I had them to change all 4 of my breaks. They caused damage were one of my breaks caught fire. I was put in serious danger and they denied the damage and showed no concern for the danger it put me and my kids in. I will not recommend them because they acted shady presented 2 people as a manager when we asked for one. They presented no resolution and have to seek legal services to get compensation for everything that was damaged and for another mechanic to repair.

Absolutely great place! I almost had a blow out going to Macon, Used Google to find the closest tire shop, they were closing in 10 minutes, I got there, The staff was very friendly and helpful, I ended up getting 2 tires put on in less than 15 minutes. It was the day before Christmas Eve and it was very affordable. This place was a lifesaver! Great job guys! I would recommend them to everyone!

We have always gone there cause they always have gr8 tires, prices, service, workers, attitudes, politeness, friendly, & no wat their doin typ ov ppl. & they fill ur tires while chekn the tire pressure (we always give $3 2 $5 tips cause they always go outta their ways 2 make their customers happy)

Very fast service. In and out on a Monday morning before work. Was disappointed I had to get a new tire, since they didn t have any used. Hopefully the quality stands the test of time

These folks here! Quick and precise service. My family loves these guys. Someone did our tire wrong and the guy fixed up and refused a payment. Kind hearted, passionate workers and great prices.

Purchased a used tire about 30 days ago. Felt slight shaking in steering wheel went back on 3 different occasions b4 30 day warranty was up to have tired checked. Could not find anything wrong or any slow leaks. Finally, it surfaced the threads in the tire had separated. Had a knot in it. Just at the 30 day mark and they would not replace that tire. Neither would they give me half price off. Would have 2 purchase another tire. Disappointed...but not doing business with them again. Guess it's time to buy a new one.

Ive gone here for 10 years and usually love them but this last encounter was a new guy there who clearly was trying to get over on me. I needed tires put on and he quoted 140. When i asked had they gone up he said "its $25 a tire" lol now im no math scholar but something isnt adding up. After 10 years ive decided to take my business elsewhere and got them put on for $80. Love the original techs, but new guy is a no go for me.

Went there today and purchased 2 used tires for my Cadillac. Both tires had the Cadillac chrome air valve covers but I left with two black plastic replacement ones and nobody seems to know where they are. THE POINT OF THIS POST IS TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED (something so simple) and when i called to let them know that i noticed it the guy began to talk to me like i was a nobody over the phone and passed the phone around but guess what NO MORE OF MY BUSINESS!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY RIMS FROM THEM!! I bought mine for $1800!! And I was told by 2 other places that those rims were not even designed for my car and that it was a danger for them to be on there , within the same week I bought these I started losing psi like crazy and when I would go in for them to check it, they would say I don t know what s wrong with it just keep bringing it I finally made the decision to just go back to my stock wheels and i hadn t realized that only THEY had the wheel lock for those rims and if I wanted to change them back there would be a 40 dllr fee to take them off! Nonetheless DO NOT go here they will have you going back and telling you they just don t know how to fix the problem. Nonetheless no professionalism from this business AT ALL. If I could I would rate this business 0 stars.

Not a good tire shop they always tryna get over on somebody. I paid the mechanic there to do my alignment and for 2 tires he did my alignment but didn t tell me my ball joints was bad before he did it so I had to get that did and buy 2 more times alll in one month. Then they made me pay for stud bolts and lug nuts dat they mechanic broke taking and putting the tire on and off and they wouldn t pay for nothing or give me no discount or nothing

Great place, nice people, and FAST! Broke down coming from FL. Going to Tenn. For a family emergancy. I needed tires and an alignment. They were Open on a saturday and took great care of me!! Thank you guys!

IF YOU NEED A USED TIRE COME HERE!!! Not gonna lie the place looks like a place that would want your money, or you d seem skeptical to get tires from. THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING! I had a tire worn in showing tread from a bad ball joint, couldn t find my size tire anywhere Firestone priced me at $120 for the cheapest one and would take two days to get here. Didn t want to spend $120 for a tire alone, all my other tires had plenty of tread left.THESE GUYS GAVE ME THIS TIRE FOR $45 WITH THE MOUNTING OF THE TIRE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!!!! LOOK AT THE TREAD! IT ALSO IS THE EXACT SAME TIRE AS THE OTHER THREE!!!These guys are extremely fast also, I was on lunch with 20 minutes to get back they had me done in 7 MINUTES! Bad Tire off new tire on seven minutes....These guys are fast, extremely affordable, and friendly! Defiantly would recommend and use agian!Wish they were open on Sunday, I actually blew a tire on my other expedition due to puncture in the sidewall

