Transparent and very courteous Salesman (Greg) and F&I Manager (Brioni) made the process go very smoothly and seamless. I highly recommend this dealership. No high pressure at all. It was an excellent car buying experience.

I had a wonderful experience selecting my 2024 Lexus RX. Salesman, Ken Campbell was the BEST!He made sure I got exactly what I wanted (i.e. color, features etc.). The Tech & Finance Personnel members were very helpful. Thanks!

Could not have had a better new car buying experience. Wallace was a joy to deal with in one of life s statistically less joyful events. He made the experience almost fun. I believe buying from Butler Lexus was absolutely the best decision for me and it would be for anyone. I m very satisfied with my 2023 Rx 350 and so glad I shopped local . You should drive over if you re not local. You will get a better deal and most certainly a better feel from Butler Lexus. Also, I have already had several scheduled services as I drive many miles. The service experience has been phenomenal. Kayla couldn t be easier to work with on scheduling appointments and cars if needed while service is being done. Simply stellar customer service every time I have been.

I ve used Butler Lexus to service my cars for years and I must say I have always had a fantastic experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise. The service department is efficient, and they completed the work on time as promised. I appreciated the transparent communication about the repairs needed and the associated costs. Overall, I highly recommend Butler Lexus for their professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Butler is located two hours from me so I was looking at many dealers. Coming off a personal situation where my finances are not what they were Butler by way of Dan a Sales Manager and the overall team made my deal happen, they did what many other dealers were not willing to do and got me into a brand new vehicle that so far has been awesome. Many luxury car dealers are very pretentious as well Butler was very welcoming and made the process of buying a car actually easy and no I am not being paid for this review.

First let me start by saying that I had been looking all over for a 2023 Lexus GX460 with the red interior at a fair price without having to pay the market adjustment pricing that some dealers still tack on. While searching, I decided to look out of state (as I m located in Fl), which I found an atomic silver with red interior located at Butler Lexus. I had put in an inquiry late evening and the next morning I received a follow up from Jason saying it was still available. From that time on out, Jason was very patient, went above my expectations, and provided such a detailed experience. He assured me that he would do everything he could to work the best deal and even bring the vehicle down to Fl for me. I am beyond pleased with my whole car trading and purchasing experience that I would do it all over again. Thank you so much Jason for reassuring that amazing salesman do exist and for not treating me like a number. Also, thank you Rick for aligning your schedule to deliver my vehicle to me.Jason your time and dedication is more than appreciated. Butler Lexus thank you for having such a phenomenal salesman on your hands!!!!!

Best dealership buying experience ever! Salesman (Jason) managed to get me the EXACT car I wanted, and it was every bit worth the wait! He even kept it safe in the delivery room for me, out of the elements and safe from prying eyes no runarounds, incredibly smooth buying experience.I wasn't surprised by this- Jason and the Butler Lexus team have taken very good care of my wife and me in the past. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned Acura MDX from Butler Lexus and the experience was exceptional. We worked with Alan Bell, Jason Nelson and Chauncey Alexander in working out all the details for the purchase. Alan and Jason worked as a team together to offer us a great car at an outstanding value. And since we live in North Carolina, they had the car delivered to our driveway and the car was exactly as described. We had no surprises once we inspected and drove the car and the guys that delivered the car to us were so friendly and patient while we went through this process. Chauncey made it so easy to close the deal over the phone once we were satisfied with everything. These folks are all first class and they made the buying process both very simple and convenient. We never felt pressured to purchase the car but rather were remarkably comfortable and confident during the entire process. We hope to work again with this professional team in the future for our next vehicle purchase. Our thanks to all who were involved in making this vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience.

I had a beautiful experience with so many of the workers at Butler Lexus today. Dan the manager greeted and worked with me and my husband. Ken the salesman was awesome. He's very friendly and answered all my questions. Breon the finance manager was awesome too. I felt like I have been knowing them a long time. Keep up the great work. Wonderful. It would have been nice to have sugar substitute at the coffee bar. All of the customers waiting were seniors. And probably like me as a senior are highr risk of type II diabetes aka sugar is bad. Sugar aubstitutes are not so bad.

The Service Dept at Butler is absolutely fantastic to work with, whether it's usual maintenance or a special situation. I had a special situation. I live and work in Lake Oconee community and needed my front drivers seat repaired. The service folks worked with me (and gently reminded me a few times) that they had my part and I needed to schedule the visit. I finally scheduled the visit the same day that the hurricane was approaching south and central GA. I had planned on a meeting with a client after my service appointment but everything was shutting down for the storm. On my drive down, I called the service dept and asked if they had a loaner vehicle that I could use while my seat was being repaired. I literally gave them no notice -- just called while driving to Butler for my appointment. Without missing a beat, the loaner was ready when I arrived, they whisked my car away, and sent me to my re-scheduled appointment in Macon. Because of that, I signed up a particularly good deal and the Service Dept deserves some credit. Doubt that the meeting would have happened if I didn't take it in the morning.Long story to demonstrate that the folks at Butler really do make it easy on us customers who don't live close by. They made that promise when I purchased my car nearly 4 years ago and it is very much the truth.Just wanted to document this outstanding level of service and pass along my appreciation for the team's efforts. After paying $500 for a 80k mile service on our LX, i Decided to call Hennessey Lexus in ATL and get a quote for the same service including tires rotate/ balance and Oil change.. They quoted $250 for everything. If you want to pay $104 for a cabin air filter that is $20 then give Rod a call at Butler Lexus he can rip you off no problem.

I purchased a Lexus at Butler Lexus So Atlanta 5 years ago, the experience was great...this time I went to Butler of Macon and it has been horrible including both sales and service, so bad that I'm now using a different dealer for service because after 8 months from the point of sale, several issues have not been taken care of as promised repeatedly, even after speaking twice with the sales manager.It would have been so easy for the dealership to do what they said they would do, now they've lost what could have been a life long customer, I will always own a Lexus, just not from Butler Lexus!
