I've gone to LAC for over 15 years, but I think this was my last time. For the first 10, they were great - knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, even if they weren't the cheapest. Over the last 5, they've been not so good. From missing something that nearly ruined a car and stranded my daughter to essentially refusing to do a job, they jist aren't a mechanic I can count on anymore. Though still friendly, they're more expensive than everyone but the dealer, and they're often unable or unwilling to do things. So sad.

Found out the block had a crack inside the block. I know they don't fix stuff like this . they took everything off to get to it to check for problem. Went to pick up my car . they had parked it almost in the woods next to a truck a good ways from building. Got in it to. Crank my car started making a rattling noise . cut off car checked under hood . to find a part of cover the mechanic didn't put back on just threw under hood. Then i notice i have no power steering. I tell them this. I pulled my car back in they lift the hood pull out my belt to power steering place it in my hand shredded said this is the problem . my problem is why didn't they notice and replace the power steering belt. All they told me . it would be hard to turn when coming to complete stop but so long as ibam moving it would be good. I have never had this kind of problem before. Its like after the found out the block was cracked its like they gave up. When asked about power steering belt being replaced. Its like they didn't won't to be bothered.

I have been going to LAC for 20+ years. They always provide me with exceptional service and always trust they will handle my vehicle needs with honesty. I have had nothing but great experiences with whoever I speak with.

We took our vehicle here for mechanic work. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They also did an oil change and was the most reasonable in the area. Customer Service was great. They did not try and push additional work that was needed on us. Gave suggestions. I would highly recommend Loganville Auto Center for all your mechanic work on your vehicle.

I had a problem with a 2013 Camry not starting. It was primarily my own fault due to installation of the wrong grounded battery. I had it towed to Loganville Auto Center and they began problem diagnostics the next day since I was in no rush to get the car back. The was a time consuming analysis of the electrical system but they found the problem (a fuse block of 8 fuses with 7 of the fuses blown) and corrected the problem. They also made sure the Electronic Control Module on the car had not been affected. Very happy with their work and satisfied with the cost given the amount of manual troubleshooting that was involved.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My husband and I had an amazing experience with LAC. They were thorough, efficient, helpful, and courteous. Even when I had to return a week later to get something tweaked after the repair, they were more than happy to help solve the issue. Three strikes and you are out! First time going I had a great experience. From then on it was nothing but little issues that added up to headaches each time. 1 - had oiled changed on Odyssey left and came back because something sounded funny. Some kind of box was flapping in the wind underneath. 2 - took Impreza in for a tire replacement after being pushed off the road - they did not open a different car service but put it on the odyssey making huge issues for my insurance company because the mileage was different and insurance thought I was scamming them. 3 - Impreza had oil changed and they did not screw the filter in correctly and sprayed all over the inside of the engine if a brand new car. Grant it they did reimburse me formrhe clean up thst the dealership had to do, but I m done and I told them so. I can t trust a business with this many mistakes because it cost me too much time and money of my own.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been taking our vehicles there for years and there is no one I'd trust more. They are honest and they know what they're doing. Brian and his staff have gone above and beyond many times to accommodate our situations and we can't say thanks enough. Great people, sound advice and really good value time after time.Update: I still take all of our cars to Brian and these guys. Great folks, great service!

First time at LAC. All I can say is they are awesome!!! I just brought my car to them on Tuesday and they fixed it up by Thursday. I would recommend them to anyone how is having any problems. Great service, great people and very nice!! I would definitely come back again.

I drive past this place nearly every day and finally got around to taking my car to them for tires and an alignment. Great customer service, super-friendly, and my car was ready much faster than I expected. But most importantly, it was done right! I'll probably continue to take my car to them.Update: Been taking my car to LAC for a few years now, and every single time they continue to impress me. I've had a variety of work done. Each service is completed when they say it will be or sooner. The prices are always very fair. They never upsell or fish for work. And the work is always done right, which is the most important thing to me. Add on top of that the great attitude and friendly disposition of the guys at the service desk, and there's no reason to take your car anywhere else.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Excellent shop and highly recommend. Took my 1994 Acura Integra in for a no start issues that stranded me on the road. They had it diagnosed and fixed the following day. Everyone was really nice and took good care of my car. Will definitely be back for any needs in the future. They did seem a little pricey but was more than with the little extra to know my car was fixed right, quickly, and was taken car of.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I never really write reviews on here but these guys really stood out and did an awesome job. I brought my car in after my engine light came on and they were able to get me back on the road the next day. They were professional and quick and my car made it all the way to Michigan. These guys have all of our auto maintenance business. Very honest and ethical, integrity is paramount. They identify the problems with your vehicle and they fix them. They don t upsell or hit you with a laundry list of unnecessary work. Please do yourself a favor and never bring you car here. They do a very poor job of trying to help you out by finding the best solution. They will instead recommend the most expensive fix and tell you that your vehicle is in desperate need of this specific repair when that is not the case.UPDATE: I just took my wife's care to get the oil changed at another shop. When they were underneath the car they noticed that the threads were stripped on the drain plug. When they asked me who changed my oil last, I told them Loganville Auto Center. Instantly, the man working there chuckled and stated to me that they have seen multiple people have the same issue with Loganville Auto being the last to change their oil. These guys are always so friendly and accommodating . We had a slow leak on a tire a they repaired it on the spot and had me on my merry way at no charge. What I love about these guys is they never try to up sale us and told us our tires would last a few more thousand miles! We appreciate their honesty!!

