I have been a repeat customer for Tires and oil changes for the past three years. It is a testament to the company philosophy that they are there to serve their customers. If every oil change place had the ethics of Express oil change and tire engineers, the industry as a whole would be greatly improved. They have affordable tires and great followup if you need to return for tire rotation. They inspect your vehicle and make you aware of upcoming maintenance needs without pressuring you into an immediate upcharge. If you are looking for a better way to do automotive maintenance, look no further.

Normally I try to do my own car repair work but I'm so glad these guys were here. I had an issue working on my suspension and they solved the problem. Customer service was nice and they kept me up to date on how the car was doing. What made this place even better was they used a part I brought in. Of course, they can't give me any warranties on the part but I knew that going in. I got the car back, drove home with no strange sounds or awkward handling. Would absolutely go back when I need help!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences here, especially with Matt and Chris, but honestly everyone I ve interacted with has been so kind and genuine. This is the first shop I ve been to that makes me feel like they have my best interest in mind and don t make me feel worried I m being taken advantage of. They are extremely dedicated to providing high quality service and you can really tell they care about their customers. I will always recommend this shop to anyone I know who needs work done on their vehicle, they are the best!

This was my first time receiving a service at this auto repair shop. The staff were friendlier and the service was better than any other shop I ve been to. The price was also incredibly reasonable. It was so surprisingly low that I had to double-check if they were changing the oil correctly. I am very thankful for the kind and excellent service. I will definitely continue to use this shop for future services.

My car was serviced beautifully today. Im extremely grateful for how patient and attentive Matt and Trae were to my car and my questions about my car. A problem I ignored for a year was solved in a matter of 30min on a busy day. I can say so much more but I recommend this place to anyone especially women who dont know where to go with car issues and afraid of getting played out their pockets. Honest guys here!

I m a relatively recent immigrant from Korea to the United States. I ve always preferred places run by Koreans, so I used to drive all the way to Duluth or Suwanee for car maintenance. But after visiting this place, I m so happy to have found a completely trustworthy shop. I will definitely keep coming here for the maintenance of my vehicles. I m very grateful for the friendly service.

I am leaving this review due to the good service from Preston. I needed 4 new tires and an oil change. I was not sure if I had enough money on my card and took a while to find out. He was extremely patient, took time to explain all the info I needed, he was courteous and helped me to get what I needed at the best price possible. Because of his service I will come back again.

When I arrived here, it was only supposed to be a realignment. Sadly there was issues that prevented the full realignment. However, thanks to Mack Flewellyn, he was able to handle the situation. He shown a massive amount of professionalism as he took care of me, and I was fully able to get my car out of there in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend Express oil change & Tire for all your car needs. When I arrived at Express I was greeted and they checked out my vehicle right away and took care of my vehicle. I left feeling relieved. Thank you Matt you re wonderful , and to the whole Express family for all that you do!

Chris & Matt are awesome!!! I had a stuck lug bolt on the wheel of my mini. The bolt was stripped that no other location could remove it. It was difficult but Matt was patient. He continued to work on it. Chris came over to assist him and with a few tricks, he removed the stubborn bolt. We are very grateful to Matt & Chris for not giving up and getting the job done. We plan to return. Thank you again, Chris & Matt!

I started experiencing car trouble on the way to visit my mom and am so thankful I was close to this Express Oil Change! They ran a diagnostic and did everything they could with what they had, but a certain tool was needed that they didn't have. Since I left with my check engine light still on, they didn't charge me at all and asked that I please call them once it was fixed just for piece of mind! Highly recommend this location.

Professional, fast and friendly. Only issue is price. I use Magic Mechanic formally Lancaster tire but was I dire need of oil change prior to long trip. Magic mechanic not open on Saturday. My last oil and filter from Magic was $82.11 inc tax on 9/2023. Express was $132.23 with tax. No other filters etc. just oil and oil filter. Showed my last invoice to the tech and asked why so much higher. His explanation was we just have different prices .