I was 300 miles from homeI had a bad tire and cracked rim and no one can fix my rim the same day.They changed my tire and put tire bead to seal my rim, and I made it home safely

We had to stop in Macon this morning because the car was shaking Very bad, hard to even hold the wheel, and was drifting left. We thought it was the alignment. We stopped to see if they would look at it, they advertised alignment as well as tires. They got us right on a lift after we told them why we were there. Told us the left front tire had a bulge or knot, and that's what was causing the shaking. We asked of they had a fire that would fit they did and put it on for $42 total! Tire and labor, $42. We were there a Max of about 10 minutes!! And it looked to be almost a Brand New Tire, it may be slightly used but you wouldn't really know. You seriously can't beat the price and time! It didn't even matter the guy who helped us at first didn't speak much English, mostly Spanish. But other employees did speak English. The could have said it was the alignment and charged us way more for something we didn't need, but they were Honest! That's been done to me before and it really sucks. We live in Milledgeville and I would drive to Macon just to get these guys to work on my car. Super Fast, Great Price, and Awesome Service! These guys are Great!!

DO NOT GO HERE ! My experience with this company started out very well. I purchased a very good set of Yokohama tires for my truck at a very reasonable price. I am very particular with my tire pressures so I look at my tires/wheels regularly. When I got home I was going over the tires to adjust to 40 psi.. I then saw damages to two of my factory chrome rims. When the tires were installed two employees switched out the tires in tandem. One took one side and one took the other side. The damages are on the front and rear wheels on the right side of the truck only. I called the manager/owner? Marcos said he needed to see the damage. I returned, he looked at the wheels, said his equipment did not cause the damage. The damages are in a perfect circle on both rims. And an employee is not going to call over his boss and say " Look what I just did.... twice." It is obvious that one of the employees applied too much pressure on the tire changing device on both rims he worked on causing it to dig into the chrome. I would post pics but there is no option for that. Marcos was not going to do anything about it and said to sue the business. I do not have a time stamped photo to prove the damage was not there. I would suggest that YOU DO if you choose to do business with them. I ask Marcos to pull a wheel off and put it on the machine so we could find out exactly what caused the damage. He declined saying he doesn't work for free. There were no other customers there at that time so he must have known what the outcome would have been if he had taken the time to put my concerns at ease. Again I have no way of proving this unless Marcos had cooperated . In conclusion if you want a great deal on a set of used tires go see Marcos BUT BEFORE YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF ALL 4 WHEELS. IT WILL BE YOUR ONLY DEFENSE SHOULD SOMETHING GO WRONG. NO BUSINESS WILL WILLINGLY PAY FOR 2 FACTORY CHROME RIMS IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.

DO NOT GO THERE! They are fast and inexpensive BUT IF THEY DAMAGE ANYTHING THEY WILL DENY IT. My husband went there and they gouged two factory chrome rims with one of their tire changing machines. Marcos the manager refused to put it back on the machine so he could prove how the damage was done. There were no other customers there so it's not like he couldn't make time to do it. He knew exactly what caused the damage. Now we have to pay to get two rims repaired.

Was having some wobbling and vibration when I was driving slow and fast took it here they said nothing was wrong with my tires I got some info from a friend who told me that was not correct took it to Economy Tires on Mercer University come to find out I had two tires that they at their tire place on pionono I took it to said nothing was wrong with my tires and I had two tires that were separating they at Economy Tires replace the two tires and now I am safely driving and not having to worry about getting stranded on the side of the road so Fast Tires I don't trust you and would not recommend you to anyone.

I am not believe this owner he fired my boyfriend but he is not firing the one that was saying you was going to get my boyfriend fired and the dude threaten my boyfriend but the owner is saying that he didn't like the way my boyfriend worked which I know is a lie the other guy that was doing the threaten is the one that caused this. And I want to know what can be done about this situation. Cause it is not right cause the owner doesn't reliaze the it takes time getting back to getting up early from not working over 2 years. So someone please tell me what we can do cause it is not right on my boyfriend part. And also there is a guy that works there that smokes weed on the job so someone is not checking there employees.

These guys are fast! If you are in a bind and low on cash these guys can get you back on the road in less then 30 mins and still have money in your pocket!!

Go ANYWHERE else! These guys act like if you don't habla Espanol you shouldn't be there.. I agree. I will not be back. Lousy customer service. If I'm spending my money don't act like you are doing me a favor!

Fast Tires is the only place in Macon, Georgia that we get out tires from. Service is Great. Just ask for Macro.
