I m a bit disturbed by these comments saying that the dealership s owners and representatives have racism. I bought a 2009 Range Rover Sport from them (cash) March 2021, in May 2021 I found out that I needed to replace my radiator, ok cool I replaced it! I didn t call the company or post irrational things depicting the company to be something that they re not! I simply replaced the radiator, and my Range Rover worked fine after that. In August of 2022 I found out that I had a water pump that needed to be replaced, but didn t feel the need to replace it at that time, ( there was no leaking) so my son enlisted in 8/2023 and his graduation was in Texas. My husband and I decided to drive my Range Rover to Texas, we got the oil changed and the only thing that was left was the water pump, however my mechanic died, so we took it upon ourselves to drive to San Antonio anyways, we made it with no complications at all in September 2023, as we were leaving the Range Rover made it all the way to the borderline of Alabama we were almost back in Georgia only 3 more hours to go but before we could cross to Alabama white smoke was coming from the back, it still would crank but that white smoke wasn t playing. Had I gotten the water pump fixed and not procrastinated my Range Rover would still be in great condition. When you buy luxury vehicles you have to be able to keep up the maintenance if you can t then simply that s not the vehicle for you. The company isn t to blame because overall the Range Rover was a really great vehicle. The representative Fidan ( if I spelled your name wrong my apologies) was very nice and I m a woman of color and I brought my husband with me who s also of color. I believe that some people of color are paranoid at times and can confuse that with what they think is a form of racism. This is a great company! I ve attached what the vehicle looked like when I bought it from them and how I fixed it up.

Purchased a beautiful SUV from them recently and have been enjoying every moment of ownership. The staff is available and ready to assist. The setting of appointment, test drive, and purchase were all smooth. Warranties offered are of great value. They took time out to go over the different warranty packages and gave us time to determine which was best for us. The patience and professionalism of Lux Motors is greatly appreciated. The inventory on the lot was also very enthusing. Pricing and variety definitely gave us a lot to consider. Will definitely come back and see them when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased my vehicle 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The gentlemen there were very helpful, fair, and informative. I took the car to my uncle (who is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars) and had him take it for a spin. He approved. I definitely wouldn't mind purchasing another luxury vehicle from these gentlemen in the future.

Said the words - I don t have time for you to joy ride today - when we only wanted to test drive ONE vehicle and were prepared to pay cash in full for the car. Very rude. Also, the time before we tried to purchase a vehicle there, the young man s response was, I m sorry, we haven t had our break yet. You have to go. Take your money to someone who appreciates it!

Just bought a Jaguar xf earlier this week, and the car was in good shape. Took it to Jaguar and everything checked out to be good, just like they said. Happy with the purchase, and they made the transaction in less than an hour. Real pleasure to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

I just purchase the 2016 BMW X1 for this company. Everything was hassle-free from buying to handling all transfer and title. I receive my new plate in the mail 3 week after purchase and then the title came in. I am very please with this company and definitely will buy from them again in the future.

Great dealership with great car selection. I picked up a LR4 from them and did some custom things to it. Very happy! They offer very reasonable extended warranties. We will definitely purchase more vehicles from them.

On 2/6/2024 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in cash. During the test drive, I wanted to drive the car longer to make sure that everything was in order and drive to have it looked over by a mechanic. I was only allowed to go less than half a mile and then back to the dealership. I worked with Fidan, a salesman at the dealership who informed me the car was in perfect working order that their mechanics had gone over an extensive multi-point inspection of the car, and that it is mechanically sound. After returning to the dealership I was shown to the office where they had sales papers ready to be signed. The initial impression of the vehicle was good so I went ahead with the purchase. Immediately after driving off the lot the check engine light and suspension fault light came on. I drove to the next stoplight and made a U-turn heading back to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, in less than 5 minutes, the gates were closed and I couldn't reach Fidan. The next day I had the car looked at by the Land Rover dealership, where they ran a full diagnostic, costing over $400. Land Rover concluded that the car has multiple faults that are permanently stored in the car's computer. The codes appeared to have been cleared temporarily but will come back, due to the car having mechanical problems. I attempted to reach the dealership, letting them know that I would like my money back for this vehicle, as it is against the law for a dealership to sell a used vehicle with a check engine light on, even if the codes had been cleared, in an attempt to hide the problems. This issue is against GA laws and is a criminal offense. This business has completely lost my trust and I would like to request my money back in exchange for the vehicle purchased.

