Bought a 2015 black Nissan Altima from this place 4 months ago back in March 2023. Saw the car online with 254,000 miles and applied for it not really thinking anything much of it. I like high mileage vehicles by the way. My last car, also a 2015 silver Nissan Altima, had 372,712 original miles on it before some a**hat rear ended me and murdered my baby. Smh. Well, I got approved for this car the very next day and went to this dealership at weeks end to check this car out.Surprisingly, this car was in near immaculate shape inside and out. No tears in the interior upholstery anywhere. I was impressed. Popped the hood and the engine was dirty though with engine oil sludge build up inside the engine. Eekk. I took it for a drive anyway and drove it up and down the road very aggressively and intensively. I was impressed! It drove very good with no hesitation or skipping at all. I decided to purchase the vehicle a few weeks later. The day after I bought the car, the check engine light came on and I got a code for the catalytic converter. Oh boy. Looks like someone erased the codes before going for emissions test. Smh. No way you can pass emissions with a catalytic converter code on the check engine light. No problems, though. I had the same exact code on my last Nissan and beat that code. I just cleaned out the intake, throttle, pcv valve, hose, and put in some new spark plugs and wala code went away. 4 months later, I'm at 275,000 miles and still running like a thorough bread. I also had to do several oil changes and oil flushes and removed the valve cover to manually remove the excessive oil sludge that was caked up in the engine. The car is a very good car considering the mileage non the less. I give this dealership a 4 star rating. Thanks a lot!!.

I purchased a vehicle from them 5 years ago. I had no problems with it the entire time I had it. When I was ready for another vehicle, I went back to two brothers. They offered me a deal that I couldn t refuse. I purchased it and am very pleased with it. They are very kind, friendly and fair.

Hi Everyone, here I will tell you my honest story and experience with buying a car on Two Brothers Auto Sales. The manager Jessica posted in Facebook Marketplace a 2010 Honda Ridgeline. I saw the listing and everything was very transparent from the photos to even the VIN number posted on the listing so I sent her a message for photos underneath of the car and she quickly responded back and even gave me the owners number (Kush) to call him in regards of the car. I love in Puerto Rico so I am doing everything on the phone and in another state so I called Kush and he was very pleasant to work with, he sounded like a very nice and motivated person so we talk about the Honda and he even sent me photos of underneath of the car and even more photos of the car and the motor which was perfect so I decided to buy the car and keep in mind I am located in Puerto Rico and not Georgia so he was very friendly and told me how we could go about for me to paying him so what I did was I sent him a deposit to hold the car and he was very friendly and super nice with reserving the car for me while I get him a Money Order sent from Puerto Rico to the dealer so once I sent him the Money Order and he received it he gave me a call to schedule up for picking it up. He even FaceTime me with the Honda and gave me a full walk around and he was very honest with the car and everything. Its Pick-Up day and Kush (the owner) was going on a Business Trip and the transportation company was going to pick it up that day so Kush left everything set with the Honda and informed all of his crew staff that they were going to pick up the Honda later in the day. The transportation company took a while and dealer closed at 5pm but the crew staff of the dealer was in contact all day with the transportation company and they even stayed late on the Dealer so the Honda could be pick up and taken to the port in Jacksonville. Fast forward a week and boom I picked up the Honda Ridgeline at the Puerto Rico port and everything was even better. The car was so in mint conditions that I was so amused, all the maintenance was done and the dealer even double checked and made a scan of the car to make sure everything was good. As soon as I picked up the car I drove it 2 hours back home and she ran excellent. I was and still I am so glad I made business with Two Brothers Auto Sales because I was able to buy a gem from them and from a awesome price. Car has been working perfect just made a oil change even though it wasn t its time but I like to do routine maintenance on my cars. Definitely I would buy again from Two Brothers Auto Sales, they were very nice, transparent and very easy going for the transaction and buying from them. Please don t follow the negative reviews because I took my time to read ALL the reviews from the dealer and there are so many negative reviews that are just basically the customers fault and NOT Two Brothers Auto Sales fault. Obviously when you buy a car you gotta check it complete so you can t be blaming Two Brothers Auto Sales ir throwing a bad review when you didn t do your work as a buyer, always check the car and bring a scanner too thats basic stuff when buying a car but on my case I trusted his word for the car and definitely I bought a immaculate Honda Ridgeline from Two Brothers Auto Sales. I really recommend this dealer for buying cars Here I include a photo of the listing, photo once the transportation company picked it up and a photo the day I received it on Crowley.

