I drive all over the country and this is the fastest oil change on my box truck. Calvin helped me in and out because my car is 11.5 F tall and wide. Everything is fine. I recommend.

Eric F and the whole staff are awesome and very sweet they got me in and out in like 35 mins ! Good experience loved it also gave me a good quote for all 4 of my tires ! Oil change was $61.

I took my car in for an alignment and was not disappointed. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and honest. They care in explaining what steps they are taking to repair your vehicle so that you are assured that you are safe when driving and back on the road.

As usual I went there today to get an oil change. I asked for the manager Dewayne after they got done bc I wanted to commend him on his team!! They are always professional, have an upbeat personality and fun while they are doing there job. They act as if they love what they are doing and have given me a great experience every time for the past 2 years. The young man that gave me service today just went above and beyond to give me great service. I've never had a bad experience here and I would recommend them to anyone. Good customer service starts at the head and trickles down to the employees and I believe that Dewayne has that down well.

We come by Express Oil Change on the way out on a trip. We had the privilege of Mr. Eric helping us. Great customer service!! He was very helpful as it was our first time ever using them. Will definitely be back! Macon, Ga location is a must use!!!

Im from Philly and I was visiting family in Macon GA. I was on an outing when my 2012 BMW X3 stopped in the middle of the road which was in front of the shop. Mr. Kalvin came out to help me get my vehicle off the road and Mr. DJ came to jump it and they were able to get it into their lot. Mr. DJ knew that my alternator had went and that s what the diagnostic stated also. They invited my sister and I to wait inside while we waited for AAA. They offered to fix my car for me as I was scheduled to return back to Philly in two days. The repairs were made the next day, checked my brakes b/c I had a bad sensor and checked the oil. I want to thank Misters Kalvin, DJ, Andrew and Brian for helping me making sure I was safe and fixing my vehicle. God was looking out for me that day and pray that God will look out for them and bless their business.

We had a few minor shop items performed. I thought the shop labor rate along with parts mark-up were very excessive. Over $600 to replace the spark plugs as one example. What I know now and what a Dealership would have charge would have been less.Bottom line I can't see using them again in the future. Should have just stuck with the certified Mobile Mechanic, would have saved $$$ hundreds.

I can t say enough positive things about the staff of this location and the manager, Bryan. They went above and beyond today and I would like to share my story. These are good people that help restore faith in the goodness of humanity - be kind to everyone.My wife and I were on a road trip today to Northern Georgia for our anniversary. In preparation for the trip, two days before I brought my 2022 Kia Sorento Hybrid in for an oil change at the dealership. They were also asked to perform a full inspection, alignment and possibly replacement a tire due to a very slow leak. (At the very least, look for a puncture and add air and install a missing valve stem cover I misplaced) We discovered today that the dealership didn t even look at my tires or so much as add air to them - indicated by the inconsistent, low tire pressure and still missing valve stem cover on the leaking tire.What s more, my hybrid started idling rough today when the internal combustion engine was on and I was getting awful gas mileage on the highway. I pulled over and checked the dip stick 4-5 times to be sure it was cleaned off properly and it was absolutely saturated in oil over the MAX FILL line. My plan was then to perform a new oil change and have the Express Staff measure how much oil they took out so I could report that to the dealership. My car is a hybrid and it takes 5.1 quarts of oil. The internal combustion engine Sorento of the same year takes 6.1 quarts. I suspect an incompetent technician just filled it up with 6.1 quarts of oil I was correct!After hearing our little story, Bryan suggested that they simply extract oil from my oil pan until my dipstick was showing the correct amount of oil. This saved me a lot of money and the staff was helpful, cheerful, and very friendly. My car was overfilled by 3/4-1 full quart of oil. For some cars it has minimal impact, but it depends on the design of the engine and oil pan. In short, the crankshaft can get drenched in oil, increasing rotational mass and hurting engine performance. (Among other issues.) On my car, this caused a reduction in fuel economy that was almost instantly improved after we left. I normally get 32-35mpg highway at 75mph and I was showing 25-27mpg before our visit. Afterwards, my economy improved to a more normal 31mpg to our destination. This has now settled back to its normal range with the car showing 34mpg.I would like to thank the staff for helping us out with such generous hospitality and kindness. Their reviews already demonstrate consistently great customer experience! Bring your car here for great service and I hope Express Oil can somehow reward everyone. We plan to call the company and elevate our compliments.

Everytime I come to express oil every employee has a smile across there face. Anytime you talk to an employee they are kind, patient, and competent. I would suggest to anybody to bring there car here. They have great service, experience, and crew.

Great place to come to gets work done on your vehicle...can stay in your car while you gets a oil change .Mr.Glenn is amazing because he ask questions to make sure you gets the best customer service. He offer to check things and print out service review....he told me the prices and the exact time of the work that I really needed to be done..like break pads- front and back....also you can trust them because they will show you their work and do tests before you drive off..Great Job..ThanksMr.Glenn and team

Wayne was very knowable and sweet. He explained what he was doing and why. Little did he know My son was a Toyota technician and my husband did body and frame work for 30 yrs. I know when women go to some places they try to treat us as if we don't know anything but my family has taught me and he was very honest and accurate on everything he said. I appreciate someone not trying to take advantage of my gender and lack of knowledge in the automotive field. I would recommend this location to anyone as all the staff seem to work well together as a team and get you in and out in a timely manner.Great job to the whole team!

Trevon is absolutely amazing. He always makes sure I am taken care of with the best customer service around. I faithfully bring my car to get serviced and he always informs me of any additional things I need like the clamps for the bottom of my engine cover underneath. I went to auto zone and purchased them and the Engineer was more than happy to put them on and send me on my way. The business that I'm shouting out is located on Forest Hill Rd Macon GA. A few months ago I needed a catalytic converter and Josh took care of me right at that moment. Excellent customer service Excellent service. They didn't release my car until is was running smoothly. I got home notices my horn wasn't functioning took it back today and Matt took care of me. No one wants to be on the road with no horn, its not safe. Go see them for your car repair needs.