The reviews were true. This dealership is discriminatory, unprofessional, and a true joke. I read the reviews before making my trip to this place, and was concerned with some reviews stating that an old man is rude, inconsiderate, and possibly racist. If you notice, all the reviewers who stated such comments are people of color assuming by their profile photos.I thought it could have been a little different with me, but when I showed up with my sons. I asked to test drive a vehicle where the man immediately asked if we had the cash to pay for it. Of course we did, we had around 20k cash in hand ready to buy a vehicle. Of course, before any purchase of any car new or used you would want to test drive before spending such money. However, the man simply refused to let us test drive stating we didn t have money. I guess it was our appearance, the way we were dressed or simply our skin color that made him assume we didn t have money in hand. A totally unprofessional business. He got aggressive and even got into our faces when we assured him we had the money to pay. Such a horrible experience, avoid at all cost if you are a person of color.

Lux Motor are an awesome dealership. I had an issue with an as-is sold vehicle and they still extended their help. I also had a smaller vehicle and they helped me get into a bigger one after the sale the previous day. I will definitely do business here again.

We arrived at this dealership and we were ready to buy with cash in hand. We simply asked if we could test drive and right away the man responded arrogantly and rude asking if we even have cash, I thought there was maybe a language barrier but I was wrong. We asked again hoping to clarify but the man s attitude did not change. He continued to talk to us like if we had no money and could not afford the car and he then walked up to us in our faces and began to threaten us. It was only until another person who worked there came and told us to leave the property if not they would call the cops. The man was old with white hair. I will never return or recommend this dealership again, we were not treated like humans. They treated us differently just because of our brown skin color. Do not recommend doing business with these people.

First off I want to just say everyone here has been very kind and helpful! I came to look at their selection and ended up driving off with the perfect car for me! For the cars to be used, they are top tier! I haven t had a single issue. Grant is amazing! He made sure all of my questions were answered and was very helpful through the entire process! It feels so good to know I can go back anytime I want to purchase a used luxury vehicle! This is where it s at! I totally recommend. Drove over 2 hours to find them, and will definitely purchase from them again soon! :)

I bought my daughter a car here as is and it turned out to be a lemon. Buyer beware!Reply to owners comment - it was purchased in my daughters name Lol. After reading the other reviews here I didn't want to waste my time with a bunch of excuses or run around. To anyone that did purchase a car here and are having issue's if you need a good honest shop take it to German Performance in Snellville. Tony and his brother are great!Have a Great day Lux

Sold us a car that the check engine light came on immediately after purchase and went up in flames on the side of 138 in Walnut Grove. Car totally burned up. Would give 0 stars if possible. Unfortunately when you buy used you buy "as is". This dealership did whatever they had to for the check engine light not to be on for test drives but sold it at a price as if the car was completely safe and drivable. I thank God my daughter got out of the car to call us when it started acting strange before it went up in flames. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau. At the end of the day, no matter what the buyer says in the review, this seller is going to say it's a used car and turn it around on the buyer. These people are dishonest and know exactly what they are doing. They are just like the dealership in the movie "Matilda". They just get the car running enough to get it out of the parking lot. Buy a new car with manufacturer warranties or choose somewhere like Carvana that has some type of guarantees.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER: I spoke with Grant about 2 Range Rover Sports on their lot which were both 2011 s and he seemed nice and informative AT FIRST about the vehicles. UNTIL I ASKED TO SEE THE CAR FAX REPORTS on both vehicles. He first emailed me a Carfax report for an entirely different Range Rover which actually was a 2010 and of course a different VIN. I initially thought it was a honest mistake until he started texting me saying. He suddenly couldn t email me the correct Car Fax reports to the actual Range Rovers that was being advertised on the lot. Then he finally sent me a summary screenshot of a 2011buy then turned around and sent me a screenshot of the 2010 with summary detail. I honestly thought maybe it was still just an oversight, so then he sent me a video of the correct Car fax report.I slowed the video down and immediately saw why he mistakenly sent the wrong Carfax. The vehicle has open recalls that he hasn t addressed and a new lien, multiple recent owner changes, I asked him about these issues. Which of course he said the recall was fixed but when I asked for proof and why the Carfax wasn t updated, He stopped responding !!I want to help other consumers not get taken for a ride! Please don t buy cars from someone who isn t honest it try to pull a switcharooo like Grant!

I had the best buying experience ever at Lux Motors. The crazy thing is that as soon as I left the lot and drove a few miles I hit a major pot whole that bent my rim. I am from Lexington SC and didn't have a number to a tow company but I made a call to Lux Motors and even though it was not their responsibility....they gave me the exact tire, changed it and help me get home. If I ever need another Vehicle because of their great customer service..I will drive the 2 hours.
