They provided excellent customer service! The workers were very professional they were honest, knowledgeable and highly skilled workers. The prices are good and the service was quick. I had an overall surprisingly pleasant experience.

Everytime I go here they are always polite. They are very prompt and thorough. The only place I ever prefer to get tires.

Guy did not secure my hubcap and it fell off; when I called they told me they weren't responsible for itWouldn't recommend!EDIT: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AFTER THE OWNER RESPONDED TO ME AND TRIED TO MAKE ME SEEM LIKE A LIAR! The owner had the nerve to say the "cameras show all" but didn't check the camera to try to fix the issue when my mom called after noticing my hubcap were gone. He told me and my mother over the phone that they weren't responsible for my hubcaps. Why else would my hubcap come off?! What would the camera show? WAS I SUPPOSED TO BE PUTTING THEM BACK ON? I only went to your shop!

Great place for used tires. You never wait to Long and the prices are reasonable. The employees are very nice, especially the gentlemen running the place. He's never just behind the desk.

Wow! Amazing group of guys! Sure,the wait was...long( 56min, we arrived at about 11am Friday 4/14/23,and left a little after 12pm) but once our vehicle was up next to be serviced( changing our spare) tire specialists immediately went to work! I tell you the truth, it was like watching Nascar or Motorspeedway,lol awesome and affordable, too!! Great job guys! You truly are"the best service in town"!

They were just so busy and yet they got to me RIGHT AWAY!! THE GUY WHO HELPED ME , I NICKNAMED HIM TATTOO MAN!! HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! EVERYONE ELSE AT ECONOMY TIRE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND JUST SO PROFESSIONAL,,,!!! Overall this place is outstanding. They were always over exceed your expectations. Jake is outstanding truly a Godsend. Before you know it you're back on the road again with just a little out-of-pocket. I personally can promise it won't hurt a bit.

I m from out of town. Stopped to get a tire fixed. While they fixed the tire, someone slipped 12 tire weights on another tire which caused major issues and having to cancel vacation plans. My mechanic at home found them. Would not recommend until they fished out the employee who did it and fired them.

Great fast service. I bought 2 tires for less than half the price of a new one at a big chain store. I was in and out in less than half an hour.I will definitely be back!

Boy...these guys came through in a clutch. Had the tire I needed to get me back on the road and up 75 north! Great affordable used tire with plenty of tread on it. Don't just come in with an attitude acting like these guys owe you something! This is a family business with men who work hard to provide for their families and keep Macon rolling without breaking your bank. So after you are served, say thanks and tip them for their services. You pay for the service but these guys being professional and providing courtesy to your patrons is priceless. At least say thank you!

The staff was very friendly. They said they didnt have my size tire. They went and looked and found one close to the size i needed and put it on. I highly recommend them

Very informative, friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely be back. Great tire shop for those of us on a budget! Can't be beat if the continue with the excellent customer service, great low prices and quality tires. Don't lose those 3 things and Economy Tires will forever shine!

They were professional & quick. The manager, I think his name is Jason. Is always courteous and remembers me (which man if you're reading this & I miss-named you, brother, my bad). I started going here because they were right next to my job. Even though they couldn't guarantee to fit me in their schedule during my lunch, which could be a short as 15 minutes, they worked with me. I could drop off my tire, & they would let me pick it up the next day after they removed it & installed my spare.Now, even though I've switched jobs, I still prefer to go out my way to go see them. Their prices are very fair. Their wait times are usually short &/or reasonable, & I'm always greeted by a friendly face.

I was downtown last week for a job interview and had a flat tire . Had no money on me and no way to get air in my tire . So my brother suggested going to economy . And that was the best idea. Thankfully they replaced my valve stem on my tire and did not charge me . I was so surprised and very greatful for the help . . Not very many people help others that way. So I would like to Thank the ones who helped me . Didn't get names . But the economy tire in downtown Macon ga. Has some real heros working that day . These guys do a good job. They sold me a set of 4 like new Michelin. They only had 2/32 wear and balance was superb. The best part of all was the price. I have no problem recommending these guys .

This tire company is affordable. The tires are prices are various depending on the size you would prefer. $30.00+ per tire. The tires work fairly well and from my experience have good mileage. The place is messy and there are tires every where. The workers are efficient and good at what they do. They ensure you have the best service and that your needs are met. All you need is patience.

Called to see if they had my size tires. They did. As soon as I pulled up they waited on me. Took only about 20 minutes to change 2 tires. The tires look almost new. A lot better than ones I bought somewhere else. This is my new favorite tire place. And everyone there was really nice and polite.
