My car got wrecked the week before Christmas, and my car made it to the shop 1/02/2024. Needless to say, Five Star did a great job! I picked my car up today! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was being worked on professionally, and gave me updates 2x a week. A huge shout out to Riley in the office; she s phenomenal with her customer service skills. I believe that this shop is hands-down, the best in Macon!

Five Star Collision Center absolutely deserves the 5 Star rating! From the start, they were polite and patient. They updated me often about the status of my vehicle's repairs and when I called in to ask about my car, they were more than happy to do so! I highly recommend them for any repairs needed!

Took about ten days to get our car back after a hit and run driver in a parking lot caused $3k damages. However, the work was completed flawlessly and the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Andrew Durr for his assistance. Claims process was easy through State Farm since Five Star is one of their preferred providers.

I had an accident in my truck back in June(3.5) weeks ago. Damage wasn't bad, but Five Star Collision took care of me and did an excellent job! I want to thank them for all the hard work and professional dedication! Would highly recommend them.

Well to me the auto body work excellent but the customer service has really went down. I have been a long time customer. I call them today to find out my vehicle my vehicle has been ready since the 20th giving me an excuse of they call an it went to my voice mail with no message and did not try to reach me at a later time and now im stuck with this rental vehicle bill. So if you go, just know Amy is not there anymore and you gotta call them to get the status of your vehicle. Just plucked up my day.

I had Five Star Collision Center - Macon GA repair my truck after a collision and they did an excellent job. They contacted me weekly or as soon as an event change pertaining to the work performed. Five Star Collision Center was quick to answer any questions I had with superb customer service!!Would definitely recommend!

From the perspective of purchasing a new car the entire process was exceptional. A huge thanks to Mr. David Richardson for assisting a new immigrant like me. David is extremely helpful and took time to show all the bells and whistles of 2022 CX-5 Carbon Edition. I will definitely recommended the service portrayed by David, Dorothy and Shawn. Kudos to the whole team.

The staff at 5-Star Wimbush is beyond outstanding and they kept me well informed throughout the entire repair. Andrew has been a great help and he makes sure the repairs are impeccable and looks as good as new. Also, a shout out to Chelsea, because she kept me informed and helped with all my questions. Dropped by Five Star last week so they could take a look at my 1993 Chevy Silverado that was sideswiped. Walt McBee went out of his way to speak with me at length about it. His knowledge, experience, and care saved me what would have been a nightmare having this great truck dubbed a total loss. Very transparent and did more than he had to. Appreciate it!

My experience was Platinum. I received excellent service starting with Mya who assisted me with getting in my rental hassle free and followed up by Landon who was who was very approachable upon me returning the vehicle. Mya and Landon came together as a team to help me get back to the collision to pick up my vehicle safely. I strongly recommend Enterprise for your car rental needs.

I was hit on the interstate by a driver under the influence in my 2023 car. It took some time to get my car back, only because five star wouldn t use after market parts on my car that was less than 6 months old . Thanks five star for taking the time do it RIGHT!!!

We took our car in on 10/11/23. We were told that they d have an updated estimate by Friday 10/13/23. The estimate was submitted by 10/13/23 and we were updated that the repairs would be completed by 10/27/23. Communication from Chelsea at first seemed consistent, on 10/17 it was communicated that our car was in parts, on 10/26 it was communicated that our car was in paint, I asked would it be ready soon because our 30 day rental window was narrowing down and was told that it should be ready no later that 2-3 more days. On November 8th it was communicated that our car is in reassembly. It is now November 10th and we don t have our car or a rental. It s caused a major inconvenience in our work schedules and the communication from them has not been consistent with the reality of the estimated completed repairs.

My brand new 2021 Honda Accord Sport was involved in an accident over the holidays and I was devastated. After settling things with insurance I chose Five Star for my repairs. The staff was great and very helpful with the process. My car was repaired and returned to me in less than two weeks. And you can't even tell it was involved in an accident. I'd recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment

I first brought my car to Five Star Collision on 10/19/2021. I was told my repairs would be completed by 10/29/2021. On 10/21/2021, I asked for an update and was told that my new completion date was scheduled for 11/2/2021. When I asked why, they stated it was because Geico had made changes, and we now had to wait for the new parts to come in. I was told everything was going well and that we were on track to meet the completion date of 11/2/2021. However, on 11/2/2021, I received notice that my vehicle would now not be ready until 11/5/2021. Five Star claimed this was due to Geico not sending in their approvals on time. Then, on 11/5/2021, I was informed that my vehicle would now not be ready until 11/10/2021 because one of my doors was delivered to the wrong Five Star location. It turns out, Five Star had known that the door was delivered to the wrong location for 5 days at that point and had done nothing to get the door delivered or picked up in a timely manner. It was only after I raised my concerns that they were able to get the manufacturer to go pick the door up and deliver it to the right location. On 11/8/2021, the door was delivered, and my estimated completion date was now 11/12/2021. On that date, I was able to retrieve my vehicle, however, the work was not complete. The parts department failed to realized that the correct trim package did not come with the parts, and they were unable to finish the trim around my back door window. They told me that it would only take a couple of days for the trim to arrive. In addition to that, they had installed the mirror on the drivers side door incorrectly. The top of the mirror was not flush against the door and the mirror wobbled slightly while driving. Finally, by having to disrupt the sensors that go through my drivers side door, my radio was no longer turned itself off when I opened my driversside door after turning the car off. On 11/17/2021, I was able to retrieve my car a second time, but, again, the work was not complete. They were unable to fix the mirror because the plastic was "warped" from sitting on the car like that, so they had to order an entire new mirror. I was told that the mirror shouldn't take long at all to come in and they may have it on 11/24/2021 or 11/26/2021. However, they did not receive the mirror until 12/1/2021. After multiple calls into the shop, I was finally able to schedule a time to come in on 12/7/2021 to replace the mirror, fix my radio, pay my deductible, and finally be free.Five Star does not do work on the weekends, which I think significantly impacted how long this process took. So, this repair took about 35 days working days. I was frustrated with this process or a number of reasons, and most centered around communication. I am well aware that companies can't do anything about the supply chain issues right now. So, while I was frustrated that parts took a long time to come in, I don't fault Five Star with that. However, I do fault Five Star with their seeming inability to identify an issue and resolve it quickly. There were numerous errors in my repair process that could have been taken care of much faster if I hadn't been the one to point them out and those with actual body repair experience had noticed the issues on the front end. With communication, I had to repeatedly follow up and ask for updates; I wouldn't have gotten any information otherwise. Five Star always tried to pass the blame onto Geico in the beginning by saying Geico was not sending them over information in a timely manner, but there were a few times where I had to tell Five Star that Geico had sent information over 4 and 5 days ago. Miraculously, Five Star was able to find that missing information soon after I checked in with Geico. After they could no longer use Geico as an excuse, they relied on the supply chain issue to pass off their own misrepresentations. I would never recommend Five Star to anyone. I would give negative stars if I could due to the lack of professionalism, timeliness and communication issues, and insufficient repairs.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The sales department team were extremely helpful with getting us exactly what we needed! They are so friendly and hard working. We are so excited about our new van and we will be Five Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram customers for life! We have had their vehicles for many years and the service department is excellent with repairs and maintenance. They are also very helpful and friendly.
