AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Had the worst experience ever! After purchasing a car which is better described as a lemon they wouldn't answer my calls or assist me EVEN ater going up there. After dealing with runaround after runaround I finally told them I'm done ever doing business with them. Completely unprofessional and completely traumatizing experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I wish i could give zero stars Literally had the worst experience of my life dealing with these people AFTER successfully paying offa car with them in December I unexpectedly needed a new car so naturally, I go to the same place with who I have experience with Got this location and was Sold a car that broke down the next day after three days of going without a vehicle. I finally had to pop up at the shop just to get any information because one would answer the phone i was told i would receive a refund but im LUCKY that im getting that in the nasty was possible so UNPROFESSIONAL and nasty when i spent my money and the car broke down how am i lucky??? They put me in a really bad situation and if i were you i wouldnt trust these people with my car or my money.

Ugh if I could give them zero stars, I would. Poor customer service, poor attitudes. My engine blew one hour after purchase. $8,000 just gone and they didn t do anything to help me My car had roaches in it. I didn t even know roaches still existed. Just disgusting Stay away!

Terrible place to buy a car. They are only out for your money and do not care about giving professional customers service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I wish I could give it no stars but you have to give one to post a review. They are the worst car place I ve ever worked with.

If I could give zero stars I would. I did not buy a car from them I however did go by to look and well was told by an employee that because I am white I would have to go through more steps to buy a car but if my boyfriend wanted to buy one that all he would need his the down payment and an ID he is hispanic one thing I hate is racism. Aside from that they want 30k plus for a 2016 truck so if you do the math with their crazy imterests and fees you would be paying around 40k for a 7 year old vehicle. Monthly payment around 800 well no not gonna happen. I did however consult with someone who advised me to file a complaint. Please be aware of these used car dealerships. Not everyone has thousands of dollars just sitting around to pretty much throw away. Do your research..

I have purchased 2 vehicles here and will buy at least 2 more!! I was the only person there that did not speak Spanish on my last purchase. They did EVERYTHING to make me as comfortable as possible. Such an awesome place!!

I will forever say that this is the best dealership I ve ever worked with. This is my SECOND car I ve purchased from them. Both times I ve had nothing but GREAT experiences, ESPECIALLY with James and Devin who are ahead of making sure my car stays safe and working to drive. Every time I come here I m taken care of according and with such respect also. I highly highly recommend Auto Trados. Hands down best experience BOTH times with purchasing a vehicle. I m pretty sure I ll be here for my 3rd purchase as well. Thank you again James for all the wonderful customer service. Nothing but the best!

Definitely would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Worst experience I ever had with purchasing a vehicle! First the salesman took advantage of my situation. I had recently moved to Atlanta. And was in a car wreck which totaled my car. The other party insurance gave me a check for my car. I was new to my job and was wasting money on Uber. And I didn t have a Georgia license. Basically the salesman told me I wouldn t be approved at another dealership due to me being new to Georgia, I didn t have 6 months of check stubs, I didn t have a Georgia license, and I was not at my current resident for 6 months. Also he said my down payment of 3200 was too low! After being told this I felt I had no option so I went with this dealership . I had only had 2 options of a vehicle. They both was parked In the back! The car I got was a 2010 Nissian Altima very nice 2 door car. But within 3 months the car was breaking down on me. when I called and told them about the car I was told that s normal to put work in a car. But I didn t have the car for a year to put major work in it! So I wanted to give them back the car. They convinced me to keep the car so I did and just got it fixed. Mind you I m paying 500 a month. By August the car needed a catalyst converter and valve cover gasket which both are 900 dollar jobs. At this point I felt like I shouldn t be paying 500 a month for a car to keep breaking down. So I gave the car back to them and going to shop somewhere else. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Save your money!!! Not to mention they was over charging me for a use car!!! I feel as if I was taken advantage due to my situation at sells , I m a 24 year old female that went alone. If only I took a man with me I probably would ve still had a car. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!!! They all about money they don t care about their customers!!!

Hands down. The best dealership I have been to. I have bought 2 or 3 vehicles from there. Each time was a easy experience. The financial department is A1 on top of there game. Their service is the best. Even when it comes to repairing your vehicle. The mechanic there is so sweet and caring. Usually I get treated bad at other places. I believe it s because, I m a woman and don t know a lot about vehicles. I would definitely recommend them. To everyone.....

They not only got an easy $6,000.00 off of me only to pull financing after keeping my car for 4 months after engine blew "fixing" it. They also stole a bunch of my stuff from my car and wrote nasty notes and put it in my bag of belongings. This is by far the WORST car dealership ever! Heartless and con artists. My son no longer has a car seat because of them, I am handicap because of them!

Great Company to buy from. James makes sure you Are taken care of.. The vehicle are maintained before sale and the extended warranty actually takes car of any problems that may come up.

AUTO TRATOS , EL mejor consecionario para comprar tu vehiculo en Atlanta GA . lamentablemente no fue buena experiencia y ni una estrella se merecen solo porq si no la pongo no deja publicar el comentario no quer�a comentar pero por un Gmail q me enviaron lo are lastimosamente solo antienden amablemente cuando quieren vender y luego cuando hay defectos en el auto comprado y q promenten arreglar no cumplen a su palabra cuando est�n vendiendo ,para mi si fue mala experiencia porq al final de todo deciden por si solos no gustos del cliente romper el contrato injustamente y no devuelven el carro entregado del entre, as� q estoy insatisfecho con el mal servicio lastimosamente cuando uno da un carro de down payment lo revisan de pies a cabeza tardando 1 hora y media y dando una miseria y cuando venden ni si quiera se aseguran del carro si est� en buenas condiciones lastimosamente tienen mal servicio preocuren en mejorar el personal y q no digan puras mentiras cuando est�n vendiendo y anoten lo q dicen q luego se les olvida o se hacen los q no se acuerdan mal servicio y no los recomiendo q conosco personas q an comprado carros ah� y les a salido mal
