I'll give her two stars for checking out with obd II scanner for thrown codes but she said I had to research them. I've never had someone do that. Good thing I got smartphone.

If you show up at 8:01 or 29 minutes before they close you they will come out say system is down . Why store door open just close it if system is down. Beware if plan shows up before the store close

Is EVERYTHING more expensive now?A basic radiator hose $37? Sounds overpriced to me.Service was good but if you don't want to overspend for the item, great service makes no difference. IMHO

This particular location does NOT deserve a star but it wouldn't let me post without choosing a star. The people in this store were very unprofessional. When a product is sold they need to verbally display that certain items cannot be returned even after they saw the product bought would not help us on our vehicle. The man even told us to take the product to another location to see if we could get our money back. He even stated call corporate, I don't care, this is not the first and will not be the last time someone calls on me. Poor customer service. We were not rude to the gentlemen but he was very rude. Customer service is key and being respectful is also important.

This trip was more for my husband! He is Mr. Fix it and prefers to work on everything himself. It is a big plus when he finds what he needs the first time.

My car wouldn't start this morning (around 10:15). I had to have the battery jumped -called roadside assistance, who came fairly quick. The battery was 8 1/2 years old, (original to the car and had never failed to start before!), and once running, I drove straight to the Advance store, about a mile. Two clerks immediately asked if they could help, described three options, I chose and paid for one. The young man brought it to the car, installed the battery, and I was good to go. They couldn't have been nicer, and I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Yes, I would recommend Advance Auto Parts wholeheartedly!

We were from out of state on our way home and our battery stopped charging, so we got towed here and ordered our parts. Bill and Cindy were so helpful and kind. They went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of! They really wanted to make sure we were set to go the whole way back! We are so grateful to their help!

This is my favorite go to parts store! Vance is always nice, welcoming and professional whenever I have a question or issue. Cody is really nice! He placed my new battery in at 8pm at night without any issues. I always feel welcomed & valued when I shop here.

On the way to a job early one morning, and 100 miles from home, my alternator went out and I was able to limp my vehicle to the parking lot of Advanced Auto Parts. They didn't have the part in stock, but another location close by had it. Instead of waiting several hours until the regularly scheduled deliveries, the manager sent someone to pick up the part. They had the alternator to me within the hour, and allowed me to replace it in the parking lot. They even loaned me a couple of tools free of charge. I don't think I've ever experienced such helpfulness and hospitality from an auto parts store before. I'm extremely grateful to the staff and manager at Advanced Auto Parts, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went into this store on a cold rainy January afternoon. I needed wind shield Wipers. The brand they recommended was the one I wanted to get any way. One service member took the wipers and went outside in the rain to install them for me while the other service member ran the check out. I thought this was exception service and I really appreciate it. by the way, I find their prices competitive with large retail stores.

Big thank you to Tim. He went over the top to help me out. I was on my way home from the mountains and my lug nuts got loose and I lost one. I pulled off as soon as I could and came to the store. Helped me find the lug nuts I needed. He even got a torque wrench and made sure that they were all torqued to spec. Thanks again Tim, I really appreciate it.

This Store is in shambles. Came in a few weeks ago. One person was on a personal call for over 15 minutes. I know cuz I was standing at the counter waiting like a patient customer. Had two other employees walk right by me and didn t say a word to me. When someone did come to help. They said the normal greeting and then asked if I could give her a moment!? At this point I had been waiting for about 20 minutes and there were 4 employees in the store! Today I had ordered a part online. Went to retrieve it and when I got there. They said they they didn t have any in stock? This is the only Advanced that I ve ever had issues with. Do yourself a favor and find a different one or another parts store.

The people at the Zebulon Road store are far easier to deal with than the Northside store, where some of the people are just difficult. At the Northside store, I have been shown utter disrespect on two occasions. I am a VIP member of Advance yet been spoken to very rudely there. Cindy, one of the managers, is just a detriment to Advance Auto. I discovered that a nearby mechanic shop feels the same, primarily because of her. The manager of this mechanic shop told me that they will NOT deal with the Northside location.You can get great deals at Advance using online promo codes and speed perks. Advance is over priced in store by roughly 20 percent. You come out far cheaper ordering online where you get discounts of 15 to 25 percent through promo codes. Then just pick up your order at the selected store of your choice. Join Speed Perks rewards. It is a far better program than it used to be, and Speed perks can often be combined with the online promo codes.The only problem with online ordering is that, due to COVID, IT CAN BE HARD TO GET AN AGENT ON THE PHONE. I prefer chat, but that contact method can also have significant waiting times. That said, the online agents are fantastic and very accommodating. Therefore, Advance is my parts store of choice.

Walked in the store both sales associates were at the counter no greeting no acknowledgment but it was OK I was just there to get some overprice motor oil but when I got to the counter the sale associate (with a big white beard) never acknowledge me as I put my motor oil onto the counter he was very busy with something on the computer apparently but did not even acknowledge a customer in his face so I left the oil on the counter and took my hard on money somewhere else please note:owner need not respond to this just know that I think if you had a bunch of baboons working in there they would probably have more social graces than the two backwards people you have working in there now

I needed a new car battery and this Advance Auto Parts is close to where I live. Jason was very friendly and helpful. He found the battery I needed, replaced and disposed the dead one. I have used this location several times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

That place is fracking awesome. My Harley broke down nearby and a lady there went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. I wish I had gotten her name. Great customer service!

FIVE STARS REDUCED TO ONE STAR!!!I was rudely Pushed aside twice by two cashiers because they couldn't answer my question. So they took the next customer... Website lured me in with 20% off... But they couldn't give it to me, so they just took the next guy in line! I WENT TO WAL-MART AND GOT THE SAME ITEM FOR HALF THEIR PRICE!! This used to be a five star rating... What's wrong with people?!? Attention owners, management! You're losing business here.

I came in at 7;08 and there was this lady and guy working very unfriendly and didnt want to help me smh. I asked about some fuses she said i could goggle it. What in the world. So i did it myself then i go back in and asked for fuses, she asked the year and model of my car. Take in mind they not behind the counter and they came with this bogus lie they dont carry it really. How u know u didn't even look it up for me. They need to be fired bad customer services. Signed upset customer. Im reporting them first thing in the morning

This is my auto parts store. It's well-run, clean, well-stocked, and orderly. The staff are pleasant, helpful, and respectful. I would drive past 5 other outlets to get to this one.

Horrible customer service! My wife came here to purchase a head light. Anthony was not helpful, he didn t help take the old bulb out, he tried to make her purchase a $35 bulb (we ve purchased them in the last for 11.99), since she wouldn t take the bait w/ the expensive bulb, he wouldn t help put it in! Not only when I went to O reily did they take out & change the bulb. They offered other free services! Will not be back here!

Traveling up I75 a dash light lit up. I pulled into Advanced Auto they quickly diagnosed the alternator problem, gave me parts options and even set me up with a local shop. I was back on the road sooner than I thought possible. Thanks guys!

Conner B shouldn't be employed there ! Didnt want to help put a windshield wiper on , even tho they just did for another woman in the rain ! Maybe he shouldn't be employed there ! Worst customer service ever ! Will never do business with that location again ! Didn't want to help return the broken item , that was still with in the 30 days of original purchase.