My car was backfiring and trouble cranking. Diagnostic test $78. Chris found no problems, replaced a tail light at no charge. You can bet they have my business from now on. Chris you rock!

LADIES RUN!!!! Deserve even less than a one star review! They knew my engine was going out and told me that I needed an oil change took my money, turned off the check engine light and sent me on my way. A woman they knew is not knowledgeable about cars.

I was very impressed with a young man name Nik.Nik, helped me,when I had a flat tire. He tired to put air in my tire, but it wasn t repairable.So, Nik offer to put on my spare tire at no charge.I had an appointment the next morning to have my oil changed, at another repair shop, but because I was impressed with Nik, being so helpful. I decided to take my car back the next morning to have Express Oil Change, change my oil and I purchased a new tire. Which I got both at a great price.I am very impressed with Nik and the other employees professionalism, and willingness to help as soon as possible.

Can t recommend this location and both Matt and Glenn more.I had an issue with my car making a noise that I really had no idea what was causing it. Went to a few locations and they all were trying to charge to take a look, which I was fine with at first but after taking it to this location Matt came by, took maybe 30 seconds, and figured out what the problem was while I was parked.Then when I went to buy the parts needed and came back, I ended up getting the wrong ones. Matt & everyone else helped me figure out which ones it was I actually needed, and when I came back today they fixed the problem and did it free of charge, even when I offered to pay.Tremendous customer service from Matt and Glenn as well as everyone else. Will be back again for any other problems/maintenance.

This is not my actual car here on the photo but just an example of how bad my car was smoking when I got my vehicle towed to Express Oil boy when I say my car was smoking boy it was smoking and someone should have called Smokey the Bear !! The guys fixed it right up because the day before I poured an entire 5quart container of oil in my car!!!! Smh!! Hey I m no mechanic don t judge me lol!! But I was definitely trying to take my car out!! The guys fixed my car and I was on my way all the guys were very knowledgeable immediately of what the issues were!! I can say the guy Preston made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail about what needed to be done !! The prices are affordable here!! Preston thank you so much and the guys that worked on my vehicle!! I will be back I guarantee and I hope my guy Preston is there !! Thank you for kindness and expertise!!

My experience was good. I went in to get a battery. My battery was in stock and it took about 20 minutes to install the new one. The service was quick. Glenn was very nice and explained every move that he was making before making it. Thanks Glenn for the good service.

Went to this location about 2 months when I first moved to Macon and was good with the service so I was planning on making this my new permanent spot for oil changes. I go there today and they asked to check my air filter. I said yes and as the guy was trying to get to the air filter he broke off a piece that the hose attaches to. I saw and watched him yank it out and I heard the snap of the plastic part. He went and got help from the manager and the manager "fixed it" by Jimmy rigging it. The main issue was that no one said anything to me. I had to get out of the car and look at it myself and address it with the worker before the manager or anyone address the issue to me. And then when I spoke to the manager and worker about it, they denied breaking the part at all and then pretty much blamed me for it breaking. Then after I made a fuss, he offered to get all the parts and to bring it to them and they would fix it for free. I rejected that offer and just asked that they bring me the bill so I can pay and leave. He (the manager) then said don't worry about it, the oil change is free. As if he did me a favor . I was gonna leave it alone, but then I get home and see the receipt the manager sent me via email pretty much lying about the situation and then saying "fault is hard to say." He then noted that they went above and beyond to "fix" the issue. If the fault was mine, why would any company go above and beyond to fix an issue that isn't there fault. I will not be back and if anything happens to my car in the near future, I will be filing a claim with their general liability carrier.P.s. This entire post would never have been needed if the manager and the idiot that broke the part in the first place would have taken accountability for the issue they caused and been up front about it. Transparency goes a long way, but lying and then accusing me and then acting like you are doing me a favor fixing it will never fly with me.Service: Oil change

My experience was exceptionally great. Friendly knowledgeable respectful. Awesome experience. These two gentlemen need a raise!
