Called Sunday to check about a part for my car. Continually told the girl who answered what part I needed and she continually said it different back to me. Telling me she was saying it correctly. Went to pick it up Monday because Charlie who answered the phone continuously was telling us they did not have the part in stock. The part that was obviously wrong because Charlie wouldn t listen while on the phone. They actually had the correct part in stock, but because Charlie doesn t know how to listen to customers my time was wasted. Well when I made a comment about them ordering the wrong part Charlie then began running her mouth saying, Maybe if I was given the right information on the phone it wouldn t have been wrong. Remember she was given the correct information. She just refused to listen! When I confronted her about running her mouth she continued to do so. I asked to speak with the manager who supposedly was not there. Called the district manager and had to leave a message. Went back today to return what I purchased because I do not feel a place that employs such rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people should receive a penny from me. Spoke to the manager at that point, but he didn t seem very interested in doing anything about how rude his employee was! I would LOVE to actually speak to the regional/district manger. My suggestion if you want good service and correct parts go down the street to anywhere but here. Worst service EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. Charlie should find a different profession since she obviously doesn t understand car parts or how to provide appropriate and respectful customer service. If I were her manager she would be fired.

My battery died and my dad recommended coming here to get a new one. I walked in, spoke to the woman at the counter and she quickly installed my new battery and disposed of the old one!Amazing and quick service. Would recommend and return.

Poor service stood at the desk for almost 10 minutes before I got helped and the lady that helped me had a real chip on her shoulder. Almost felt like I was bothering her by coming in to order a part for my car so I told her nevermind and I went somewhere else to order it. I'm not a hard person to get a long with but I needed a specific part and it wasn't cheap it was near 500 bucks but I'll be derned if I am going to be made to feel like I am bothering someone for coming in to order a part. I'm sure she probably dealt with a pain in the neck customer but even still don't take it out on other customers.

Always go here to get my parts for my truck. I called before I went this time and they said they had it. Once I got there they said negative. So I had to go to AutoZone. But always like to go here first because the storage clean they're very nice and neat and very quick in and out there's never no line parking lot is clean

Wonderful customer service! I was in and out in half the time I spent at first stop where they couldn't figure out what headlight I needed and they had twice the staff and only one customer. They also had better prices! I will never go anywhere else!Thanks for your help!

I had an awesome experience at O'Reilly to day. Chadwick is an awesome employee. He came on out to my vehicle & replace my battery without any hesitations. Also, he went the extra mile by tightening the cables on my battery. Non-like auto zone. They wouldn't take the time out to replace my battery. There were no customers inside their business. However, employee stated it will be 45 minutes until he can help, because he had other work on the inside to do. Wow!!! So I took my money to O'Reilly. Never will I go back to auto zone again. Bad customer services. You rock O'Reilly!!! Thank you so much!!

Very nice people but the girl who waited on me gave me the wrong info which resulted in my having to return an item. Also don't buy any cleaning products for your vehicle. They are 3 times the price of Walmart. Again, staff was nice

Fine unless you have a problem. My $25 Bosch wiper is still defective. The manager is rude and the asst. mgr was only slightly better. I don't plan to use this store again.

I went to the Logancille store to get windshield wipers because I was told they would install them for me, so I purchased them and while I was their it started raining and so they would not put them on my vehicle. I then left without working blades on my car in the rainy because the Loganville oreillys employees are too pretty to get wet from the rain.

This place is great! We had to replace the starter on my car and went home to take the old one off for the core charge. Well it got pretty late and we only haf 5 minutes till they closed. We called the store and tild them we would be right there and they stayed open a gew extra minutes just so we could het there and get the new starter. They were awesome and we truly appriciate their kindness.

We were looking for a power steering hose for a 95 Chevy 2500 pickup. We had already been to every parts store in Loganville and they had tried too order the correct hose. The parts clerk here told us about a speciality parts store in McDonough ga that specialized in parts for older vehicles. That was awesome for him to help us that way
