AN HONEST, WELL MANAGED BUSINESS. Very kind, helpful and professional staff. The management was honest and more than fair. I felt respected and treated well. Butler on Eisenhower made a very bad day for me, SO MUCH BETTER. I highly recommend this collision shop!Lulu

Really bad experience here, was give 3 due dates and was never was able to get the car done on time. The day I finally get my truck back 3 months after due date and it still not done right. I even have water going into my truck after the repairs they did to it.

Wow, where do I start??? They had my car for over a month!!! The paint job was poor! It went through supposed inspections but it was still missed...and you want me to leave it with you to fix what should've been fixed the first four weeks...nah I'm good! It was my daughter's graduation gift, her 2019 mustang! Statefarm should remove you from the trusted repair shop list

Butler Collision did an awesome job! Even though it took long due to supply chain issues with the parts as they had to be ordered from Germany, they did a great job at communicating with me. I took my car to Butler after waiting 4 months for Riverside Ford. I was more than happy with my experience! Literally the worse place you can take your car. Only received a star because they re good at making appointments. Had my car for two weeks and didn t do a estimate, when I made an appointment a week in advance. Chose to take my car someplace else.

My vehicle was brought here for some extensive repair work. The team here worked hard and extremely quick. I was surprised when I received the phone call that it was ready. They did a great job and the car looks wonderful. The staff was friendly on both trips that I made to them. They made me feel comfortable and confident that I was leaving my car in a safe and professional place.

They have had my car since Sept 29th and on my last call last week I was assured it would be ready today (Monday). Now they are stating the parts just came in, when that is what they told me the week of the 15th of October. Last week all it needed was painting and reassembly. Now they are changing their story and asked me to call back later this week. What kind of mess is this, I was told it would be ready today and now its not, I need to turn in this rental car and now I can't get a straight answer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had the experience of dealing with both locations in Macon. The one on Riverside was very professional and informative through the entire process. I would certainly do business there again. You could not pay me to take my enemy s car to the Eisenhower location. It was that bad!! From the little girl who checked my car in to the manager there. No one calls you with an update, my truck was there 8 days to get the bumper replaced after someone backed into the front of my Yukon, and then when issues occurred within an hour of picking of my truck they were on the defense immediately. I believe her name was Allison or Amanda, she was rude and argued with me after initially supporting the fact that I called right away about the problem. I didn t want to be there but do to being able to get a faster appointment at this location, I trusted my vehicle with these unscrupulous individuals. Long story short they denied any responsibility and that lifetime warranty they talk about is a joke. They didn t even honor the diagnostic evaluation of the issue. I was on my own.

Poor customer service! So far, I am pleased with the repair but would not return to this vendor because of such of a lack of customer service and when I went to pick my vehicle up, the inside and outside of it was absolutely filthy!! Nobody said one word to me once I paid my deductible. I had to find the car myself and remove paper and plastics that were left in the car! Although the service was done on the outside of the car, you would have questioned what must have gone on inside the car for even the upholstery to be dirty?

I dropped my car off to be repaired here on Tuesday , and was done by Friday morning. They do quality work with a great turnaround time. Quinn in customer service was very professional, and had constant communication with me throughout the process. I received updates on exactly what was happening in real time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My car was in an accident my car arrive at their shop on Nov 13th and today is Dec, 17 they have not given Allstate paper work saying the car is total or be repaired. Allstate can out five days after it arrive, they keep giving me the run around about they order parts and changing their story.

I was VERY pleased with the service I received from Butler Collision! I have a 2012 highlander that had to have the bumper replaced and front end painted. Hunter called to let me know when the parts were in so I could drop my vehicle off. My car was fixed within 2-3 days. Every time I called with a question, they were very quick to call me back if the receptionist could not answer my question. My car looks as if it had never been wrecked. When I went to pick it up, I was VERY IMPRESSED with the way it looked. It was cleaned inside and out! I DEFINITELY recommend Butler Collision if you are ever in need of vehicle repairs! Thanks so much for your AWESOME service!

Brought my car here to be repaired from an accident. When I brought it in there were no major issues but when I picked it up that night I had a major antifreeze leak. Took it back the next morning to find out that they won't fix it when it obviously happened while in their shop seeing as how it didn't leak before I took it to them. So they made me take it to Chevrolet for diagnostic so they could determine if they needed to file additional insurance to cover the repair. They are lucky that the repair is covered under my warranty or I would have sought out the help of a lawyer. Ridiculous how this place of business would not own up to a mistake they obviously made. This was not just a coincidence. No way my water pump broke in a matter of 30 miles. I'm not buying it. Will never do any business with this place ever again and would not recommend them to anyone if you value having your car fixed!!

Once the date comes for expected completion expect to give them a call, they won t call you, just to find out that the date is pushed back a few days to a week. Next date comes and same thing except now every day is you calling late in the day to find out it will be the next day. Had to use them twice now and first time my car had a fender and rim replaced- took a month and a half yet said 3 weeks, this time said 2 weeks and we are passing week 3. On top of everything once insurance started getting involved to find out the delay they say that I m lying and won t answer calls and my voicemail is full (I get maybe 1 voicemail a month and immediately delete them because it s 99% a telemarketer)

I needed some front end repair to my Hyundai, due to another vehicle backing into my car, as it was in a parking lot.I took my car to the Butler Collision Center, in Ashland, Oregon.The man who assisted me, at the desk, was extremely polite, and really appeared to care about my car! (I was, and am very thankful)Butler did an estimate, of the damage. I was told that i could bring my car, and I would get a rental/loaner vehicle, while Butler was fixing mine.I received 3 phone calls while they were ordering parts, and fixing my vehicle. When my car was finished, I received a phone call to let me know my car was ready to pick up.When I arrived, the same man walked with me to my car, and showed me what was done. My care was beautiful! They had even vacuumed and washed the entire car!Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, BUTLER COLLISION REPAIR CENTER!! You deserve an AAA+ !!!

