Josh, who is the manager, promptly responded to my online estimate through the app. He asked me to come in to discuss the work needed. I did not have to wait long at the office. Josh was extremely nice and helpful in my case. I would highly recommend this business.

Everyone here was great. I did want to give a special shout-out to Jennifer Ennis for being so nice, helpful, and caring. Great people that work here. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Easily 100/10 stars

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Tim, Jennifer & Onzie were 10/10. Tim fought to get me brand new parts vs used; parts of my car fixed that weren't originally approved. So patient & helpful. The communication was excellent. If you need work or this business is covered by your insurance, GO TO THEM!! Will never trust my car with anyone else.

The entire staff was amazing. Jennifer especially. She informed me weekly about the status of my vehicle. She answered any questions I had and was available if I need any assistance. Thank you

They are the worst Body Shop ever. They never fix your car proper they will put glue on your bumper. They try to use the insurance company to get more money when they don't fix the car right proper the first time. Jennifer is a compulsive liar

My car was in a wreck while traveling through Macon coming from Jacksonville. Not being from the area and having heard good things about Caliber before, I had the car taken here. Turn around was quick for the amount of damage and the car looks better than it did before the accident. I'd definitely recommend taking your vehicle here!

I went here and had terrible service from Jennifer. I was basically refused service because the insurance that would have covered the repair was not a preferred vendor. I had the insurance adjuster speak with Jennifer and she basically was looking for a reason not to accept my car.The reason she came up with is the recommended price would have to be supplemented. The adjuster couldn t promise anything until it was looked over by the adjuster but said it would most likely be approved.I asked her multiple times to take the car so they can start the process, I m sure it would take more than 2 days to fix my car, and it would take less than 2 days to get back with them about the price adjustments. She continued to talk in circles. After getting help from the manager he said he would take my car but after such a frustrating experience trying to get them to take my car I decided not to use them. The shop does good work but the customer service is terrible. I will never use them because of Jennifer.

Caitlin at Caliber provided a seamless experience, from start to finish. She kept me up-to-date on the progress, and I was surprised when my car was ready earlier than expected. The repair is amazing after a deer rammed my rear door, and the car looks new again! Thanks to Caliber and Caitlin for a wonderful, timely experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.Service: Body & Trim

They have worked on both of my cars and did an amazing job. Caitlin kept me informed from the time I dropped my vehicles off to the time I picked them up. . . She also was able to assist me in setting up my rental. I definitely will use them again because of Caitlin customer service. Awesome Job.

Great experience! We hit a deer in June in our family car & then 2 wks later my son had not at fault accident. Caliber took care of both vehicles of ours very professionally

Experience was amazing, the staff was friendly and got my vehicle back in a timely manner. 10/10 would definitely recommend to friend and family. Onzie was a great receptionist and put up with my constant calls and was always quick to respond to my questions. Jennifer and the folks at Caliber Collision took excellent care of my vehicle (Big Daddy). They stayed in constant contact with me by phone and text and made me aware of the progress of my repair at every stage of the process. Best of all my vehicle looks and drives like new. Positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service, and expedient service despite current supply chain delays. They also did great about following up with me well after the job was done to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for vehicle body work!!

I just recently had my Sonic repaired here, i was very pleased with my experience. They kept me very informed, they were very upfront about the repair process. Ihighly t recommend this-place to anyone that needs repair work. The receptionist Caitlin was very kind and updated me regularly about my service. The service guy Steve was friendly, and he saw to it that my car was washed, aligned, and clean before I received it back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This business is awesome! I had never heard of/even noticed this business until my husband was rear-ended and we had to use them to get an estimate.I don't expect perfection; I simply expect someone to do their best at their job. No more, no less.The customer service, the work provided, and the overall experience working with these guys was beyond what we expected. They are the definition of amazing customer service.They are trustworthy and actually do a really good job. I stand behind my recommendation for them to the point where it has crossed my mind that if they asked, I'd stand out there with a sign......maybe......maybe not......definitely not, but it did pop in my mind :DI would totally recommend them to any and everyone. They are amazing.All thumbs up to Mr. Rick M. for being so kind and patient waiting for my hubs to get back down to Macon from Atlanta on Memorial Day Weekend. He is the reason I decided to make a post.Thank you all so much for the excellent service.

I came by this shop to get an estimate last week on my Honda. They seemed very busy and I didn't have an appointment but they still made time to help me. When I get repairs I will definitely be using them. If anyone needs body work I would definitely recommend this place again and again!!!

Fast service with no issues with my repair. The rental car provided was much better then the one offered to me at the initial shop I went to. Im not sure if that's their fault because I think both shops were contracted through GEICO and use Enterprise Rentals. The staff was very friendly.

The staff is so kind and informative. This is the first time that I ve needed professional body work because of an accident and I didn t feel like I was kept in the dark or taken advantage. My insurance unfortunately totalled my car, but Steve kept me updated the whole way. He broke down the cost in an itemized manner, and was super informative. Sad about my car, but happy with Caliber!

They have had my car for over two months. They do not give updates and everyone there give you the runaround about when the car will be ready. I will never recommend them if I could give them a zero I would.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
