I got gasket coil done yesterday an my appointment was at 11am I didn't leave till 4:30 do to unseen circumstances with a part had to wait for it to get deliverer. other than that the auto crew was very kinda they made sure to let me know everything they had to do . they even checked on me and my husband almost every 20 minutes. they also handle my car needs with kindness and care, with that been said I am very thankful for the Goodwill auto crew and I share return for all of my car needs as well. P.S. they have reasonable prices they were cheaper than they competitors.

If our car had to break down on our trip from Chicago to Orlando, I m SO happy it broke down in Macon! Advance Auto Parts recommended this shop, and we felt at ease the moment we got out of the tow truck. They were so accommodating with our situation. Right away they welcomed us (and our dog), offered us soda, informed us of nearby places to eat and shop, and kept us informed about what was going on with our car every step of the way. The price was very fair and the mechanic went the extra mile to make sure our car was safe for the rest of our trip home. I really wish this shop was located in Orlando so they could be our regular mechanics. Thank you to the entire team for your help!

I just wanna say that this is the place to go to get your car fixed!! Robbie and his crew was so nice and was able to get my car in the very next day, not to mention it was late in the day and on a short notice. He went above and beyond. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great customer service!!

They are SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem that had been seen twice by other mechanics. It was intermittent and not the main reason I was there so didn't even mention it to them, but they noticed it and fixed it! I never feel like I am being taken advantage of... And you can't beat their prices.

Very polite and professional. My engine light came on. They diagnosed and fixed my car within an hour. Great prices too. Highly recommended.
