Not my favorite location but still overall good service and comparable prices and convenient.I see I have a reply from business already but I feel I was misunderstood. I did not have a bad experience at all, I just said this wasn't my favorite location. I had a perfectly fine experience and was in and out of store in less than 5 minutes thanks to the lady that assisted me.

We had received the wrong part originally and we came to return the part and had a few issues with returning the item. Bill stepped in and understood our issue and provided a full refund... based on our experience with Bill, I will do additional business with this company and this particular location because they stood behind their products. Bill proved a point to me that advanced auto will make it right when the situations calls for it.Thanks for your help Bill.

THIS STORE IS MY FAVORITE IN THE Macon area. I have met all the staff over years and they are all very good at what they do. I am a disabled Vet. They didn't actually know that when they offered to help with transportation to get my vehicle repaired. KUDOS!!

What can I say. It like the show cheers everyone knows your name lol. Do a lot of business with them I don't have anything negative to say. Store is always clean and organized and staff is always willing to help

The service at Advance Auto is very good one of the store Representatives, was very kind, he put the need windshield fluid in my car it touch me deeply because I'm disabled. Thank you for having kind peoples working at your place of business

I always find good specials here. I got oil today $4 off of the over $8 price. Almost 50% off. They usually have something that is on sale that helps you save money. They are always nice and helpful and will look up your vehicle needs and they will change out your windshield wipers for free included with buying the windshield wipers. I tried changing them once and took 30 minutes figuring out how they go. They can change them in just a few minutes and saves me a lot of time. They have tire gauges and all the tiny most often needed stuff right near the register like funnels, fuel saver, oil saver treatment products and windshield washer fluid and coolant right at the front of the store. It's so easy to find stuff and they never change the location so I can find it again and again. great store.

I went in to the Auto Part store today. I can't remember the last time anyone went out of there way . I needed some bolts / screws and had help the entire way....thanks guys

I WAS LOOKING FOR A HARD TO FIND PART. I tried this location bc I think it is maybe s distribution hub? Regardless, they found the part! It will be available for pickup in 2 days, coming in from Atlanta warehouse. I dealt with Malia (sp). She is like the wonder woman of Advance Auto, and surprised me with her knowledge! Thanks M, for the assistance.

Lazy SOB's....i ordered online...i show up 30min later...and she said it's being "gathered" whatever they call it...i walk around 5 min n ask again.. she sais "gathered" again....its just spark plugssss... oh let me get that for you... thanks for your sense of urgency. So it would have been faster just to walk in and ask for spark plugs....

Prices were right and at checkout I was a couple of cents short they paid it. When I paid for the oil they even put it in my car for me so I didn't half to be in the rain doing so myself

Couldn't find a purchase I had made. Called the Corporate office and they found it. Called the store to tell them what they found. Went to the store and they replaced the item. Was very nice at Corporate and at the store.

Jason has an extremely bad attitude and none of them knew what they were doing at all its crazy how they told us to buy 4 different belts and which every one doesnt work to bring back they need to be shut down
