Tripp was our salesperson and it was an AMAZING experience overall. Very knowledgeable and seamless to purchase our new vehicle in all the areas involved. I had been looking at several places and this was by far THE BEST! It wasn t your typical car buying experience. No pressure, comfortable, and extremely pleasant. If you are wanting a new vehicle, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ask for Tripp and you ll have that great experience too.

The place was very clean and the staff member were all polite. One of the best experiences I've ever from a dealership. Everything was explained in detail and my repair was finished fairly quickly. Will definitely come again.

Surprisingly refreshing. I m used to being harassed by salespeople at car dealers. But this time I wasn t. David was awesome. He really knew the car we were interested in very well. He knew every little detail about it. He was super polite and knowledgeable. The process was painless, and he gave us a very fair price at $11 below invoice. He also got me a fair value on my trade-in. I really didn t even need to bargain. We got a little hung up when it came time to sign papers with the finance guy because they were really busy and had other customers. But other than that delay, the process was relatively quick. They detailed our new car, filled up the gas tank, threw in some black locking lug nuts that match the rim color, and we were on our way.

I can t speak for their sales team so I won t. We took our 2021 Mazda 3 in for work that was covered by another companies warranty. My wife asked for a quote for an oil change and to check the rear tires; they were worn and needed to be replaced.After I got there and went to pay I noticed they put an oil change on the ticket and one was done. That my wife didn t ask for. The service advisor I worked with had an attitude when I brought it up and knew she wasn t supposed to approve itTheir sales might be nice but be wary of their service department

I called to set up an appointment for a test drive on Saturday, but changed my mind to do it Thursday. Funny thing is my salesperson Dorothy was looking out for me and let me know that another person was looking to test drive the same vehicle I had my eyes on.Long story short, it was love at first drive! Thank you all especially Dorothy Lamar for your help, patience and conversation.

I purchased a car at this dealership and had a wonderful experience! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and I found my dream car! I love my Mazda CX-30, it drives great and is so sleek. The technology is top notch and I ve enjoyed having my car for the past few weeks. Trip was the salesman, and he was so friendly and helpful!

Great! Mr. David Richardson was so helpful to show the car to me and explain all the features. Then when I had to wait several months to buy he didn t call and pressure me into buying. When I got ready to purchase I called him and he was able to get the car I wanted delivered. The entire experience was wonderful Hilda was a great help getting the papers signed when Mr Richardson was out sick the day I picked up the car

Cant say enough good things about our experience with Five Star Mazda! This was by far the easiest car purchase we have ever made! Ask for Dorothy Lamar! She was so attentive and knowledgeable about the new CX5 and gave the most thorough explanation of all the wonderful technology it has to offer. She even had the car cooled off and ready for our test drive before we arrived for our appointment. Dorothy and her manager Patrick took care of every detail and made the buying process quick and enjoyable! Don't go anywhere else! I love my new Mazda CX5! Thank you Dorothy and Five Star Mazda!

Extremely courteous and professional staff. Jake and Hayden demonstrated a genuine desire to make sure I was in the car I wanted. The dealership was clean and accommodating; clean restrooms and office space. Jake made sure we were comfortable throughout the transaction. Kudos to a well staff professional dealership. Seldom do you find a dealership and it s staff that are forthright, cooperative, responsive, honest and receptive. Mix this with Five Star Mazda s partnership with Tru Car (TM) as an online agent for a no hassle and honest automobile sales experience and you will find yourself thinking of Five Star when you want to make your next purchase. Wonderful experience. Jacob Walker may work for Five Star, but he made me feel like he was working for me. I am not an easy person to please, but Jake jumped through hoops to get me the vehicle I wanted. They will be my first stop the next time I need a vehicle.

Just like the name , I give them 5 stars ! Mrs. Josie Gordon was an excellent sales lady ! She greeted me and my family ( with hot chocolate lol) and made us totally comfortable ! She explained everything to me and didn't overwhelm me with anything. I ended up leaving with a better car than the one I wanted and got it for a great deal ! Excellent customer service and great rates! I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a car from this car dealership! Ask for Josie Gordon she is amazing !

From the sales perspective in buying a new car the entire experience was satisfying, calm and comfortable. There was NO high pressure sales techniques for anything by anyone. I said what I wanted to buy that was in stock, they brought each of the 2 vehicles to the front of the building, meaning I didn't have to walk around the lot. I picked the 1 I wanted to test drive and the sales person, my wife and I boarded the vehicle. I informed the salesperson that I would test drive it according to how I normally drive.At the satisfying end of the test drive, I stated I would purchase the car. The only comment from the salesperson was that it was the most harrowing experience she'd ever had.I went inside to finish the paperwork and by the time I was done the car was washed and the gas tank was filled.I will return there if I should decide to buy another or my next car.

Called to reserve a car. They denied the request of a 10 day hold so I said okay will I take the 3 day reservation with the $500 deposit. Was told by David this wouldn t be necessary because he wouldn t let the car be sold until I spoke to him again as he insisted he could get me a better deal with their finance department than Capital One so long as I completed the application (within 24 hours). He never called so I called and left message with the manager. He then texts me Instead of returning my call that someone else sold the car. Manager is rude and sales people aren t on one accord.If you re black, take your money elsewhere and save the headache and the unnecessary credit pull for them to get you a better deal . I understand things happen, but the manner in which this was conducted was highly unprofessional.Edit: Since the manager wants to respond and LIE. I had the correct deposit that was agreed upon in the initial interaction with my sales rep. After being told that a 10 day hold wasn t possible I got my funds together for the deposit I discussed with the sales rep. Sales rep encouraged me to submit a credit application for a better deal in the meantime after I shared the numbers Capital One gave me. You all called me back AFTER I left this review saying you wanted to stop the prior sale and honor mine only to tack on ridiculous fees and force me to purchase a $4000 warranty. The sale didn t proceed because I refused to purchase the warranty along with pricey paint protection I didn t ask for. I had the deposit for the initial deal set in place with Capital One. You were very nasty about the process to begin with, the sales rep wasn t muting when he asked you questions and I heard your exact words and tone when conversing about the deal. You all didn t get me approved for anything, my dealing was set in stone with Capital One Prior to and the Capital One Specialist I spoke with advised me to take my business elsewhere because of how you conducted business. It s nothing further to discuss with someone who didn t seem resolution driven to begin with. This post is my feedback.
