Find another Shop if you don't want to be disappointed. Service is horrible, plus they are lying deceptive Con artist. Plus I took my car in for a tire change, guy told me it will take a hour and a half to two hours, end up taking 6 hours. Take my advice. Find somewhere else. These guys aren't professionals at all. Plus their words are meaningless.

My experience at this location has been great. They treat you like family and are upfront and honest. I worked with Ms. K on a Sunday visit/appointment for tire replacement and she was super helpful. She provided exceptional customer service. I am thankful for Mavis team! God bless you all.

Mr. Ozzy and his crew went out of their way to demonstrate the best service. Everyone that I encountered at this location was kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate their efforts, and they ve earned a new customer in me.

Exemplary customer service! Outstanding work! Ozzie and his staff went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and understanding of what was being done to our vehicle. They communicated everything and made the experience with them very pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.

Love this location & this team. I have regularly used Mavis in Hampton for oil changes and brakes for a few years now and it s the guys behind the desk that keep us coming back. They are kind, helpful & professional. They do wonderful work, I ll see them again in 3 months for the next maintenance trip!

I stopped into the Lovejoy location for an oil change and to purchase new wiper blades. I must say I had an awesome experience. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I waited comfortably in the waiting area, which was really clean.Ozzie and all the other employees were professional and I will definitely be back for future services and/or repairs.

I needed my brakes done on a 2001 w220 s430. Came in to great costumer service from Juan . They rolled my car right in gave me an estimate with an affordable price. Looks like I can bring my car back.

Mavisssss looked out for me BIG TIME y all !!! I ve had a rough day going from store to store trying to get Assistance with my vehicle & nobody insisted on helping me UNTIL I got to Mavis and without hesitation Ms. K , Luis , & Garrick listened in to my problems and instantly came up with multiple great solutions to fix it which neither options took long at all but they let me decide how I wanted to go about it and we had a game plan from there . Both issues were fixed in less than 10mins !!! I was so grateful for the gratitude and friendliness each employee showed , performance and costumer service was OUTSTANDINGGGG . I will definitely be sure to make Mavis my first spot next time I have any car issues & hoping to be greeted again by employees just as sweet as the 3 I named today !

This was my first experience with Mavis in Lovejoy and when I say the service and customer service was impeccable. Ozzie was funny but gave the best customer service care to me, he made me feel welcomed as if we were family. Then he brought the manager over, Mr. TSU and introduced him and the rest was history. You just don't see good customer service any where anymore, but here at this location they gave their best and went above and beyond for their customers and it was genuine. Thanks guys for the best experience.

Juan has great customer service, very welcoming. My mechanic was very open & informative about the work needed, prices & options. They seemed more like a family helping family out, than a business. I watched them every customer the same way. Great experience!

Was headed home and was experienced a bad vehicle issue. All the guys in the service department dropped what they was doing to come and help me out. They are so wonderful and may God continue to bless each and everyone of you guys thank you for your help and hard work we need more like you.

On 2/24 I bought four brand new tires with insurance for the tires. On 3/10 I had a nail in one of the tires and I was previously told by this same location that if a nail is in the middle of the tire it can be plugged/repaired, but if it's on the side of the tire it cannot. The nail was in the middle of the tire. However, I was told that it could not be repaired as the INSIDE of the tire was damaged and that I would have to purchase a brand new tire and re-purchase insurance for that tire! Of course I called customer service to voice my complaint, but have not received any follow-up as of yet! I would NEVER do business with them ever again. It's a complete RIP OFF!

I went to this place multiple times to see why my tire was going flat. Everytime I went I was told it was due to the weather. But my tire kept going flat which caused me to have to put air in everyday. I was told they took my tire off and it showed nothing was wrong with it. But I knew something was wrong with it. So I decided to take it to another tire place. The new tire place fixed my tire and they found a nail in it. How did another tire place fix it but mavis couldn't. If they couldn't fix my tire I wouldn't trust them to fix anything else.

The employees working up front were really friendly and nice but I m giving 2 stars because I waited for a little over an hour before I eventually left. All I wanted was someone to check my tire valve stem.

Mavis tire love joy was a life saver my tire went flat on Tara blvd not to far from the shop I called Mavis and the tire tech and mechanic drove down to where I was stranded took my tire off the car relaxed the tire and they toook me back to the car to put it on absolutely great customer service might I add this place doesn t do mobile jobs but they did it for me thank u mavis

If I could give this place zero stars I would.... DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! This was the WORST decision I ever made taking my car here, yeah the guys are cool, but it's smoke and mirrors because the work, parts and service are TRASH! There was a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this company for its deceptive practices, and according to the terms of that LAWSUIT, they were supposed to cease and desist.... well they did not. I am in contact with Georgia Department of Law: Consumer Protection Division

Went to 4 different shops ( non mavis) to simply get a tire rotation. Either they didn t have the equipment or staff to service me. Pulled up to the lovejoy mavis and the service manager on duty immediately put me in the shop and my tires were rotated in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service. I ve been coming to this location for the past 5 years and I always get good service.

Juan!!!!!Is awesome!His customer service was top notch!I hit a pothole and split my tire! I was UPset! However Juan greeted me with a smile, promised to take care of me and did just that!!I was in and out!!!Thanks Juan!

Fast and Friendly Service. Everyone was helpful in letting me know what needed to be done. Gus was very helpful working on my car and letting me know what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. No issues. Highly recommend

Management was nice, I ordered from Amazon. Amazon lets you pick an installer, my cost was $15.99. Mavis had no record of my appointment that was scheduled. They did locate the tire that Amazon shipped there. They were fast efficient, when I checked out they charged me $39.99 for mounting installation. I showed them my order, they said they had nothing to do with that that was an Amazon thing. Mavis would not apply the $15.99 the installation of 39.99. the management did give me a $10.00 credit toward their installation mounting. I called Amazon to explain the situation Amazon gave me a $25.00 credit back to my card. I always shop Amazon never have any trouble . While I was waiting I happened to notice Mavis has free air. Which I like you don't have to pull in wait for someone to put air in your tire s. We know our temperatures are fluctuating, causing us to frequently use air pumps.

Brought my baby here to get new breaks, but turns out she really needed roasters, calipers, AND breaks Josh was such a huge help on informing me of issues with the car after the diagnostics, and with processing the financing to pay for the work on all 4 tires. Customer service was excellent, all staff was very hospitable. I was the second customer when they first opened and the wait time was roughly 3 hours for labor.

Recently visited this tire shop and was not disappointed very Impeccable work they did on my car even the management was outstanding kept me up to date on what was wrong with my car and didn t take long at all

Gus & Dom are the true leaders in the industry of vehicle repair. My tire was shot and I was late for work. With professionalism and immediate concern they provided the best service at this location and I am grateful for them. I recommend and approve this location. I also live in the area so that s a plus.

I made a brakes appointment today at this location and Ms.K gave me the top of the line customer service and gave me a nice discount on my brakes and rotors. I ll be back for more services down the line.
