Great experience from beginning to end. Allen has a passion for cars it shows when you first talk with him. He was upfront, honest and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was a little apprehensive as this was my first time buying a secondary vehicle. However, I felt very confident that I was getting a great car at a fair price. Would highly recommend Encore Motors!

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Allen at Encore Motors. The fact that I drove 6.5 hours to Macon, GA from my home in Orlando, FL both times should speak volumes.Both vehicles are older Mercedes, and both were in superb condition. Minor flaws were disclosed at the time of purchase. Both vehicles came with extensive service records. Both were excruciatingly clean. I can't tell you how many times I have been accosted by other folks amazed at the condition of these cars.I can only describe the service given by Allen as extraordinary, with attention to every detail. He will spend as much time as necessary with you to ensure you understand every facet of the transaction, and every detail of the vehicle. I'm beyond impressed.Thanks, Allen. I'm looking forward to my next vehicle from Encore Motors. I won't be going anywhere else.

I recently purchased a car from Allen and I couldn't have had a better experience. The car was accurately represented online and he was more than willing to allow me to have it checked out by whoever I wished. I'm not very happy with my purchase and we'll be back the next time I'm looking for a car.

I really enjoyed doing business with Allen from Encore Motors. Allen really put me at ease buying a car from him online. He was quick to give references and I could tell he really loves cars. I would de business with Allen again in a heartbeat.

Allen is excellent to work with. I was interested in an older BMW E39 which he had for sale. We went back and forth and Allen shared every detail he could think of. As I live hours north of Macon I planned a trip with intent to purchase the car. After delay in my travel plans, when finally getting ready to make the trip, Allen called and told me not to come as he had found an issue (simple ignition pack) with the car and wanted it to be right for the visit and drive. My circumstances had accelerated to where I needed a car soon and so bought locally not visiting. I probably missed out on an excellent E39 and certainly missed out on meeting Allen in person. If you are looking for something nice Allen seems to pick up some really nice cars and I recommend him.

I have known Allen and been a customer for over 35 years. I have purchased a total of 10 cars from him in that time: 4 BMWs, 1 MINI, 1 Mercedes, 1 Porsche, 1 Volkswagen and 2 Volvos. Allen's cars are always thoroughly sorted with no surprises. Allen undersells and over-delivers. I can't recommend him highly enough.

If I could put a zero star I would! Encore Motors is apparently apart of Unique Auto Sales out of Georgia also that have zero integrity, lie, and try to cheat and steal from consumers!! They put in writing that they will sell a car to you at a certain price that they have listed on a website, put same car on another website and convince you to bid on it stating they will cancel the sale and sell you car at the lower price on the original selling website. Then they accept the higher bid (the one they told you they would cancel in writing), and they cancel the lower bid (the one they told you they would honor in writing) and then they completely ignore your attempts to communicate with them about their blatant deceit and they will not respond other than to say look at terms of the website about bidding!!!! Unique Auto Sales is being reported to Federal, State, and local consumer protection agencies and will be under review very soon. Encore Motors is associated with Unique Auto Sales and could resolve the unethical practices of their partner but they also refuse to do what is right. Unique Auto Sale is also under dealer review with the largest Wholesale Auction in the nation for fraud and unethical practices, and again, Encore Motors is directly associated with them. Buyer beware, do not believe anything they say, they will lie to you and try to steal your money!!!!!Update, six months later and they never responded, again beware, they are very very good at lying!

I don't post often but when I do it's for good reason--generally I've had my mind blown by service or product so poor it defies logic. This time it is the exact opposite! Encore Motors, and specifically proprietor Allen Akin, is one of the finest and most honorable establishments and people I've ever done business with. I purchased a new to me car today from them and from negotiation to delivery I could not provide or describe a more pleasant experience. Not only was the vehicle better than described, but it was delivered to me hours away, with a sense of pride and quality of service you just don't find anymore. Mr. Akin is one of the last of the good ones, truly, and I'd do business with them in a heartbeat again and again and again. Thank you guys!!

Honest, revealed all about my 911. Have never done business wowing a more transparent person! Showroom /shop cleans as operating room. I would totally reckommend Allen!!
