I can t complain with the service, but their quality of glass is sub par to OEM. I filed a claim to have the windshield replaced due to a rock chip, Autoglass came out and replaced the windshield. I noticed various areas in the passenger side where the view was distorted, made an appointment to have it replaced under warranty. While this windshield is marginally better, theres still an area about a foot long and an inch wide running up and down the windshield that s distorted, I m disappointed in the quality of glass they re installing. If this were my vehicle, I would be taking it back again, but it s my wife s, and she s fine with it as is. It s honestly not worth the headache of having them replace it again with another windshield that could be worse than this one if she s content.