I had an accident in November 2016, and I thought my car repairs would be ridiculous. It was my first and hopefully my only accident ever. Gwen (the rep from Butler) and Brandi (the GEICO adjuster) were so helpful in guiding me through the process. Butler offers text message updates and I was grateful for every update as the repairs were done to my car. Best of all, they didn't have to replace any parts because the damage was minimal, so my car has kept the same parts as before! And did I mention that my car (which is a very specific shade of red) was repainted correctly, AND was washed and cleaned spotlessly when I picked it up!

Don t recommend this body shop the front desk receptionists are rude ..the are very disorganized they have had my car days over what they were supposed to because they were claiming they didn t receive payment from my insurance company when payment was received prior to the car even being fixed so they are sketchy I had to call my insurance to get the truth of them getting funds .they didn t deserve my business at all take your deductible and insurance check elsewhere!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I wish I would have looked at google reviews before I chose to use this place. Although I have some good I can say about the friendliness of the staff, the work was under par! Long story short, I am from NC and I wrecked my car in GA and had to leave it at Butler Collision. Good comments first: 1. Candace was very friendly and was quite informative throughout the entire process. 2. The shop put forth every effort to have my vehicle out to me on the original completion date (although they went over by a couple days). 3. I am having a hard time coming up with another good comment. Heres what went wrong: 1. I requested multiple times that my car not be buffed or waxed while in their possession. I had recently done a full paint correction and ceramic coating on my car. Upon delivery, I noticed my entire drivers side had buff marks (extreme swirl marks) from trunk lid all the way down to the front bumper. Im not talking about little swirling...It was extreme. 2. My vehicle amplifier quit working almost immediately after I left the shop. After having it diagnosed at Lexus of Greenville, it was determined that 2 of the seals were broken from where the shop had installed a panel wrong and was letting water into the compartment where the amp is located (1100$ fix). 3. The first time I took my car through a touchless car wash, the pinch weld moldings on my drivers side windows almost blew completely off my car. I contacted Candace and asked her to help me figure out how to get this issue fixed (As I stated earlier, I live in NC). After a week of avoiding me I got a short email stating that her Manager said I have to bring my car back to them to have it fixed. Heres the problem with that. I LIVE IN NC! The clips that were broken cost 25$. The molding that was split cost 60$. I requested that they send those parts to me and I would pay out of pocket to have them installed. The only response I got from them was asking me how close I was to a "Toyota" dealership in Charlotte. After my response to that question I never heard back from them. Its never fun wrecking your car....but adding the confusion and worry about working with this place was unhinging! I really am a person who tries to look at the good in a situation. However, all I can think about is the lack of customer service, attention to detail, and overall care that I experienced. My advice to any potential customer--> PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!!

This place is a joke. I ve never seen people so bad at what they do, if they have tried to make this worse it wouldn t be possible. I was involved in an accident on September 11th, it has been almost 60 days and the car is still not ready, they make some many excuses and create stories that it s unbeliavable. They have no respect for your problems and show no sign of caring at all, no one is okay being without their car for almost 60 days.I wish my car was taken to a different body shop, I live in Florida and was involved in an accident in Georgia - if I was in Georgia I would have taken that car out of there a long time ago.Worst experience ever!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did they keep my car for NINE WEEKSbut they replaced my back gate and put ivory trim inside my car instead of black like the rest of the car. My car had over spray all over it, & sounded like a 1901 truck rattling when I backed out. Upon taking it back to be rectified, I witnessed the front desk girl Candace, being so rude it blew my mind she was allowed to be the front person for ANY business. So after my car being left the entire day, it is still wrong, but I will go to somebody that is competent this time. Shame on butler Lexus for telling me they were part of their company, unless they are in which case I don't believe my next car will come from them!

Have had my car since July only time ive had an update is if i call them or if I stop by personally...... They still dont have a time my car will be ready and they have moved my car twice without notifying me... It is now Sept they have my car since July!!!! I would not suggest them to anybody im highly unsatisfied

We never use them again, my car has been there for 2months, the only status I get is when I call & it's been the same one each time..I've escalated the situation, other than a 15min call with the Collision GM..it was no help..The Collision Dept do not live up to the Butler's Name...

I was extremely pleased with Butler collision and how they treated me. Grant and his team of experts, two of being Quinn and Tosha truly understand the meaning of customer service. This was a lengthy but smooth process and any issues I had were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a reputable collision center. Thank you to everyone up there for being so kind and professional!

Butler Collision Center streamlined my experience by seamlessly working with my insurance company. Frank Robles even came to Roseburg during icy weather to pick up my car and then drop it off. When I was waiting for an oil change, one of the employees offered to pay for my lunch....friendly, small town hospitality and service!

Unfortunately I've had to use them twice. I only say Unfortunately because it was due to damage on my vehicle. The service was fast and impeccable. My car looked as if it was fresh off the lot.

My Jeep has been there for 2 weeks trying to repair damage to the fender. They keep finding additional damage. I called twice on friday to discuss it with them and was promised a return call 2 times. My call was not returned all day. Geico suggested them so I am calling them next.