No pressure, let me check out the car by myself, test drive by myself, replaced weak battery with a new one and fair price. F&I quick and painless. Good people. They let the car sale it's self. Enjoyable experience. I really like the car.

Extremely happy with my purchase. We drove 2hr 49min to look at a 97 F150 with 86,000 original mile. Overall a great experience. We recommend to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a decent price to check them out.

I will ONLY do business with two Brothers! He met me at 10pm to sell a car, it was a great car I run a fleet. He even helped me learn the laws in Georgia to change my business over! All you can ask of a business is that they do EVERYTHING for you, and he did!!

Buyer Beware.. they have some POS/Lemons. Check vin before buying. Whether it be rollback fraud or accidents etc. Test drove a few one was fine with actual 180k the other not so much with 100k miles.

I found a listing for a Kia Sedona on Facebook and messaged about it. Instead of answers I got treated like I was dumb. Sarcastic and ALL CAPS words were used and all I wanted to know was how much it was altogether, and then since it was a little out of my price range, I asked for financing options and Jessika outright refused. Saying she couldn't talk to me about financing because she gave me the all in price. Called to complain and was told the financing department was closed for the weekend. Nothing was said or done about the lack of professionalism and how I was treated. I was blocked from the listing and from contacting them over Facebook. Lost a customer and I do not recommend..

Bought a car 2012 tiaguan last year for my daughter and it is still running fine..i also came from an hour plus away. I took a chance on not putting an deposit to hold the car. Any car lot ask for a deposit to hold the car, or first come first serve. We are still enjoying this used car and 60 miles or more is put on it daily! Thanks two brothes!!!

Bought a Volkswagen Jetta cash. Less than a month later the cooling fan went out causing overheating and then the transmission went out. Make sure you get the car checked out before buying it because they will sell you a lemon and not give a single care. When they say as is they mean exactly that. Don t buy here!

I purchased an Acura rsx type s from you guys for a steal. Even though I arrived there 15 minutes before close they understood my late work schedule and just tossed the keys in my hands. Told me to test drive it enjoy myself bring it back anytime no rush. The Customer service was great because they held the car for 2 days for me to put a down payment on the vehicle. They really worked with me and really made my life. This is my dream car very happy they stuck with me in purchasing that vehicle because I know how quick those get sold. They even took the ad down without me asking. If you keep constantly communicating they will work with you for real. If you don t than that s on you. Apon purchasing the car I was greeted by a nice old gentleman that thanked us. He even complemented my clean civic I had. Drove off feeling really good about the purchase. A year and some change later the car is still running great! Same clutch is in it as well. Just had to service the mounts but that s just wear tare these cars create overtime. I will be shopping with you guys again!

I don t think anyone will care what I think, but I called about the availability of a vehicle that I found advertised. I explained that I live over an hour and a half away and didn t want to drive all the way to their lot if the vehicle wasn t available or if it was under contract. I was told the vehicle was still available and I showed up with every intention of buying it on the spot as long as the test drive didn t raise any red flags. When I showed up the guy who met me in the lot (didn t get his name but he had maybe a Russian accent and seemed more interested in a game on his phone than in me) told me the vehicle I had driven so far to see had a deposit on it and wouldn t be available for sale for two more days, and only then if the person who placed the deposit decided not to buy it. I told him I had called ahead and he just shrugged and said the person in the office should have told me, but he would make a good deal on something else in the lot since I had driven so far. Clearly the idea was to pull the classic bait a switch hoping that if I drove so far they could talk me into purchasing a different vehicle, you know, so I didn t just waste my time . I didn t even look at anything else because using sales tactics this shady proved to me I couldn t trust any information they would give on any other vehicles.

