My sincere thanks goes to the people in the service bay for Five Star Chrysler. We were on the road for home for Canada when our van developed a strange noise. These good folks looked at our vehicle on a walk in basis . and subsequently determined it was safe to proceed. No charge!!Thank you all so much for your skill and kindness!! I would bring my car to you anytime!!

When I had questions about the pre warranty work Shawn was very helpful and explained in great detail of what I have to do to make sure the warranty will be honored beyond the factory mileage. I compared service pricing at other places and the dealership was about the same. This made me feel good because I now will have a complete history of service that is done on my Ram.

The staff at Five Star were very accommodating and professional! I had a tire emergency and they got my tires replaced, plus oil and filter change a done in one day, even without an appointment. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quick service.

The team was welcoming and helped me get to work on time. They did a great job keeping me informed on progress and needed services. They added videos of my Jeep with explanations. I appreciated the input and wished they could ve washed my Jeep.

Robert was very helpful making sure I was calm assuring me that they would correct the issues with my vehicle. I received calls and text messages throughout the day regarding updates. They were very professional , quick and efficient. Will definitely return if needed in the future.

I had a great experience with the service representative; he was both personable and highly attentive. The mechanic faced a challenging repair task but persevered until it was perfectly resolved. Service Dept was very helpful and courteous. Worked with us by fitting us in when they didn't have to after purchasing a vehicle we needed a FOB coded. Would recommend them.

We broke down while on our way to vacation and were forced to leave our truck behind and rent a car. The service department worked us in almost immediately and while it took them a good while to get the part from Stellantis, our service advisor Robert was awesome and kept us up to date while coordinating the repair from hundreds of miles away after we returned home. We aren't from the Macon area but if we were we would definitely use this dealership again!

Work is done well and communication is great , Shawn gave a speedy return call if he was unable to get to the phone. He answered all questions and stayed on top of all requests. The only negative part of the experience is the amount of time for the repair

I had a great experience with James and the rest of the team. Everyone was very welcoming and made the experience as smooth as possible. They gave me a great value on my trade in and I walked away with a vehicle I wasn't even considering but I'm very happy about.

I really appreciated Mrs. Kaylyn and how kind and friendly she was even though I came to the wrong dealership and was embarrassed, but she still got me in with no problem thankfully they had an open slot. We need more kind people like this young lady in this world compared to what we see on a daily basis. You all have a very valuable asset and that s Mrs. Kaylyn. Have a great day!!

I was very impressed with the service. Chelsea was wonderful. Very helpful and understanding. I m an older woman traveling by myself, and the whole experience made me feel very comfortable. They took me in, fixed my car and got me out as soon as they could. I highly recommend, Chelsea and this dealership.

My service personnel was Mike. Even though I brought my vehicle in early, Mike made accommodations. He listened and assured me the truck would be serviced properly. Mike had a welcoming smile and a great personality.

I love dealing with 5Star! I've bought 6 vehicles since 2010. Just had an issue with the latest truck. Took it to the service dept. Sean said it's covered under warranty and gave me a rental until they get the parts in to finish

The first time I had my van serviced they were done in a fair amount of time. The second time I had a 10:00 appointment and they didn't get through until about 4:30. They were suppose to find out if I needed service not fix it. I wonder why they give you an appointment if they don't stay close to the time?

Truck was there for well over a week, nothing got done until the day I decided to pick it up because of their lack. The service manager was very kind and apologetic for my service provider dropping the ball, and convinced me to let them knock out the recall stuff. Not likely to ever return to this dealership for anything.
