The highlights of my experience included having my appointment be disregarded, bad attitudes, no communication, and legitimate theft.I called at 10:30 to make an appointment for a simple oil change at 11:30/12. I was told they could do 12, so I agreed and came by. When I got there (a little early) I was told it would take a minimum of 1.5 hours. I mentioned my appointment and the employee snapped at me telling me he was busy and it would be at least an hour and a half. I somehoelw felt as though I had done something wrong by calling ahead to schedule the time I would like work done on my car.I decided to just wait patiently as to not get on their bad side because I did need my oil changed, and I didn't want them to do something bad to my car. An hour and a half after my scheduled time (almost 2 hours after I showed up), I noticed my car still had not been brought into the shop. I went up to ask for an update and was told by the cashier that she would check and get back to me in a minute. Well, I never got a response but eventually I saw them bring my car into the shop. It took another hour of me checking for updates several times and getting nasty attitudes before it was finally done and I could get out of there.All in, a simple oil change that I had an appointment for took about 3 hours, which is completely unacceptable. To top it all off, after I left I realized that the change in my door handle had been stolen by one of the employees.Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

We get our cars serviced regularly at this location as it s far more convenient than the dealership. We are pleased every time with the turn around time, transparency and kindness of the staff. Just had brakes done and they were done in what felt like less than 2 hours on a busy Friday morning. Making an appointment is helpful. We will continue to use this location!

Overall, i had a decent experience, cause they did do a good job of servicing my car, in the ways that they was supposed to do, about my request in certain ways, along with informing me that all 4 of my tires have dry rotted & need to be quickly replaced! So I'm gonna get my tires replaced by them very soon. But they just took entirely too long, which was over 2 hours just to do an oil change to my car. Also, it was entirely too cold & practically freezing in the building, cause their central heater was not working. So that's not good, healthy & comfortable for the customers or the workers, especially since it was already cold outside, by it being winter season now!

I arrived about an hour before they closed with my tire losing air. They were very busy but stayed late to replace my tire. They also worked with me to get the best deal possible. Super thankful for this team!

I came in on Thursday to check on the price of 2 new tires. I was helped by Alton and he told me since the tires were still under warranty and looked dry rotted that the new tires would be discounted. I was told it would be $113 total for the 2 new tires. I made an appointment to drop my car off on Sunday to get the tires put on and an alignment. When I went to pick my car up I was told that Alton gave me the wrong price because he warrantied out the wrong tires. My price went from $113 to to $293, a $180 difference. I paid the fee because I needed my car for work, but this is unacceptable. The lady working the desk told me that Alton was new and did not know what he was doing, but if this was the case he should have not been working the service desk by himself. Even if he made an error, I should have been notified prior to the service being performed. What if I did not have the extra funds to cover it? I am very dissatisfied with the way this was handled and would love to discuss it.

If your coming here for tire replacement , but definitely not for mechanical repairs. Your vehicle will have more problems than it did before you brought it in. I recommend going to TIRE PLUS instead. Good luck

I went in to have a diagnostics testing done it did not take long that was not the issue they refused to give me the diagnostics paperwork afterwards all they gave me was a receipt I left at 11:30 and I had to call several times and they still did not give me the diagnostics paperwork which would have listed what all was wrong with my vehicle they just gave me an estimate for them to fix it in which it took several calls and three hours just to get that I did not ask for them to fix it. They were quick to take my money, but not give me my diagnostic test results very unprofessional I would not recommend and I will never go back

If I could give this place a zero I would. I arrived on a Sunday right after they opened. From the time I spoke with the lady until I received my car was 2 hours. Mind you I only for 1 new tire. The heater was broken so my son and I literally froze in the waiting room. It was 46 degrees outside so you can imagine how cold it was inside. When I asked why is it taking 2 hours for one tire and I'm the only customer she just shrugged her shoulders.

Went in 2 times last month with an appointment and when I got there on both days Cedric told me they dont have any employees. Went back again on October 3rd and the manager was there. They did my oil change and tire rotation and new wiper blades. This place charged me $32 for an oil change and $76 for 2 wiper blades. What the hell? Use to get great service there but not anymore. Cedric said I could go to Riverside or Tires Plus. I still cant get past 2 wiper blades cost $76Service: Tires

We had a blowout on a road trip 800 miles from home. They were able to get us in first thing in the morning and get us back on the road quickly. The tire was still under warranty so we just paid for the labor and we were good to go.

I had 4 new firestone tires installed here. The photos arw of the damage to my vehicle. They do not want to fix this. I would not recommend.

