These guys are amazing!!! Made sure to take care of me from my headlights to back lights to my fender flares to My rims you have to go see them.. they are amazing ask for James!!!!!

From the first phone call with James until today when the work was done, my husband and I was treated with respect and the work done is great! We are very happy with bed liner, hardtop, and running boards.

James and his crew are outstanding! Had airbags installed on my truck for hauling by Creative Coatings and after some time started having problems with them loosing air. Took it back to James to find a solution. His team started on my truck promptly and fixed it very fast and at NO CHARGE. Thanks James. I highly recommend Creative Coatings to anyone needing accessories. Don't waste your time with the others. It's the Service after the Sale that will keep me and ALL my vehicles coming back.

These guys did a phenomenal job on my brand new Ram 3500. Tinted the windows, sprayed on bed liner and leather seats. I could not be happier! And it took way less time than I thought it would!

As far as how they do on the tinting, great. And a fair price as well. But the customer service, Jesus Christ. I might as well have been treated as a dog would if it pooped on the carpet. You are nothing but money to these guys.I scheduled to get my car tinted and after they tinted the car, they informed me that I will be billed for the entire time set aside for my car. It would have been 150 for 3 windows but since they set aside another hour and a half, they billed me for it.So instead of paying an awesome 150 for three windows, they made me pay a ridiculous 300 for 3 windows! That's bull! They charged me 150 for them to sit around and literally do nothing.When I called the following weekday to express my concerns to the owner, he decided that hanging up on me while I was expressing my concerns. When I tried to call him back he decided that blocking my number was a good way to provide great customer service!If you want to be charged an insane price for little work and to be treated like scum, come to creative coatings.

James is spot on, him and his team done a great job on my dually. It turns heads no matter where I go. Of coarse with covid we run it to a few issues getting some of the product , but he kept me informed and pulled it off in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this company.

Bought a 4 inch lift kit. Was charged nearly $2000. When i saw the finish work it didn t look like the full 4 inches. Just left another shop and they told me I had been ripped off and it s a 2.5 lift at best. Will never use this place again

My go to now for anything add on for a vehicle. James is a great guy and always helpful in deciding what to purchase. Not pushy which I like. Timely service and great work also. Had stripes put on my 18 Camaro and they did a super job!

Do not let these people do anything to your vehicle. In the past we have had a great experience as far as buying tires, rims and have heard good things from friends. Recently their work is sloppy and horrible they ruined the interior of a brand new car, did a horrible tint job, and on my husbands truck they did a tire balance and rotation causing horrible shaking and could have ruined his tires and causing a lot of damage. I do not normally leave reviews good or bad, however take your business elsewhere.

Just poor communications...I recently had GHOST LIGHT installed on my vehicle there. The installation was very unacceptable. When I brought it to James attention, I was told that I had ordered the wrong parts. But, this is where the poor communications takes place, if i ordered the wrong parts, why would CREATIVE COATINGS install the lights without letting me know the parts are incorrect. The GHOST LIGHTS were installed incorrectly and most definetly not to my satisfaction. Thanks, CREATIVE COATINGS! The review page doesn't give me the option to post photos.......

If you are looking for a one stop Auto Shop, Creative Coatingz is the place! I have had several of my vehicles windows tinted , tires, wheels, exhaust, oil changes, etc done here and they do fantastic work! They always have me in and out in no time and have the best prices. Go by and see James Denney today - he will make sure your vehicle is taken care of too!!

If I could give this establishment negative stars then I absolutely would! I went to get my front windshield tinted and after it was done I noticed some air bubbles in the tint. Due to this, I went up to there to have it addressed. I spoke to an older bald guy and told him about the air bubbles. He was very polite and sent a technician out to address the air bubbles. I met with the technician to point out the air bubbles that I noticed. He proceeded to take a squeegee and attempted to get out the air bubble with no success. He then told me that he couldn t get the air bubble out and that I could schedule to get a re-tint which I did.Fast forward, I bring my vehicle in to get the re-tint done. I speak with a middle age guy who I believe is the owner. I told him that I have an appointment to get my front windshield re-tinted to which he had no knowledge of. I explained that I had air bubbles in my windshield and we went out to look at. When we did, he said you re not going to get a perfect job when tinting the front windshield . He never explained that to me prior before I paid for the service. He also never offered me a refund. Anyway, they ended up re-tinting the vehicle.Today I noticed that there were more air bubbles in the windshield than the prior install. I went to the establishment and explained to the owner that there are air bubbles in my tint again. He told me that he couldn t get me in because they were busy and that I d have to call back tomorrow afternoon to see if he could fit me in. I replied with asking is there a guarantee that you can get the air bubbles out and he said no. I then proceeded to ask for a refund to which he said that he wouldn t give me a refund. He claimed that he had already offered me a refund before he re-tinted it but that s not true because I would have gotten a refund then. We proceeded going back and forth and his tone became very agitated and aggressive. Keep in mind there is another customer standing right there witnessing this whole encounter. I m calm throughout the whole situation. Ultimately, he threatened to call the sheriffs on me and have me put in jail for trespassing.Very very horrible establishment. I definitely feel as if this incident was racially motivated. I am a young black man who was extremely calm in the situation! I made no threats or aggressive gestures yet he used calling the sheriffs and have you put in jail as a threat! Very very horrible job on the tint. This place doesn t care about their customers but only the money. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. Spend your money somewhere else!

Completely mismanaged. I've talked with them for 8 days via email for having my windows tinted, and was told to arrive shortly before 10am, which I confirmed I would. Showed up, after having my wife wake up early to give me a ride home and going to wash the truck before I dropped it off, and they had no clue I had an appointment today. I also shifted around several other things this week just to be able to keep this appointment.Per their email, "if you can get here by 10 i will schedule it for you". Turns out, even that isn't true since I was simply told, "Sorry, I can't do it." Didn't give me an alternate appointment time or any other consolation. Felt like I was basically shooed out of the store, after having to walk through a hall of offices just to find someone since the front counter wasn't being managed.The person responsible for their communications is seemingly completely incapable of it. Lack of grammar and syntax aside, I had to ask for clarity several times and still didn't get all of my questions answered in the quick, short replies I received. Also, learned that the person responding to me was in Warner Robins and I'm in Macon - that was never mentioned. How narrow minded, and have to assume this certainly isn't the first time this has happened.After reading the other reviews, I realize now I should have done a little homework first. I had work done here years ago, and the quality was fine, but I also ended up waiting an hour after they closed (they had the car all day) because the tech wasn't able to finish it on time. Lesson learned - save yourself the headache and find someone that won't waste your time.

One of my friends referred this company to me because he knows how piticular I am about my vehicles. I live in Atlanta So, I passed alot of places to come here. I gave them a call and after talking with them I decided to make the drive. When I got there. I told the Gentleman what I wanted to do to my Jeep. Not only did he give me a great price on every thing I ordered. They also had it there within a day! In less than 2 days my vehicle went from stock to custom with money to spare!!! No detail was overlooked!!I am extremely pleased with this company and will send my other friends too!Window tintWheels3m WrapAnd more!!

Good MorningHere's the info on Creative Coatingz.TOTAL DUE = $6750.00They still owe $3750 from 2019's tournament (original amount was $5500)AND they owe the full amount billed of $3000 from 2020's tournamentI have attached copies of the invoices.
