware not to buy a vehicle from here. I bought my xt6 in may with promises to get a few things fixed. Within a matter of a month I had to return up there 3 different times to get paperwork fixed. Within that month the gentleman who sold me the vehicle quit. He never put in what was promised to get fixed. I called and spoke with Steve winters who is the general manager left messages and finally got a call back. He claims parts are not coming in. In July I called about the recall and they fixed that 2 weeks later since may. Ive called service once a week to see if my parts came in and I keep getting told no. I called October 26 in efforts to get my truck fixed and NOBODY I SPOKE TO WORK THERE anymore. It s December I took my truck up there to trade it in and all of a sudden my parts are there. When asked to speak to the general manager about this situation he refused to come out the office. Now I have to find a good time to take my truck up there so it can be fixed. It should not have taken 7 months to get parts or repairs done. This company is a piece of $hit. Save your money and time go somewhere else.

I have to share that the experience I just had with Hutchinson Buick GMC Cadillac was one of the ALL-TIME BEST car buying experiences I've ever had. There's been a lot; I like cars and buy the ones I like most. Glendetta, Kerde, and Steve were absolutely fantastic, and forever changed my opinion of their dealership. I usually hate talking to car sales professionals. This team has set a new Gold Standard in Macon in my experienced opinion! If you're looking for folks that actually care, listen, consult, and partner with you on YOUR vehicle purchase then go see Glendetta, Kerde, and Steve. And, when you get there, tell 'em Garrett King sent you over. I have full faith they'll make sure you get the same world-class service I did.

ORIGINAL (BUT SEE UPDATE FURTHER BELOW): A+ originally, but I am anxious to see how their service staff is because their Kia counterpart wasn't receptive to a prior over the phone advice service request until days later & by then I got resolve elsewhere because the issue needed more immediate resolve...UPDATE (2/10): Went there for thoughts of my wife's 2023 Buick Envision Essence future vehicle purchase & thought I was going to get the same service as before, but we reached a monthly price through finance that would've been too high for my wife's current range. My credit is great & allowed a decent dip for discounts, as such were applied, but I talked to Ron, and even Joe Henderson, the manager, to be amicable to a cost but Joe Henderson said No. As I was walking out, a special salesman named Rodney that was a national travel agent, intervened & matted the price down to get us into the vehicle wanted. We ultimately said Yes! I went to the extent of them advising that I need to call the insurance company to change insurance, & had keys on the desk about to initiate the change.While on the phone with the insurance company, canceling insurance with my then prior car that was going to be traded in, they said that the vehicle they priced it for, was for a different vehicle & I needed to pay extra for the vehicle.Mind you, they priced one vehicle down that had a few less options, to a monthly cost that was too high & the another vehicle that we actually wanted with more options for the SAME cost per month that they okayed.Sadly to say, if Rodney, the national sales agent, wasn't there, we would've walked out 2x over, but he, over anyone else there, was trying to get us into the vehicle. However, even after the previously mentioned OK & me actually changing insurance, Joe Henderson said No. Even when we went $120 over the monthly payment that we already told them of which we were trying to stay around. We were ok with that because Rodney, the outside sales guy, was trying to help us get into the vehicle & succeeded when we agreed. Then came the No after Joe Henderson mentioned the higher price after the agreement, THAT MY WIFE SIGNED with the intention of the vehicle with the panoramic sunroof & they knew that is the one she was signing for!!I now have to call the insurance company again to renew the old vehicle's insurance since it was the weekend because as I tried to call Allstate once more, they couldn't revert it & I have to call them on Monday, with the old Vin number & such to reinstate the old insurance, since they did not give the $40 difference for what they have already ok & my wife signed off on. Just aggrevating all around, but Rodney, was a saving grace, but that's the only reason for the singular star I'm giving based on the experience.My wife is totally upset & we wasted hours of time, went over on budget plan for the vehicle that my wife SIGNED OFF ON, just to ultimately get shut down. I really feel like a contact from the Regional or higher should be advised.ALL BE ADVISED! Hopefully they will learn & do better after this totally disheartening experience.

I wasn't happy at all because I came back 2 times for 2023 envision essence with Panoramic roof. I was ready to take him/ truck home with the help of the sales guy Rodney. He got the best price for me even though it was passed my comfort zone of 430.61. I test drove the truck and all and RON filled the truck up with gas and i told him i want it so I parked it in front because of that. Then everything was good so my husband went ahead on calling insurance company to register the vehicle and then in process everything changed on us and it was the wrong vehicle that was price quote on quote but Ronnie the salesman was quoting the same vehicle at 46.000 for the finally cost he came up with which was 549.00 mth and I agreed now it wasn't the right one that he quoted. Joe Henderson said it was the wrong vehicle and it was the one without Panoramic roof.I am so upset about what came up. I cleaned out the vehicle ready to drive him home and that was a failure.That just made me feel I am done looking forward with this company.

A great place to begin and end your car shopping. Everyone was extra welcoming and polite. When it comes to vehicles I don't think any other dealership in Macon has such a selection. If you want new cars SUVs trucks come here if you want to get a good deal on it. If you're looking for a used vehicle look no further I think most of them are here. Staff very polite, knowledgable and respected my time. No high pressure they allowed me to look around and decide at my own pace. If you're looking for a place to get service for your vehicle they'll have you in and out with money left in your pocket. I would definitely suggest this place to all my friends and family.

I had Brian Hatfield as my service provider , and he was absolutely amazing! Was very detailed in explaining the process of what will be done on my vehicle . Definitely 150% recommend to come here for any of your vehicle needs !

I found myself in Macon, Georgia for work in the midst of Hurricane Michael. One morning I left my hotel, intent on getting to the jobsite to continue providing critical backup power for the area hospitals. As I approached my field service truck I noticed with a sunken heart that my window was broken and upon further inspection realized that all of my tools had been stolen and my truck door had also been bent whenever the thief pried it open. I was very distressed of course and after filing the police report and notifying my employer I sought out a dealership to repair my vehicle.My truck is a Chevrolet product. I could not find a Chevy dealer close to me to drive with broken windows so when I approached the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and explained my situation, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were happy to fix my vehicle. The staff at Hutchinson went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they source a window for my vehicle and get it installed the next business day but they treated me extremely well. I am from out of state and now just realizing My whole livelihood had just been stolen. The staff at Hutchinson assured me that they would keep my truck locked inside the dealership overnight while they waited for the window to be delivered and they secured a loaner vehicle for me for the time period they had my truck.I was very impressed by all of the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and I would encourage any person to go there for their vehicle needs. I will also be getting my new vehicle there too.Thank you.

Quoted me $110 for an oil change then this is what they charged after fees his is what they I called 3 other dealerships while I was there and all three were $70-80 less for the same vehicle. When I asked why they got snippy with me. They also charged for a rotation that they did now do.i should have checked all the other 1-star reviews before I dropped off.

I recently purchased my very first brand new car from Hutchinson's. When I say I was the happiest girl. The salesman Byron James was absolutely incredible. He is very patient, kind and thorough. He works in some of the most difficult situations to see what he can do for you. This salesman goes over, above and beyond to accommodate his customers while they are making a purchase. Purchasing a brand new car is a big decision, and you need someone who will take the time to explain the steps. This office is very clean. The people are friendly. They have refreshments available for you. I just love it! You can go out there anytime to ask questions, and leave well informed. If you are in the market for a new car, go there first!
