D&A Cycles has been the best and most friendliest business I've ever delt with. I purchased a motorcycle from them recently and it was hands down the fastest and easiest process I've ever been through. Not only did I buy the motorcycle, I went back and purchased new gear and they were kind enough to even give a huge discount! I honestly would spend full price here than having discounts anywhere else if it came down to it. D&A Cycles will always have my business for anything from now on. It is such a pleasure dealing with Patricia but regardless who you're dealing with up there, they will always make you feel like a top notch customer. Thank you!

Just picked up my 1995 Kawasaki Voyager. Carbs rebuilt and synced, tune up , fuel pump , oil change. Never had a problem with this shop. Owner is nice and seems knowledgeable and honest. Bike runs great. No problems.

Terrible place to buy a bike from. I purchased a 2014 yamaha yzf-r1 with 26,246 miles on 03/20/24. They let me test ride the bike and everything was fine, so I moved forward with the purchase. On 03/21/24 as I am out for a ride, I noticed oil on my right shoe which are now ruined and the bike was also having power issues. Today(03/22/24) I took the bike back up there to be looked at and they notified me that the bike had an oil leak. I haven't ridden the bike more than 50 miles. I wanted to return the bike for my money back to which the owner denied my request. Bad place who does bad business and sells faulty bikes. Take your business elsewhere.

This wasn't the first time using this shop. Nor will it be my last. I've used them before for tires, battery, and small things. The customer service has always been great. But this time we feel they went beyond. Recently sent in a Honda Shadow that had a gummy tank, leaky petcock, gummy carb, bad ignition, dry rot tires, no brakes, and a lot of its parts in boxes. Now that bike is on the road full of confidence. Excellent service, Ariel is very knowledgeable got my 99 cbr1100xx back in top shape. Told me some things to keep an eye on. It's not necessarily a quick turn around but having the job done right. Worth the wait!

These guys built up my engine and installed a turbo for me on my 98 bandit, they took on my project when no other shop would, bike runs great, I def recommend. Kevin and the owner went above and beyond what I was quoted for. They took great care of me and my bike, they always stayed in contact and let me know what was going on while my bike was in their possession. I can't thank them enough, they will work with you on prices, although I am a firm believer in the saying "good works not cheap and cheap works not good". Great and honest experiences with them. They flat out told my husband they wouldn't put a particular brand of tires on his Harley because that brand had so many issues.We sent our Honda Shadow there for a carb rebuild and she runs like a beauty now. A little sputtering, but they very kindly said if it continued we were more than welcome to bring it back in, so they could look over and make sure it is just her stretching her legs out. :)Great experience w these guys!

Definitely the best cycle shop in the area. They know what and how to do service and maintenance and treat you like a person. Ive serviced my BMW at several dealerships and prefer to come to D&A. The new location is twice the size of the old one which says enough about the customer base here in S Georgia. So far 27k on my bike with no issues or problems thanks to their help!

I can't speak to the shop itself, but was very happy with the help/service provided by Ariel and Kevin from the shop last week. I'd been unable to find a place to ride with my son locally and they worked with me to get us set up the same day I called to ride at their track the next day. Membership was easy to get signed up for and Kevin met me the next morning with a key for access at the gate.Thanks guys.

100% better than any other shop in the area plus they worked quick and service was above my expectations I can't recommend them enough if you got a bike needs work or tires go here don't bother with the others trust me they got you covered.

Had a couple of electrical problems with 2004 Goldwing trike that I was unable to resolve. Their customer service was top notch! Local Honda service dealer was not very accommodating by not wanting to service my bike, but recommended D & A. I've had my bike back for a week and no issues. I will have it serviced by D & A in the future and recommend anyone who has a Honda Goldwing that is a trike to go to D & A. Great crew & family! OzzieService: Electrical repair

If you are a devoted motorcyclist, you know how hard it is to find a knowledgeable motorcycle mechanic that doesn't try to gouge you at every chance. I've been to D&A Cycles three times now and they will continue to get all my business. They're laid back, kind, fair priced and a knowledgeable motorsports shop. I waited to make this review because I've been let down by so many other places but I'm confident in this place now. Just know that good work is in high demand so be patient once they get your bike and you'll get your toy back in tip top shape.

This place is awesome! The people are easy to work with and will give you a good deal. They're also the only place in Macon that had the size tire I needed and when I didn't like the design they ordered another one for me.

The staff is amazing. I order tires and they called me back to let me know that they were not in stock and suggested another tire for me they also did a oil change and shined my bike up I will continue to use them for all of my needs Thanks ya all!!!!

I brought two motorbikes to this shop for an estimate and possible repair, and the owner seemed capable after a month passed we received a call with excessive repair bills. I asked it took all this time to give us excessive repair bills? The owner started to tell me the bikes are not well built, and it is his peak season and it is all about us. I will not be coming back here again. I will seek another opinion.

We've used D&A several times for work on our Harleys. They've always done an excellent job for a reasonable price. Their customer service is top of the line. I would highly recommend them.

I broke down in Macon, GA last may on the Sunday before Memorial day. I had to wait until Monday before they were open, but D&A Cycles was the only shop nearby that could fix my tension bolts and get my bike back in running order. The staff was very pleasant, they fixed my bike quickly, and I was back on the road in no time at all! The tow truck driver was very friendly as well, and I enjoyed talking to him on the way to the shop.

Great place to get service and parts. Staff is very friendly. But if u have an old bike u may want to shop online. They took two months to locate my ignition switch after I had paid for it, then charged me a fee because I found one and cancelled the order. Smh
