When I entered into the store everyone was very courteous, they looked up my part with no problem. My part needed to be ordered and they gave no hassle to place my order but I decided to come back later. I wanted to check around, but overall they gave me a great calm feeling here. I am so grateful for these guys!! I didn't get his name, but he's been a mechanic for 16 years and he helped (for roughly 30 minutes)change out my headlights, and they were not easy. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!

I was told to come pick up my brakes The next day. when I came the next day I had to wait for 1 Hour for them to come and tell me the brakes wasn't delivered. I didn't like that.

they dont always have the most qualified people behind the register, and they are so slow i could grow a beard waiting in line, people always in the back laughing it up while only 2 behind the counter, knowing the lines are getting longer by the minute, so the staff is lazy, inconsiderate and not very knowledgable, but the prices are the most decent in town! and they have items in stock when no other parts store has!

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. I went in two nights ago after being turned away from AutoZone as they didn't have the device to do a check engine light as it was stolen. The gentleman at AutoZone told me to go to O'Riley...worst possible choice. I got to the counter and asked to use the check engine device and it was given really rudley to me and he made sure to let me know he couldn't help me cause of COVID...but went out to another customers customer car that was right next to me. Then when I went in to give them the device back I asked for a paper indicating what it was that made my engine light come ons the gentleman made sure to raise his voice and let everyone know embarrassing me that they don't do that and I just need to take my car to a mechanic or go somewhere else that dose so. NEVER will I come back here!

I bought 2 auto parts. One of them always needs a gasket but didn't come with a gasket. The employee, (my receipt says Christopher. He was a young, light-skinned black man) pointed out to me that it didn't come with a gasket and asked if I needed one. Yes, yes I did! I had taken an Uber there and his diligence saved me a trip! Thanks for going above and beyond.

I pull up to the store to get some freon, I decided to call just to find out if they had what I was looking for before going in. Guy answers the phone and said yes we have what you are looking for. It's on sale for 8.50 I said ok, I am already here. Let me get it. He started to charge me 18 dollars for something that was on sale. Be careful too many hustlers out there. Especially if you're a woman. I had to tell him, if they are on sale why are you charging me this much? He forgot. Really

They The half worthy only auto parts store in the metro area it had the part I needed after trying hundreds and hundreds of auto parts stores . They're radical man , totally awesome, I've never in my life Experience the level of just plain charm , charisma ,steadfast S savoir faire .

I've been in an out of car parts stores all around the area for weeks now getting parts for the junker I'm restoring. Found these guys to be more helpful than anyone else. And pleasant too, girls who are there more during weekdays are great, nice change from the surly snarl of some other shops.

The Manager David was not very helpful at all and disrespectful. I've been to alot of Oreillys and I love there store but this was one of the wort experiences ever I hope corporate looks into who's representing thier brand.

Horrible Customer Service, called more than 15 times and no answer, some calls they will pick up and let me on hold without my acknowledgment and then hung up.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Tell them not just what you want, but what you're doing because the guy I talked to helped me determine the right part as we talked about what I was trying to repair.

Good stock. Just watch the prices. Boxes are sometimes in the wrong place and ring up too high for what the shelf price shows. Some workers really don't seem to want to be there.

This location sells Automobile paint! I was told that most of the local body shops buy from them! The employee's where very helpful. The price was a little high but then again I'm not a body shop.

If I could give this location a zero star I would! I called several stores and was told this was the only location that had the part I needed. I called this location and was told that yes they had my part and would hold it for me. They took my name and number and I drove 45 minutes out of the way only to find out they did not have the part. They did not apologize and one associate even made the comment "this is why we don't hold things". Customer service here was terrible.

Oh oh oh O'Reilly's...auto parts! This store will always be my favorite. I met my husband here 15 years ago! We are still turning wrenches on old rust together!
