First time having a Toyota.They were fine. Would have appreciated getting my car washed after spending over $700. But i use to be a. LEXUS owner. I would recommend them.

Exceptional service in all areas of my visit with April to replace a battery. As with all dealers, the price was overboard but that comes in our new economic state of gross inflation then consider necessary dealership overhead, G&A, and profit. Overall, will be my pick for service to my Toyota.

I recently took my 1 year old 2022 Rav 4 XLE premium to the dealership this past week after smelling mildew and finding puddles of water in the front/back passenger floorboards. It was found by a service tech that the AC hose was dislodged and possibly the source of the water coming into my floorboards. I questioned how this happened and couldn t get an answer other than the theory was at some point the car was on a lift. I informed the service guy that yes that s correct (butler Toyota). I also told the service center that I found this issue after smelling mildew in my car. I was then told they are not allowed to put in the paperwork mildew and has to describe it as bacteria growth instead. The mildew was not addressed and the service dept admitted the padding under the carpet was saturated and wet (also stated in my visit summary). The service center put everything back together and left the padding soaking wet under the carpet. I m a loyal customer and deeply disappointed in the services I received. Leaving wet padding and mildew in my vehicle is a risk to my family s health as it promotes mold growth.According to google, Mildew refers to certain kinds of mold or fungus. The term mildew is often used generically to refer to mold growth, usually with a flat growth habit. I was told by the service dept the carpet would not be covered under warranty because it s not a manufacturer defect. The ac hose that dislodged is up under the carpet therefore it is a manufacturer issue it dislodged. In return, it then ruined the padding and carpet from a manufacturer issue. I will be contacting corporate to escalate this situation. I advise others to join the fb Toyota rav4 club to find this water issue is a common issue among the Ravs.

Always have provided excellent service every time I have had to have my car serviced. Larry is one of the most pleasant individuals I have had the pleasure of doing business with each time. Check engine light was on in one of our vehicles. I booked specifically with Larry as he s assisted us with past repairs. The vehicle he checked for us is a Kia, I m aware there are many times Butler is unable to service Kia. I have appreciated Larry s professional opinion in the past and knew it was worth paying the diagnostic charge in order for me to obtain his findings. In the end we will need to take the Kia to a dealer to be repaired. I feel confident much more confident with Larry s diagnosis in hand rather than relying on the Kia dealer. I ll definitely continue utilizing Butler Service and hopefully Larry (or Josh). Both have a done a great job in the past.

Chris was awesome. He kept me informed and checked on me since I am disabled. He offered to get me some water. And he made sure my car was parked next to his service door and he carried the chair I brought and loaded it up in my car. I found that the seats with arm rests like what is in the kids playroom will accommodate my back problems. I told Chris that you guys need to put plywood boards hammered in place under the couch cushions to fix the sinking holes in the couches without having to buy more couches. The plywood just needs to fit over the wooden frame under the couch seat cushions. They found the problems with my car that needed to be fixed. Thank goodness for the tire alarm in the Toyota. It prevents a breakdown from a flat tire.

Ms. Katie was very friendly and respectful. She treated me and made me feel like I was a valued customer.
