I recently visited the Five Star Hyundai of Macon Service Department and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The customer support was exemplary; they were attentive, informative, and genuinely cared about my needs as a customer.Although I live about 30 miles away, and closer to the Warner Robins location, I choose to drive the extra miles to this particular service center in Macon because of their consistent quality and reliability. The extra distance is a small price to pay for the peace of mind and exceptional service they provide. I am thoroughly impressed and will continue to be a loyal customer. Excellent service all around highly recommend!

I did not have an appointment, but took my car in anyway. It was having some issues that concerned me. They were able to work my car in and get it back to me same day. They communicated with me during the day via text messaging to keep me updated on the status. Job well done. I have been having an issue with the engine light coming on and going off. Joe @ Five Star Hyundai in Macon told me to bring my Tucson in as soon as it comes on again. I did on a Tuesday morning and I left it with them. He said they would try their best to get it back by Wednesday afternoon. That is just what they did. He communicated with me three times within that time period keeping me apprised of the progress. They diagnosed the problem and had the part in stock thankfully and I picked up my car Wednesday as planned. Good job, Joe and Hyundai!

Despite the staff being kind and respectful, they could do nothing to instill a sense of urgency regarding service. I waited for over three weeks for my car to be diagnosed. During all of this, I was told over and over that it would be completed in a day or two, only for that day or two increase several times, each time citing a different excuse for why they couldn t diagnose the problem. Ultimately, my car was diagnosed and serviced within one day, something I m having difficulty processing, as it took Five Star 25 days to do something that should have been done within one day instead.I know that Five Star discounted the overall price by removing my diagnostic fee, but that doesn t really begin to cover the price of my rental car (which again should have only been a day or two, instead turning into 25 days), as well as the complete inconvenience surrounding the situation.I definitely will not be purchasing another Hyundai. Should I ever become stuck on the interstate near this dealership again, I d rather pay to have my car towed back to Atlanta than to rely upon Five Star Hyundai to provide five star service.

I went to Hyundai Macon after a terrible experience with Five Star in Warner Robins. I have to say Five Star Macon went over and above to accommodate me and got my car fixed within 24 hours. The professionalism and the customer service here are impeccable. Noah and the staff were 10 stars all the way. I couldn t be more thankful for Noah and the crew as they did an amazing job getting my needs taken care of!

Had a 2 pm appointment on a Thursday. Arrived shortly before 2. It was regular oil change maintenance etc as part of my new car purchase.My car didn t go back until about 3:30. The maintenance itself took about 45 minutes which seems reasonable, so I got finished around 4:15. The work itself seems good and they explained everything well. But the prolonged wait, especially with an appointment is the reason for the average rating.

Work is done quickly if they check to make sure the part is in stock before scheduling the service. Service people are courteous but hard to contact. No one answers phones or returns emails. It s iffy on texts. Face to face is the only way to guarantee that we actually communicate.

Went in for my first complimentary service for my new Hyundai. Rachel greeted me at my car and was very pleasant! The drop off was quick and easy and I was on my way to work within 5 minutes. Rachel called me a few hours later and informed me that my car was ready and asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash. I agreed to the car wash and picked up my car after work. The Five Star Hyundai Service department did an excellent job. Overall, this was by far my best experience at a Dealer Service Department!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Five Star Hyundai Macon. Their top-notch service included an oil change, tire rotation, and even a courtesy wash for my car. Joe's assistance was amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend them with 100% confidence.

Outstanding professional service from Joe Wood! He always kept me apprised of the current status of getting a new engine installed in my 2014 Sonata. Also, a Big shout out to the Engine Technician for completing a demanding task! The car is now running Great!

I had a wonderful first time experience yesterday in the service department at Five Star Hyundai of Macon! Joe and the team were great! I sat in the lounge and had coffee and hot chocolate and Joe made sure I was able to watch a program on their nice big screen television. The wait time wasn t bad at all because they got started right away and did their job. Thanks so much! So glad I purchased my Hyundai this year. Happy New Year!

I have been with Hyundai since 2007. From sales to service, the experience is always fantastic. I had a routine service visit today and from dropoff to pickup, Joe was extremely responsive and informative and made sure I was satisfied with the services being performed. Great team!

Had a new employee that had been there a couple of weeks. Tried very hard to make sure any of my questions were answered. I had a lot of service done that took a bit of time. However, I was accommodated by bringing my car to me once finished. Employees are always responsive and helpful.. I love my Hyundai!!

I had a great experience working with Joe in the Service Department. He listened to what I had come in for and then recommended some services based on my car s mileage. There was a slight issue with my repairs but Joe took care of it right away and even had my car washed and vacuumed to make up for the inconvenience. All in all it was a great experience coming to Five Star Hyundai.

Wonderfully courteous customer service. My wife and I were offered a free shuttle service which allowed us to get lunch and do a little shopping at Riverside Crossing while our Sante Fe was being serviced. Great experience!

The service was quick but a bit chaotic. For the last three years construction has been going on, so it's confusing as to where to park for service or even where to come in. Even though I put what services I needed on the website, I still had to go over it with my "advisor," ie, (someone trying sale you more services).I asked for shuttle service and the driver put the address into the GPS but didn't follow the directions. The short cut or whatever he was trying to do took more time than what I had. I dropped my car off during my work day. The return shuttle service was more of the same.

I arrived at 8:00 a.m., the guy met me at the car, escorted me to the waiting area, serviced and washed my car, and escorted me back to my car when the service was complete. I received a follow up text and a follow up video of my service that was performed on my vehicle. Service was amazing. I will be returning.

Your personnel were great. I had nothing but good experiences with Joe and Rachel. But your pricing is criminal. Five Star kept my vehicle for eleven weeks and charged me $240 for using your scan tool and test driving it for ten minutes --the same service Tires Plus did for FREE.Five Star then wanted to charge me $2300 for a repair that three other mechanics in town quoted me $600-$700. That is outrageous. There is a reason this dealership is frequently referred to in the community as "CrimeStar."Again, the employees were exceptional, but this company's rates are indeed criminal.

this dealership is clean and well stocked with drinks. The bathrooms are roomy and clean. The service crew are polite and ask if there is anything they can do for you, asked if we wanted to wait or take the shuttle to shop.

Rachel always kept in touch with me whenever there was an update on my vehicle and that is something that I really appreciate. When it was time to pickup my vehicle I met her and she was nice, friendly and also let me know that if I had any questions or concerns how I could get in contact with her. She really made this process less stressful.

Hands down the absolute best dealership I ve ever been to!! The service department was more than accommodating -super friendly and courteous!! I ll drive the extra 30 minutes to deal with this dealership and their team ANY time I need anything for my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz!!

I don't have the words to say how appreciative I am of Dustin and the Saturday morning service team on 1/13/24. My father passed away the night before and I was still in shock and overwhelmed. My vehicle was serviced quickly so I would drive the hour & 30 minutes to make his arrangements. I will never forget Dustin's kindness and care. I will forever drive a Hyundai!

I brought my car into service for the first time this past Friday. I have never had a Hyundai so this was my first experience in the service department. Joe was my there to help me and he did an amazing Job. He was extremely helpful during the whole process.
