We happened by yesterday on a first-time drive through the area. I went into the rest room as my husband filled up the tank of our car. As I returned to the vehicle, I told my husband he was going to LOVE that store. Part-hardware store, part-feed store, part-convenience store, part-bait store, part-cafe, part-gas station -- it is a dream come true for him. I figured he'd be lost in there for hours. Fortunately, he didn't take quite that long, but was truly and incredibly impressed. If we're ever in the area again, we'll make it a definite stop. Folks in the area are lucky to have you!

Great food, selection and awesome folks. This place is part truck stop, part convenience store, part household/grocery and bait store and restaurant. Close to the Altamaha river landings near Plant Hatch on US1. I love this place and they have beer and wine on Sundays

This is my usual stop when I deliver in Baxter. Very friendly and helpful people. The food is the best by far!!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!We discovered it on the way to visit family, we had time to spare and picked up breakfast. The food was absolutely amazing!! Its hands down the best breakfast ive ever had. We now make a point to stop here anytime we visit the area and have ate breakfast and lunch. Never disappointed. The staff is always kind and helpful. The store is well stocked and have more options than your normal gas station.

Website is a total waste and inaccurate. When your from out of town and realize that your low fuel light comes on you immediately think Google nearest gas station open. Dennis Sport Stop came up closes soon 11:00 p.m. Pull up at 10:15 p.m. and every light in the parking lot and store are off, it's dark and closed up tighter than Dick's hatband. Nearest station now is 17 more miles. Mr. Dennis, I may not be a regular customer and you might not give a rip, but I hope others who might see this see that you don't care about making sure your websites information is up to date so that customers can have accurate information especially when situations like ours accidentally have occurred so that they can avoid driving out of their way to your CLOSED ESTABLISHMENT and possibly run out of gas trying to get to an open one. And yes they close at 10:00 p.m. every night, a local Sheriff Deputy was parked in the parking lot and verified this as he was giving us directions.

Met Fred Dennis years ago and liked him right off. I'll stop in when going that way. Enjoy everything about this place. Other truckers will agree. Great stop. Hope the driveway is finished. Fred had to build a new one.

Buttery breakfast biscuits melt in your mouth! Friendly staff made this tourist feel right at home, giving special attention to my son who picked out his favorite ice cream from the cooler. Thanks all for making our day special!

Best hush puppies I ever had. There was no corn bread.. I was told it's amazing and is limited. Hope to try it some day

Happened to stumble across this place while out for a ride. Some of the best Southern Fried chicken I have ever had. Polite staff, felt welcome upon entrance to exit.

Thankful I found this hidden Gem today.. The chicken is hot, fresh and plenty of healthier options. Plenty of room to sit and take a break.. Staff goes above and beyond I ll be back!!

Friendly staff. They have excellent buttermilk biscuits and a nice homemade breakfast selection. The restrooms are always clean.
