After going to many different shops. Most not rude or lying about the work they provide. We came to this place. It was so worth it. They did the work correctly. Didn t over charge us and had great customer service. My husband has said we found our garage.

They always take great care of "my pretty". Ace and the rest of the crew have always been superb at what they do and I rely on them every time! Trust their work which is saying something for me because I have learned I cannot trust most shops!

Would not recommend. Took a car I commute with to them for timing chain tensioners and guides since I didn't have time to do it myself. After test driving it and having a timing cover bolt fall out which I then had to run through traffic to retrieve,I assumed the worst was over. I was wrong. Both valve covers now leaked and they had previously been fine. I ended up redoing a job I paid over $1000 for and as soon as I got the passenger side valve cover off I found out they had broken it and hastily glued it back together. They also caked Honda bond under both valve covers which took over an hour to remove on the side that wasn't cracked. I would hate to know what less informed people are stuck with after leaving. Gibson's Garage has always taken great care of my family. We have used them for years since they are right up the road from my parents house. They have always been helpful, quick and just reasonable with pricing etc.

Last Thursday evening about 5:30 p.m. I had left her to visit a friend and I was terrified the idiot light came on it was low tire pressure I stopped at Gibson's and they were so kind to me that young man check my tires and put air in the tire he was so kind of nice to a little old lady in a little it was close to their closing time but he took the time to take care of me no matter what my son and I have been going there for years getting work done on vehicles and my neighbor goes there also I've always been impressed with how kind everyone is and what a fine job they do every repair awesome people great place close to home

My exhaust system failed right before I was expected to go on a long car trip. I explained the situation and was fully expecting to have to make other arrangements. They talked me through the different possibilities, explained what was possibly wrong, and gave me estimates for each different scenario. They honestly treated me like I was an old friend. I highly recommend them. They were also able to get my car back to me in tip top shape before my trip.

Been to Gibson s Garage twice now. Taylor at the front desk is wonderful. She is kind, as well engaging. Ace one of their mechanics is spot on as he knows vehicles well. Oil change reasonable and with an appointment, pretty quick. Check engine lite was on my 2016 Equinox. Turned out after they put it on the computer, I needed n�e A2O sensors. If you need a hometown feel with great attention to detail, come here to Gibson s. Thank you.

Great service! Stopped here after hitting something on I-16 and these folks fixed the issue right away and got us back on the road. Highly recommend

While on a long road trip, I had an alert pop up on my dash. I pulled into the garage. The guys were helpful and quick. They got me back on the road safely. I enjoyed the vibe of the garage and the way they treated their customers - honest and fair. I would definitely use them as my regular service providers if I was a Macon local.

This place was amazing and really helped me out of a bind. Don't let the exterior of this place cause you to doubt the excellent care and superior customer service these wonderful people provide. They were great, fast, professional and really went out of their way to help me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair or tire service...Thank you Gibson Garage yall were lifesavers...

I bought a lemon from a dealership in March 2019. Since then I ve had over 6,000 of work put into it, the majority of it done here at Gibson s and at its affiliate R&N. My car has given them so many problems, from over heating to rejecting my keys and they ve stuck it out and taken care of the POS for me at reasonable prices. They are friendly, they are knowledgeable and best of all, they care. They have worked with me several times to make sure I have a working car for my kids. Amazing. I m honestly without words. Will always do business with them.

I have been dealing with the folks at Gibson's garage for over 20 years and have found them to be honest, competant and reasonable. They have always managed to solve my car problems and to maintain my vehicles in timely manners and with smiles. Sincerely reliable business to deal with. And great guys besides! You can trust them no matter what your car brand!

I used Gibson's Garage several years ago and got very good service from my friend; John Gibson. Years later, when my "check engine light" came back on, I took it back out there, and new owner; TJ had taken the business over. All I can say is that I got the best service ever. It took a while to find the problem, but they didn't charge me during the discovery of what was wrong. They repaired the problem, and sent me on my way. My recent experience was having a nice chunk of sheet metal stuck in my tire on the way to work. . Called the station and asked if they would order me a new tire. Pleasantly pleased with the turn around.

I had a flat tire on the way to work this morning and a gentleman stopped to change it for me. I asked did he mind getting his hands dirty and he said he was Gibson Garage Employee. He was extremely quick and polite. I was worried he might be late to work but he said his boss would be by in a minute since we were near the garage. Another man stopped, and he was the owner's son. He offered to help as well. I will definitely be bringing my business there!

Absolutely amazing service. Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Prices are cheaper than any other car repair shop I've ever been to. They will have my business as long as I need vehicle repairs.

Everyone there is extremely caring .They always make time to answer any questions you may have. The prices are good. Wouldnt take my car to anyone else. Honest people !! Travis really looks after his senior customers which means alot.

Great place. Honest and fair. Car runs like new. I wasted several hundred dollars at another repair shop. Finally took my car to Gibson's and they fixed the problem in minutes for $15.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, descent prices, knowledgeable and caring employees. They treat you like family. I've worked in the car business most of my life and I would recommend Gibsons Garage to everyone I know. They treat their customers the way they should be treated and they don't try to upsale things that you don't really need but they do inform you of things that actually need to be done.

Excellent, nice, and professional mechanics. They care and they go out of their way to help. You won't be charged for any unnecessary repairs. The only place I take my cars to be repaired. Best little secret in town.

It was a great experience. Was told might need to replace a part, however when the mechanic got under hood, part was OK. They could have increased their bill; but did not because the shop was an honest facility

Guys know what they re doing. Came in to replace my clutch and they realized right away that wasn t the issue, fixed it within an hour of working on it. Trustworthy and great service.

My family and friend,s have used Gibson,s for year,s.Gibson,s new owner T.J is a is a nice guy with a great staff.I had my matrix worked on today,the service was first rate and the the repair cost was very fair.I have 2 more car,s that will be going in for repair.Like some I was concerned when Mr Gibson sold but those concerns have been put to rest.

These guys saved me. Diesel truck broke down and it turned out to be nothing. They got me running without even charging me. Hard to find honest good mechanics, but now I have!!!