Visited this used car dealership on Satuday September 18, 2021. Test drove a car. We liked the car, however since it was going to be driven by a family member we wanted to checkout insurance pricing etc. Asked about putting a down payment on it to hold the car...he said it could be done but approached it in a manner that let us know he really did not want to do that...they are closed on Sundays, so we called Monday morning wanting to purchase the car and he said it had sold on Friday....how is that possible when we test drove it Saturday...fully believe he had someone in mind for that car. Not good business practice at all. Will not go back or recommend based on that. Honesty is an absolute must when paying that much money for a used car.

We looked here for a car for my daughter. Cars were all dirty, inside and out, though the pics online show them to be in immaculate condition. Several cars wouldn't start for a test drive. Ultimately did not buy from here cuz they just didn't seem to care about any of it- replacing batteries, cleaning the vehicles or customers.

Sold my wife a 2000 vw bug 2 weeks ago, above blue book value, because they said it had absolutely no issues . The check engine light come on on the way home. six different codes, including transmission. The air went out a day later. We can t drive it over 3 miles without it overheating. She called him and they told her that s what happens when u buy a used car . That s not usually what happens, just don t buy from them. Read the reviews and Facebook reviews. That s what we should have done. Bunch of low life liars

I bought a 750i 2 weeks ago (April 2021) it was advertised with no problems at all. Car ended up having $3600 in oil leaks needed a starter the next day, and a new transmission ($7000). The car was 9,000 over due for a oil change upon purchase. I wouldn t buy from here. They are not professional nor honest about what they are selling.

Visited this place a few times to look at their selection. The first time we had a list of cars we specifically wanted to look at and test drive. One of the cars on our list did not start at all and is still listed for sale by this dealership which did not set well with me. After test driving, the working vehicles, we wanted to speak with someone about payment options. The first time the receptionist stated, "We do cash only, no financing available and prices are negotiable." We left the first day to think over our choices and confused because the website mentioned financing options were available. Either way we decided to further shop around. Now the reader may be wondering where were the salesmen or owners were. They were having a conversation in the backroom, leaving up to the receptionist to handle any customer questions.2-3 days later I was trying to get a hold of someone at the receptionist desk to ask if a certain vehicle was still available and if we could have it looked at by a mechanic. I even left a voice message and no one got back with me. That same day I decided to take a chance and drive up there to see if the car was still available. Much to my dismay I drove the whole 45 minutes to get there only to learn by the receptionist that the vehicle was sold two days ago. However, on their website it was still listed. Owners/salesmen were not present at the dealership. Not to mention, when discussing payment options again the receptionist mentioned FINANCING OPTIONSMy overall experience was dissatisfactory. Customer service is definitely not a priority at this dealership or maybe I was one of the few that slipped through the cracks. The receptionist's down to business demeanor came across as unwelcoming. She either does not know all the dealings when it comes to payment options or she just had an off day. From previous reviews I have seen this place is often a hit or miss. Unfortunately for me it was a miss and I have decided to take my business elsewhere. My advice for future customers, make sure you do your research on all the vehicles before going and try to get an idea of what you are interested in. If you are not sure about the purchase, try and find a trusted mechanic to check out the vehicle. Be careful with the listings on their website for it is not an accurate reflection of their postings.

They sold me a vehicle that was a complete Lemon. It made it to my driveway and cut off. They had disconnected the check engine sensor and removed the bulb. My mechanic hooked it up to the computer and 14 codes showed up. Went to lift the vehicle to check on the noise that was coming from the passenger rear tire and the tire completely fell off. Two studs were broken and tack welded to keep in place. The power steering gear box was completely shot and drained of fluid by the time I made it home. I am having to dump almost double what I paid for the vehicle just to get it running and safely operating.Wether the sales men did the stuff of not to the vehicle they should at least check this stuff out or inform the potential customers.
