The dedication to commitment to customer service was evident from the start. Best customer service I have ever experienced. They swiftly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and outlined the necessary steps for repair. They patiently explained every step, offering insight and answering all of my questions. Not only did they provide great service, they are professional, personable, honest and affordable. I highly recommend this company for automotive service.

Excellent experience from the first phone call until all the way through service. Reasonable prices, patient, knowledgeable and answered all the questions. Truly a hidden gem (for now)! The owner(s) are both wonderful people and know the business inside and out. They will genuinely and honestly assess your vehicle and approach the process of keeping it on the road in a way that is structured, simple, and cost effective. The technicians are able bodied, knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented. My water pump was leaking and at 149k miles, oil leaks had developed too. They fixed it all and even meticulously cleaned the old oil off of the engine and anywhere else. Don't miss it! Take your German car here, I promise you won't be disappointed. They did a better job servicing my Audi than anyone I've ever been to with any car I have owned. Keep up the great work.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I found a new auto repair shop. Outstanding customer service. Samantha is the BEST very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They took good care of my car and turned it around quickly. Good, honest, experienced mechanics. They helped me to understand the service I needed. Will definitely use them again.

Samantha and Wright Auto Works took very good care of me and my vehicle. My car was having some electrical issues, the team was very thorough and courteous. The customer service was excellent they kept me informed about my car every few days via calls and texts. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again and I m definitely recommending them. Samantha and her team are awesome! Very time efficient and effective! Communication is a major component for me and Sam or Trevor will always communicate effectively before doing any work on my vehicle. The team worked on my car on 2 different occasions and I always felt comfortable with asking questions and Sam always offered quality feedback and suggestions. The shop is very clean and has a comfortable lounge to wait and chill. I definitely recommend Wright Auto Works!

I tried this place to get an oil change because the shop in normally go to is always so busy. They did a great job. They were thorough and didn t try to over sell me on anything. They actually told me my car was in great shape. I really hope they stay this way so we can have 2 good auto shops in loganville. Having only one is hard when they are always slammed.

I brought my car in for service last week. Customer service and Quality of work is excellent. The techs are very precise and will ensure your car is running properly. They're very transparent which is exactly what you want in a great automotive shop. I live about 30 miles away, but will continue coming here nonetheless.

I took my F10 M5 to Wright Auto Works to get my charge coolers installed. Matt did my install and the results were stunning. Matt is very professional and very knowledgeable.. I would take my car back to Wright Auto works anytime I need service done on my car.

Wright Auto Works in Loganville is truly a business with a hometown touch. Each person that handled my car needs were very professional, knowledgeable and at a price that you know is competitive with the car maintenance industry. Samantha and her office staff & mechanics certainly earned my trust & respect by proving they are the best auto maintenance & repair shop in Loganville and the surrounding area. This place is FULL, which I actually liked. The owner and her staff are wonderful. They kept to my set appointment and the service performed was quickly and efficiently. Great location as well! You can get in and out easily. Wright Auto Works is our new go to!

I cannot say enough good things about Wright Auto Works. We took our car there to be repaired under our extended service plan. At first, the plan did not want to pay. But Trevor and Sam worked really hard to ensure that the warranty company covered our car. The car was leaking oil and they did everything they could and got it fixed. They even threw in a drive belt that we desperately needed at their own expense.We had to take our car a second time because the water pump went out. Trevor was able to get the car covered and our deductible waived. What's more, they even paid for me an Uber to get home when I dropped the car off. These are great people. They're kind, friendly and understanding. Sam even gave me so much emotional support when I was feeling overwhelmed about the car having problems. I would recommend Wright Auto Works to anyone that asks.

I got the best oil change and car inspection done by weight auto works. They all are super friendly very knowledgeable and above all trustworthy. Trevor not only showed me what he saw but put my mind at ease with my car. And gave me some great advice. This autoshop has become my go to. I truly appreciate them and there amazing service. A+++

Was referred to Wright Auto a works by a close friends recommendation. Brought in my Volvo s60R in due to losing coolant which kept cause a message on the dash. Samantha and her team quickly brought me in and immediately found that I had wore coolant hoses do to their age. They were quickly put on order and the issue was fixed! Their professionalism and workmanship is top notch! You have guy have earned yourself a forever customer!

My GLE 350 Mercedes needed a new starter and these guys took care of me. Customer service was superb and my vehicle was fixed quickly. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended. Shoutout to Trevor! He was super helpful.

Excellent, professional shop! Communication was stellar, my car feels like it s brand new, they did not take any shortcuts and ask and showed me an itemized invoice prior to any work done on my vehicle. I highly recommend Right Auto Works.

My experience was exceptional! They showed me the problem that was discovered when I took my car in for an oil change, paid for my Uber home and paid for my oil change as there was a part missing from the ordered part to fix the problem and I couldn't get my car until the next day. I will definitely be making this my regular auto maintenance and repair shop.

This is a great place to use. They were very fast, honest and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They offer you your old part so you know you are not getting ripped off like other places. They also offer a good warranty on parts and labor. Great place for loganville to have.

I was referred to this place on Facebook because my car had been out of commission for a while and I needed to find a shop that people trusted. Since I recently moved to GA and didn t know any car shops that work on Mercedes, I went with Wrights Auto Works. I have to say that they are extremely busy and my car did take a very long time to fix but the customer service from Samantha and Trevor was outstanding. They really worked with me and fixed every and any issue my car had. So with that being said, I am a happy customer. Also, they are fairly priced and like I said, they really do work with you. Trevor and Sam, you guys are truly wonderful. Thank you.

Great shop for my cat oil change at a reasonable price. Friendly manager and technician thoroughly checked out the car and gave me quotes for recommended work. I will use their shop again when I have the money for the other work

Sam and the entire staff at Wrights Auto Works are the best. It's a relief to know they care about getting repairs done right the first time and at a price you can afford. These reviews here have to be with people they personally know. Let me tell you. I gave these people my wife's Suv to fix, and they did not even look at it for weeks, claiming they were backed up. Then, when she finally got a call they did not diagnose the Suv problems right, got it missed up with another customer vehicle. We got sucker in as well with the positive reviews, but my experience was a total waste of time to have my wife's vehicle for long without proper attention. We will not recommend this place to no one who wants to see their car back in a time manner along & your concerns being with your vehicle been solved. Samantha and Trevor made it sound good, but the outcome was a terrible experience. To pay for a tow charge to get to their shop and them another tow charge to get it out of there. Waste our time and money Thanks for nothing...

Great customer service! They're a growing business so some services are not available yet. The oil they use (Total) works really well. I've seen an improvement with my gas mileage and performance.

I've worked with Sam for several years and proud to see her branch out. Sam, Trevor and the team are awesome! They are professional, courteous, and very communicative! An honest shop that I would recommend, especially for European vehicles.
