I experienced nothing but wonderful customer service from CARSTAR! They even went the extra mile and made me happy that I chose them to do my repairs for my vehicle . I would like to thank Kellie, Sarah and the many others at this shop for bringing back the beauty of my Toyota rav4 .

Great service! They fixed my Honda pilot as I was rear ended a month ago! It looks brand new, if you get in accident please use them to fix up your car! Oh and shout out to Sarah, she is so pleasant with great customer service as well! Thanks again CARSTAR!

Awful. That's all I can say about my experience so far. I had gotten my vehicle fixed a year ago at this place and the experience was good. Not sure what's changed. My front headlight is busted and needs to be fixed. I took it in three weeks ago and I have yet to get an estimate on when it will be done even though I was told it would take 2 to 3 days to get an estimate. I even called over a week ago and have not received a call back. I won't be using this place again.

I dropped my car off on 11/01/2023. I just got it back today on the 17th. Would have been done sooner but Nissan was on back order. No big deal. My front bumper was damaged and Carstar did a great job and it looks brand new again. Sarah who works at the front desk was giving me updates throughout the two weeks. Friendly staff and stayed on top of everything. I highly recommend!

Following my accident, my car was taken to CarStar in Macon, Georgia on, or about September 27, 2023. A few days later, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was informed that it was next in line for the estimator. A couple of days later, I was told that I needed to come by to sign a form. I informed them that I lived 2 hours away and could not stop by. I was informed that they would email the form to me. Over the subsequent weeks, I did not receive the form, but was told it had either been sent, or would be sent. Furthermore, I was told that it was not holding up the progress. Fast forward almost one month from CarStar s receipt of my car, I was informed that it was yet to be seen because new lifts had been needed and had just been installed. This delay and dishonesty in what was occurring resulted in a near $2,000 in additional expenses to rent a vehicle that were mostly unnecessary and solely due to the unnecessary delay.

My car went in for a post wreck estimate and repair. It ended up being totalled by my insurance, so there was no repair done. I was treated with much respect and attention to detail. The staff was very pleasant and even gave me a ride to pick up my car rental, when they saw that I had not been picked up by the rental service.

Just got my Jeep back today after hitting a deer, and I have to say I am so happy with everything they did! They are very communicative, friendly, my vehicle was ready on time, and it looks great!! Highly recommend them

I ve worked there owner is a Meth head, insurance fraud all the time cussing his staff out daily! He literally works all night and day! paranoid schizophrenic trust me bad place to do business

Took my car in Oct 9 for estimate still haven t heard nothing back 14 days later the estimate is processing and insurance has not heard nothing back they can t even give predictiion on how long an estimate takes to process found this out after holding for 10 mins and getting hung up on.

Thank you to everyone at CarStar Collision Macon, GA! Especially, Tina, she was patient with me from the very beginning. She always was an effective communicator through out the entire process and made sure I was updated until the very end. This made me feel like my car was in good hands and that she had my best interest in mind. Everything was a smooth transition from making payments to picking up my car. They did a phenomenal job correcting the dent on my bumper. My car looks just like I brought it off the lot. Also, I love how the work closely with the rental service I had to use. Went in to get a quote for repairs through my insurance company. Britton advised they had a mother customer with the same car as mine that was coming in for service and had trouble locating parts for it. I gave him sources where he could get the parts to help him out. Told me he would call back several days later on a Wednesday to get everything setup. Never heard back from him, called the location several times over two weeks and left messages to call me back and get everything going. Not one call or follow up. If you didn't want the business, that's all you had to say. Poor professionalism.

My entire experience was great! The young woman who answers the phones Miss Tina is so nice and makes sure your concerns are addressed. This shop did exactly what they needed to do with not one problem the entire time my car was there.

I called Carstar and spoke with Tina letting her know what my issues and concerns were with my car. Although she was with a customer she got my information and called me back in 10-15 mins. Spoke with the owner and I was asked if I could bring my car in. I was given assistance immediately once they looked over the damages. My overall experience was beyond what I expected. I ve gotten about 10 texts and emails about doing a review of my experience. During the span of the 2 months) they had my van (which repairs were estimated to take 5 days), I was emailed maybe twice. Although I opted for email updates, if they could message me so many times about leaving a review I don t see how I wasn t contacted during the repairs and the delay of explained. All the emails I got only said date changed to and no explanation. My husband tried to call several times and no one picked up or got back to him. Ya ll need to hire someone to help the front desk lady. I appreciate that no one was ever very rude but I will probably not use this place again because of the extreme lack of customer service.Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish, everyone at Carstar was professional. The repairs done to my Range Rover were top notch! Over all it was a great experience. Very professional. Look over the work very well before leaving. They painted two doors on my vehicle there is a spot missed and a few grains in the paint which could have been corrected. I'm sorry but my experience was horrible!!!!I guess my car got there at the WRONG TIME. MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE for 3 MONTHS!!I was in a fender bender!! I kept getting told the run around and even had adjusters call me to find out if my car was there because no one would answer the phone for them! Very highly upset with them!

I would just like to let anyone know that is thinking about coming here. do not come here they will not fix your car. they will call you and tell you that it is fixedAfter having it for over a month. and when you pick it up you will find that nothing has been done to the car especially under the hood. They will paint yourbumper and make it look good but that s it!Beware I now have to go and pay out-of-pocket to get my car fixed for something that my insurance paid to get fixed.This place deserves zero stars.
