Tried to rip us off charge us $290 for changing alternator. When asked about it owner said don't ever stop here again took them 45mins to change it. He did drop the bill to a more fair rate of $151 something which was fair but very poor attitude.

Kim Stephens, I guess he is the owner, is easy on promises, but doesn't care much about keeping them. I called the service at 0930 am and he said that he will be heading out in 45 minutes.1. His driver arrived at 1pm after finishing his lunch. NOT GOOD!2. He charged 44 miles while his shop was only 10 miles away and when he said he is heading out I assume he is heading out of office, not the lunch place, which is ridiculous. NOT GOOD!3. When I asked him for invoice breakdown I didn't get clear explanation why he would charge me for 2 hours and more miles. Instead he said that "the longer we talk the larger amount will be on the invoice". NOT GOOD!I've seen businesses worse, that's why it's not a 1 star review. But be ready to pay more and wait more.This is Stephen way I guess!

Great service. The mechanics were able to replace and refill a water pump for an RV in the parking lot of a nail salon within the day. Saved my employers a ton of lost revenue. Competent, funny guys with big hearts. Great company!

We took our Motorhome to a much larger repair facility in Macon. The tech installed the wrong filter and as a result we had a towing bill of $1600. Mr. Stephens and his crew worked to find the faulty part and correct the problem. We couldn t ask for better service or attention.

These guys are great they have always had my parts. They know what they are talking about, especially the owner he has the knowledge you need. Great place. I drive 60 miles one way to get my parts.

Nice to do business with. I would give them five but the younger man forgot to call me and cost me a trip. Otherwise very helpful.

The people are friendly and generally have your parts pulled by time you get there if you call ahead and they are always correct. I like this place

I was able to take my truck and drop it off pick up another one and go back later in just a few days and pick mine up very helpful people

Called for a service call to repair a brake issue. They responded promptly to the issue and replaced a brake chamber and the price was reasonable.
