If you need anything automotive these guys are the most professional crew I've come across! Their willingness to help out goes beyond caring! When we were traveling with our 5th wheel RV and needed a spare changed out, they showed the exact kind of people they were - the best! Very hard to get a hold of and didn t fix the problem, but was sure to take our money. My husband was deployed and needed his truck fixed. I contacted the company and the owner was quick to get the truck in, but had the truck for almost three weeks and returned it to me with the service light still on, guaranteeing that the truck was fixed, but they were unable to locate the rely switch to change out and get the service light to come off. I thought it sounded a little odd, but paid them for the work they supposedly did . My husband is now back from his deployment and the first time he drove his truck he informed me that the issue was never fixed. I ve contacted the company over EIGHT times with the owner responding to me once and telling me to bring it back in, so that he could look at it. They had it for five days before I contacted them back asking what the issue was. The receptionist informed me that transmission parts were ordered, but she didn t know what was wrong and would have the owner contact me, which never happened. I then called and informed them that I would pick up the truck sometime that day to take to the dealership to get fixed. As soon as we got to Road Dawg Garage, my husband went in to get his keys and the receptionist informed him that the keys were inside the truck that was parked out by the road. As we were driving on the freeway to the dealership, we noticed that they never even closed the hood! The Toyota dealership informed us that the parts that Road Dawg claimed to change out, we re old and not working. Also, there was NO TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. We have the parts in hand and will be making a trip to Road Dawg to get our money back! We will NEVER do business with the company again! The owner claims to be a medically retired vet and uses it to his advantage, but then takes advantage of the vets who give him business.UPDATE!The response from this company is absurd and a complete lie! Wow, how unprofessional! 1. If this were true, why would you hold my husband s truck for so long instead of just refusing to do business with me? 2. It s funny that you came up with $280 hush money when that s the exact amount that you paid me back in cash with a hand written receipt, signed by Daniel The Owner because you didn t have enough money to pay me back what you owed me. I m going to cut the rest of the money as a loss. I want nothing to do with this company and will never recommend. Watch yourself, slandering others names. UPDATE: Owner was extremely nice and fixed the situation.Highly recommend you do NOT take your vehicle here. Unfortunately my experience at this business was the worst I have ever had. There was a bunch of miscommunication between employees about what was needed and what had been fixed. The mechanic gave me a call the first time I dropped my van off that he was test driving it to make sure the a/c was fixed and wanted to know if he could drive a short distance to pick his daughter up. I was extremely uncomfortable and said sure. I should not have said yes but the employee mike should not have asked such an unprofessional question especially in the manner he did. I was given my vehicle back the first time and told the lock was also fixed but the day before the other mechanic told me I could pick it up because the lock part never came in. I was charged for labor on the lock at this time as well. So I dropped it back off for a second time. I received a call almost a week later that the van was fixed and ready to be picked up. I went within 10mins of the call to pick it up. I got there paid and received the keys. I went and tried to open the door only to discover that it doesn t open with ease anymore and it wouldn t shut! I went and got mike instantly and he became defensive blaming me. In order to get the door shut you had to use force which mike did while trying to say that is how it was when I dropped it off. I expect when I drop my vehicle off to be worked on I get it back without new issues. He completely stripped the bolts and put them in to hard/much that it dented my door. He didn t want to fix the issue that was caused by someone at this business after telling me the work was guaranteed. Now the owner isn t answering phone calls which leaves me to seek out what my legal options are to have this situation fixed. I tried to attach pictures but it wont let me. So I do have pictures of their work and what it should look like.Service: Electrical

Huge thank you to the Road Dawg Garage! I brought them a mess and they figured it out and fixed the issue. Lauren did a lot more work.... from engine repair, axle, ac, exhaust, and much more ...the turn around time was amazing and the price for the job was great too. Andrea (sorry if I spelled it wrong) stayed in touch the whole time to make sure I was informed and knew what was going on. It was great.. Thank you all very much. Staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The technicians and mechanics go above and beyond to make sure you know what is going on with your vehicle. The lobby and restroom is clean unlike most automotive shops. You are always greeted when you walk in and thanked when you walk out.

This shop is absolutely amazing. They told me straight up, what needs to be fixed and what doesn't need fixing. Professional and friendly, great prices and better service every time. It's my favorite place to go, simply because it offers a level of trust and confidence, that other shops seems to forget...

I've been everywhere from Hinesville to Jesup and nobody could figure out what was wrong with my car. Stopped by this garage and they had an answer and it fixed in less than 2 hrs. The mechanic was amazing. Thank you guys again!!!

Horrible customer service and the lady Angelica needs to learn customer service and manners. Very rude! Worked on my car and 2nd time driving it started smoking like crazy.

Called to get pricing on getting my ac recharged when phone was answered was unprofessional then was told I would receive a call back and never did. I wouldn t recommend nor will I be bringing business here