I usually get great service at the Firestone in Corpus Christi, TX, where I live. I have a fleet van and I take it in every 5000 miles to the Firestone in Corpus for general maintenance. This was pretty disappointing. I just got 2 new tires put on my vehicle by Firestone, and I had a nail in one and was loosing air daily. At first observation, I figured I would have an easy in and out as there was hardly anyone there, but was told "there's several cars in front of you". I offered to leave my vehicle and they could just call me and let me know when to pick it up, I didn't expect it would be such a hassle to get a tire plugged. They told me that "it may be awhile" and to "grab a card and I would need to call to find out when to come in". They did have me pull around so they could air me up, and a guy had to reluctantly peel his backside out of a chair and air up the tire. I felt that if they wanted my business they would call me, but it didn't feel that was the case, so I left MY number and did not expect a call back. I went to Raffield the next day and it took 30 minutes to pop my tire off plug it and pop it back on, and I was on my way. Still waiting on Firestone to call back. If my tire repair, on a tire that you put on, is such a bother... I won't waste my time.

FREE oil changes is what sent me here courtesy of the car company i bought my car from The facility was clean, bathroom tidy for car shop, coffee station available. Didnt care for the 4 hr & a half wait time but was ok since i was a walk in plus they found an issue & repaired it which was also under warranty

The staff acts like they are doing you a favor by even letting you breath the same air as them. They never have enough techs to keep up with the work demand so there will always be a wait even if you have an appointment and if you decide to drop your vehicle off good luck getting it finished same day.

Firestone incomplete auto don't care is more like it. I have been a Firestone customer for years. This location needs some help. I told them my concerns multiple times and they just seem to dismiss it. Also never gave any options for tires when getting a full set. No options and no up front pricing. Not happy with my experiences here. Would not recommend this location.

No longer a consistent customer because of the type of car I own now, they aren t able to do the work. Before yesterday, every car that I ve taken in the past they have always done exceptional work and the customer service was always impeccable. However, I went yesterday because I had a car that was running hot. I advise the front counter clerk of what was going on. I just wanted a estimate. Also telling him I wanted them to do the work, I just needed the estimate first before using my company credit card. He didn t take time to have a worker to inspect the car. Just came back to the front after speaking with his manager telling me he couldn t help and to take it to Tires plus! Poor communication skills. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning.

I was searching for new tires for my SUV, I decided to make an appointment with Firestone in Macon, GAGreat service, friendly and courteous, Curtis in customer service very professional and we were very detailed regarding tires and pricing when discussing options.Shop workers, outstanding...they had me in and out in 2 hours, I did have an appointment of course.I drove home on the new skins and the Bridgestone tires are very smooth riding for my SUVLifetime wheel alignments, for a one time costLifetime rotationsAnd I have road hazard includedGREAT JOB GentsCurtis, you the man, catch up soonBest Regards

Upon arrival customer service getting checked in for my 11am Appt was ok. My car wasn t pulled in until 1pm to have 2 new tires installed on the rear. Around 230 the service guy told me that 1 of 2 tires ordered for my car was the wrong size. Mind you I waited in store for 4hrs total just to leave with only 1 tire. He told me upon arrival that he checked to make sure my tires had came in on the truck but apparently didn t look at the sizes to make sure they matched. I ll never go to another Firestone service center ever again in life. I went to both locations in Macon they both slow as hell. Why bother making appt s if you re still having to wait 3,4,5hrs for them to finish.

My kids and I came in close to the end of the day with a completely busted tire. Demetrius at the front desk and Andrew in the shop stayed late to get me back on the road with a new tire. They really helped me out and provided me with fantastic service.

This was the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! June 14th, I took my car to get an oil change. As the mechanic was backing my car out the garage, he backed into another car and damaged both cars. The other car was a newer modeled Nissan Altima/Maxima. I can only hope that the owner was notified. They agreed to pay for the damages, even though I was told the estimate was too high. I had to play in a rat race to get corporate to pay the body shop and the rental car service. Upon trying to get my deposit back, I was told that they didn't pay for a day, so, I had to reach out AGAIN, to get reimbursed. They lied to the police and didn't tell them they hit another car while driving mine. Then on top of all of that, I noticed my car was leaking and it has NEVER leaked before. Come to find out, my oil pan was damaged, along with some seals. Somebody tried to repair the damage with foam/silicore, but it didn't work. $2,000+ worth of damage to get the dealership to repair it, that I paid out of pocket because I was in absolutely NO mood and have NO patience to play with corporate again. I will NEVER advise anybody to take a vehicle there for any maintenance or any service. Firestone will NEVER get my service or money again...

I had a really bad experience while driving to Macon. This location was the only tire place opened after 6pm on a Friday evening. I met the kindest people here. The staff was professional and courteous even when my tire issue held them over quitting time. I am so thankful for the kindness and concern that Demetrius displayed to me on that night and the following weeks after.

Great work! But took 1:30pm until 6:30 to change tires and a alignment killed it! Great custom service and sales bye my host but after the deal was seal it got loooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggggg! If it like that get some more comfortable chairs! You probably would have got a 4! And hoping there not bo scam with the life time alignment! See you soon! Mr. Mallory!

Waited 3 hours for an oil change, kept being told we were up next. Service lied about why it was taking so long. Terrible service
