We all know that prices are going up while the economy is going down, but I get GREAT service from the folks at Butler Nissan Service! Listen, cars aren't cheap, but having a service guy like Ronnie help me navigate my services is a bonus. He keeps me informed and doesn't try to 'oversell' me. Thanks Ronnie!

Smiling staff when you pull up to greet you. Recommends what's needed and when things are going to come up soon. I appreciate Ronnie, Brittany and Josh for always taking care of my vehicles and my customers.

Clean smiling faces when you drive up. Great environment to buy and sell vehicles. Service staff is very knowledgeable and quick to get you in and out. If you re in the market for a vehicle ask for Nate!

Well I'll say this much...they have very polite and nice employees.HOWEVER make sure to be on your toes and know exactly what types of services they intend to perform on your vehicle before they do it. Otherwise you will end up like me and pay hundreds of dollars extra on services you did not even agree to.Not worth it, save that money. You can find the same quality of service almost anywhere else in Macon, at a third of Nissan's price.

Nice smiling faces when you arrive. Ronnie, Jessica, Brittany and Josh have everything they need to help you out in service. They even follow up with you after service. Great place to do business.

Clean showroom full of New Nissans. Smiling staff greet you when you pull up. Nice place to work and do business. My wife and I both own Nissans and use the service department as well as my own friends and family. Ask for me if you re in the market for a vehicle.Cooper Daniels

I recently stopped but the store due to a flat tire and oil change! The service staff was awesome and squeezed me in to have my tire looked at and serviced my Pathfinder! Service department is great and take great care of my vehicle along with friends and family. The service was great came in for an oil and filter change it was faster than I expected and Breanna was very kind and answered all my questions as well called me as soon as my car was ready! highly recommend their services!!
