Harrison's is a professional outfit and I think their work was top-notch. They restored my Rav 4 to look like it came straight from the new showroom floor, without any flaws. I was also impressed that my vehicle was expertly detailed , both inside and out! I highly recommend them and note that their repair estimate (which they stuck to) was way below the "other guys". Received most unprofessional service. My car wasn t repaired. After bringing to Kim s attention I was told by Kim the car isnt new My car still rattles, told by service to keep the sunglasses compartment down to balance, rattling noise. The outside piece that was supposed to have been repaired continues to pop out of place. This body shop is nothing like when Mr. Harrison ran it. I got rear-ended while returning to Mercer and cannot believe the craftsmanship that the Auto body shop specialists at Harrison's Body Shop have shown on my car. I did not have my Honda Passport for about 2 weeks but honestly, they killed the game and it was worth the wait. They were even generous enough to drop the car off at home and even detailed the interior and exterior of the car. Thank You!

I found Harrison's Body Shop to have superior customer service as well as repair skills. My car looks brand new! They also detailed my car, which I did not expect, nor did I expect to be treated like royalty. I absolutely recommend Harrison's and Dan is a big reason why. Thank you!

Harrison's did a great job fixing my 4runner. When they were working on it and found additional damage from hitting a deer. They called to inform me of the damage and said they were contacting the insurance company about the extra needed repairs. They did a great job and i will certainly use them again if I have a repair. They are very professional and it was a great experience from start to finish. Best in middle Georgia !!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was rear ended on riverside my car was taken to Harrison's they assisted with sorting the insurance and lent me a vehicle until I get a rental car. Amazing service and people thank you so much in my time of need. On collecting my car it was spotless and looks like nothing ever happened. Awesome people and impeccable service cannot recommend highly enough thank you so much.

I have used Harrison's twice now. The staff is very friendly and they make sure the job is done right! They will deal with the insurance company directly and make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way. I am always pleased when I pick up my car. My car always looks perfect every time! Harrison's will take care of you.

I never review anything because I expect every company I do business with to deliver a great product. After sending my car for a second time to Harrison's I felt compelled to express how wonderful the people are and how amazing their quality of work is. If your car has been damaged and you want it to look even better than it did before the accident, then there is no better option than Harrison's Body Shop. Bravo!

*Please read* this place has a great reputation however I caught them engaging in deceitful practices. There were two places on my vehicle that needed repair. One involved ordering a side panel. I found out that the side they worked in did not look like the other side. I pay close attention to details. They used molding instead of ordering the part and when I confronted the owner, she lied and said they order new parts but when I pointed out the difference she became angry and give me my money back. Should've reported this to the insurance company since they are getting money. Also the two areas they repainted is badly oxidized. Original factory paint is still in great condition. Go at your own risk.

I have used Harrison's Body Shop for years, and they have repaired at least FOUR of my vehicles, and every ONE of them have looked BRAND NEW when they were done. I cannot commend them enough on their good work. I have a car there right NOW being repaired and though it may take a little longer to repair, I have NO worries as I know it will be done RIGHT. If you are looking for a good body shop I would totally recommend Harrison's!

Very Bad Attitude from people in the front office. Staff shouldn t make make comments like you are going to get us fired just because they aren t getting money quick enough. If you have to worry about getting fired because someone isn t paying in your time frame then you might want to figure out what you re doing wrong to already have one Foot out the door.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I m very happy with the work done on my vehicle and would definitely recommend Harrison s. The customer service was excellent, they did a great job on the repairs and they cleaned my car, too. It looks brand new again!

I have been using Harrison's Body Shop since the early 80's. There has been several times that I needed a vehicle repaired due to an accident and Harrison's has always done excellent work. The people at Harrisons were so nice to meKim Harrison waited on me me and she was very accommodating, I could not have ask for any one any nicer than her. I highly recommend if you need your car worked on take it to Harrison's Body Shop I promise you wont be disappointed.

The work that was done on my 2018 VW Altas was unbelievable! Not one part got replaced on the body, they repaired all the body work and it looks better than the day I bought it. Very professional and courteous people also. The next time I need a body shop it s a no brainer Harrison hands down the best I ever seen

Employee estimated me around $500 for a door handle repair. I was so astonished, I had to get a second opinion just to see if that was the industry rate. The second opinion was Jim s body and paint shop which was around $200 equaling about a 300 dollar difference!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had an insurance repair to my vehicle. Even though the insurance company would not pay for OEM replacement parts, Harrison's put the OEM part on for me. That is outstanding customer service to me. The repair was excellent and my vehicle looks great.

Update: paint started coming off bumper within a year. Harrison's honored lifetime warranty and fixed car. An inconvenience to have to take back but at least Harrison's fixed the problem, no arguments. Been over a year and no problem with the paint job thus far.
