The light skinned young lady , was very nice and helpful to me, by helping me replace a battery for my remote to my car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE HAD NICE TATTOOS .

Auto Zone on Vineville Macon GA: For Kawana Fuller: she is experienced, an expert in key fob replacement. I visited many other places and none of them could replace my Nissan 2004 key fob. It didn't take Kawana 5 minutes to get my fob working.I'll recommend anyone that needs help to go to Auto Zone on Vineville, Macon GA, for any fob replacement. If Kawana Fuller is on duty, you're guaranteed to go with functioning fob on your hand. I'll recommend Auto Zone to train her employees in fob replacement.Thanks Kawana Fuller, you put a smile on my face and make entering and locking my car a lot better.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Alexis. There is no telling how much money you saved us by just doing such an awesome job helping us. I can not express my gratitude enough. Just for reference I had cheap LED headlight bulbs break off after installation and we did not realize. We could not figure out why the new bulbs would not fit. Autozone has all of my business from here on out. Excellent customer service and job exceptionally done. Thanks Alexis.

I really can't say enough good things about this Autozone. We were driving back home from our vacation to the beach, heading back north to Knoxville, TN, and our car started having some major problems in Macon, GA, 4 hours away from home. This was on a Saturday evening so there were no car repair places open. Our car was shuddering something awful and the check engine light was on. My husband called this Autozone and the employee Rico was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to drive our car over there and have the problem diagnosed. The car had a bad spark plug, a part that was less than $10. We didn't know how to replace it, but Rico said it was an easy job and was able to show my husband how to do it. The car started back up, the check engine light was OFF, and it was purring like a kitten, and we were able to make it back home! So, so thankful for the kindness and competence of employee Rico, and we are also appreciative of the manager Dashayla! Highly recommend this business :)

Traveling with my family when our coolant temp sensor went out. Came to auto zone and Kawana was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and understanding and was with us the whole time. Great customer service and extremely friendly though out the store.

Good clean efficient store set up. Kawana was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we looked at every radiator hose in the store. Only to realize later that the car had the wrong radiator in it.

Really like this location and it was only my first timeHere!!!!! they were a big help Kawana helped us every step of the way over the phone and in person. She was a great individual and is very very nice and greeted us the second we stepped in the door. Kawana and Jaron were both outstanding will be back here if I need anything else.

They staff there were very friendly; they greeted me as I walked in asked if I needed any help. When I went to purchase my items the young gentleman behind the register was very polite and it was a pleasure talking with him.

What a great first impression! Nothing less that Wonder-tastic! The staff here treats you and your vehicle as if you two (or more) belong, personally, to them. You can't ask for better service and or assistance! This store politely ushers competitors right back to their seats! Makes me wish that this AutoZone specialized in other areas of life! Thanks Vineville AutoZone, you will definitely see me on the regular!

First and foremost this is the best experience I had with Autozone. This was my first time coming to this one. I first called to see if they had any Battery Holders and Kawana was very pleasant and nice and professional when I spoke to her and I asked if they could have someone help out the battery holder on and they could. She answered all the questions I had. I drove to the store and she greeted me and my boyfriend as soon as we walked in. We were helped immediately and she even gave us recommendations to go to Toyota but we decided not to. Not to mention Jaron he was also very professional and nice and helped with the process of the battery holder as the bars needed to be cut in order for the hood to be closed. They went the extra mile to cut it and in the process I felt bad he cut his finger a little bit I really appreciate both of them they were outstanding and has the best customer service I would HIGHLY recommend this Autozone to everyone I know and I willbe back here whenever I need help ! I knew this Autozone would be a great one before I even called and drove here!!! Thank you!! ASK for Kawana AND Jaron they are literally awesome and soooo helpfully thank y all !!

I rolled in five minutes before closing on a Friday night. Rico Johnson and Jerry Stephens not only took care of me, but they went way above and beyond. It s obvious that they love and are proud of what they do. Talk about great service!

I had a great experience here. I needed a small part. The guy went and got it and some ratchets. He finished with the inside customers, and came and assisted me finish up. Very good price on part. Didn't have to ask for tools, he volunteered. Awesome.I would give 5 stars, but for my 3 good visit policy to earn 5 stars.

I want point out that Ricoh helped me last night by providing excellent customer service as follows: I left work around 8:00 PM on Tuesday 10/04 to find that my truck would not start. A fellow employee jumped-off my vehicle and then I went to O'Reillys Auto Parts Store to find that although they are Open until 9 PM, the Store was closed already. I then proceeded to Autozone at the Vineville Street location to find that they were still open. Ricoh was the gentleman who was on-duty. He was quick to help me by obtaining details of my issue, the type vehicle I drive, and then to identify the correct battery. He then took the time to remove the old battery, which turned out to be a very long process with the plastic covering and other bracing equipment particular to my vehicle. He installed the new battery, checked to see if my alternator and starter were also a problem, but they weren't. He was very attentive. He listened to me and provided the type customer service that is rarely seen these days, and when I offered to give him a tip for his efforts, he replied by saying thank you, but no. He only asked that I visit the website and leave a review. Ricoh helped me from approximately 8:30 PM - shortly after 9 PM. I am so thankful for people like him and I want Autozone to know how valuable that young man is to that location and the company overall. He is definately the type employee that everyone hopes to have. Thank you Ricoh! I hope that I spelled your name correctly!

I know nothing about cars, lol. Came in looking to replace some old windshield blades, and the employee helped me pick out some high quality, yet not too expensive, blades. I appreciated how they listened to my budget and helped me pick out good ones that weren t necessarily top of the line but not the cheapest ones either. They even installed them for me! Now they work like a dream!I also appreciated how the employee answered a few questions I had about other issues with the car. I feel like they really cared. I would definitely go back in the future for other car needs!

Took my battery for a recharge let's say I feel as though no effort was put into it, the next shift said they didn't know if it was charged or not or even if they still had it when I arrived knew I just left it earlier that day...smh

Amazing service, helped by both that were working the night of 8/15/2020. Curbside battery diagnose, suggested (not forced) potential fixes, price matching- at which point I felt they went above and beyond for my business. After which, they not only installed a battery, but then also I was given advice along with information on how to further find direction on how to prevent the issue precipitating my battery issue. I haven't been this surprised by service and business without paying egregious surcharges in a long time. Literally was driving away with my SO flabbergasted how painless and helpful that was- all for the standard price of a battery. Bravo.

Was driving through with my newly purchased RV when the check engine light came on. Stopped here to get it checked out and the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Joe, the manager, was super duper helpful and reassuring.

Brett from Vineville location was amazing! Driving through town on vacation when we started having car trouble. Brett was a huge help to my husband while he fixed the problem! Would recommend their store 50 times over! Thanks for excellent service!
