Get price upfront on repairs. I have known the owner and he has worked on my vehicles for over 6 years. Shady business going on. That s why the parking lot looks like a junkyard. Over charging soldiers and they cannot pay the bill

Quick response, Quick repair/turn around time, Great prices and Great customer service! I recently traveled to Fort Stewart from Fort Benning as a driver for a friend that was getting laser eye surgery. My car died in the hospital parking lot, and I was unable to get it to even turn over. I gave New Beginning a call and within 20 minutes Manny (who showed phenomenal customer service and professionalism throughout the entirety of my dealings with New Beginning) came in clutch with a jump start and a quick diagnosis of a failing alternator. After just two hours of that diagnosis Manny had the new alternator ordered and delivered, and the team at New Beginning had my car fixed and on the road again. Their pricing for both the part and the service were on the low end of the scale (from what I could find). They even went as far as to offer complimentary snacks/drinks and a comfortable place to wait whilst the repair took place. The remainder of my interactions with the rest of the team were friendly and respectful. As a whole, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with New Beginning, and would highly recommend them as anyone's and everyone's first choice if they're having car troubles I'm the Fort Stewart area.Services: Engine repair, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance

This was by far the best automotive shop I took my vehicle to. Very honest, responsive owner and mechanic. Friendly folks who explained my vehicle's problems, showed me alternative solutions, worked beyond the listed hours to swiftly fix my vehicle's issue, and saved me a lot of money in the process. Henry is a great professional and I recommend his services to anyone who values outstanding customer service. I would give this business 6-Stars if I could.

They had My vehicle for 2 months. Every time I went there to check on my vehicle he would tell me my vehicle would be next. He had me replace the ECM, which didn't resolved the issue. He claimed he spent 4 hours doing circuit checks. I had placed a piece of tape across hood and fender to verify someone had actually opened the hood. The tape was unbroken, which told me nobody had raised the hood. This was after he told me he had done 4 hours of testing. He even asked me where the fuse box was in the interior of the vehicle when I already had removed the cover on the fuse box. From the drivers side of the vehicle you could look through the window and see the fuse box on the right side kick panel. I ended up paying $300.00 in repairs when the only problem was a crank shaft position sensor. A $75.00 part. The guy there ( I don't remember his name), he's the one that thinks he's a comedian and apparently has no problem lying to customers.

I find this auto shop like back in the day, like really family oriented an to be perfectly honest the owner knows his way around any vehicle he's very good at his job, and the prices are somewhat reasonable he just stays quiet busy but it's only the good Mechanics that stays busy anyway right

New Beginning took time out of their day to check my 4-way pigtail hookup and my trailer lights while I was passing through Ludowici, and didn't even charge me! It was a great blessing and I really appreciated it.