I don't live in Georgia, so I had no idea what to expect when my car started giving me problems but these guys are awesome! They got my vehicle fixed TWICE and did it really fast and at an awesome price. I received awesome customer service here. I had a busted tire & they fixed it and repaired my tire pressure gage. The service was great. Barry was helpful and so nice. My first two experiences with LAC were very good. The service was performed in a timely manner and there was good communication. My most recent visit almost a week ago has me considering if I'll ever go back. Since COVID, I feel like so many companies are using current conditions as a reason to nickel and dime customers. I dropped my car off on 4/19/22 in the evening. I specifically wrote on the card that my issue was the number 5 coil that needed replacing, a knocking in the front end that needed diagnosing as well as getting my brakes checked out. It was 4/21 before I got a call from LAC. During the call it was mentioned that there was a $100 diagnostic fee. When I stated that I didn't need diagnostics done as I had already paid the dealership to do this and that's why I knew it was the number 5 coil, I was told that basically they don't take the customer's word and always do the diagnostic anyway. I was told that it was basically to pay the technician for their time. Hmmm. If there are no codes in the system, I've already explained that I know this, what time exactly did he spend? I asked if the diagnostic fee would be credited back (like most mechanics do) since I was getting the work done with LAC. They said they don't do that. Ikay. I was told that they would see what they could do to discount something else. I was also told that they could not reproduce the knocking sound in my front end which I don't understand because I hear it loud and clear every time I drive it. On 4/22 I got a call saying my vehicle was ready. I was told that the knocking sound they finally heard, could not be definitively diagnosed. They said nothing was leaking and they weren't sure what it was. I got a couple of quotes of possible issues it could be but they weren't sure. I was told to basically wait and see if it gets worse. The quotes ranged from $350 to $1700. Okay. I sent my wife to pick up the vehicle later that evening and she called wondering if I knew the repair bill was going to be $750. I told her it shouldn't be that high based on the prices I was given over the phone. As she read it to me, I noticed there was a second diagnostic fee for troubleshooting the knocking sound in the front end, this was never mentioned to me after two conversations. I also realized there was a $100 charge to change one $5 spark plug (this also was not mentioned two me during my two previous conversations and no one called to confirm it was okay before the work was done. ) Now, I'm no mechanic but I've changed some parts in my day and know that it takes 5-10 minutes to change a spark plug. Lastly, the bill was ridiculously confusing. The labor and parts were not clear at all and I eventually just accepted what it was because I didn't feel like arguing my points again. Hopefully the repairs were done properly but I did not appreciate the service at all.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Have a mechanic that I use closer to home but was in the area and needed immediate attention. Found these guys (best reviews in area) Thought I was having issues with the alternator and/or battery. The guys ran extensive tests and found no issues. Honest folks, could ve easily gave me the run around like many auto shops do. I appreciate their professionalism. I was traveling though Loganville and had my brakes give out. I had my car towed to Loganville Auto Center just based on a Google search, and never expected to find such a gem. These guys are amazing. They got my car fixed, and delivered service that I haven't seen anywhere else. I wish they were closer to home--they would be my go-to for any car repair need. Don't hesitate to allow them to help you if you need service.Service: Brakes

Loganville Auto Center was very clean, and I was greeted upon entrance. My van was experiencing an intermittent problem. It started at times and not others. It took two trips for the team at LAC to experience the problem themselves and resolve it. However, they took the time to explain everything along the way. Each and every representative was willing to answer all my questions. They were kind, caring, and very flexible to ensure that my car got to there shop and back to me in great repair. Their estimate was right on the dot. Each and every member of the team at Loganville Auto Center went above and beyond what was expected of them. I was treated like family. The cost was more than reasonable.

I have been to LAC twice. I teach at a local elementary school, and my work hours and transporting my 4-year-old to Pre-K make it difficult to leave my car before work. They picked up my car. I had a leaking axle seal. They figured out which one, and the estimate was much lower than I anticipated and fair. It freed up a weekend of car-maintenance so I can spend it with my son.Great service. I thought there was a problem, and they said they would have taken me to my kid s soccer game. I believe them. They re good people. If there was an issue, I m sure they d make it right.My only suggestion would be to have the mechanic that worked on the car leave a message or give it to the office when done about what he did, what to expect, etc. I guess that is more personal preference. My father was an auto mechanic, so I appreciate knowing who worked on it, what they did, what to expect, or what to watch for with the mileage on the car.

My car is feels a WHOLE NEW CAR! I took my car in to have the driver s side wheel bearing replaced, an alignment done, and a tire rotation done. They did an amazing job and did it very quickly! My car rides so smoothly and I feel so much safer now! Thank you!

My father and I took a couple cars here a year or 2 year ago and they did a awesome job fixing the transmission and the A/C system and a few other issues we had. Now that I'm working for Auto Plus Auto Parts they are a loyal customer of ours. It is my pleasure to always go back here if we have any issues with my car.

My family is always satisfied with the service that we get here. They are always friendly and courteous, our cars have always been fixed correctly and they don't take all day for simple things. I am also happy that their prices are usually lower than most places for oil changes and simple repairs. W definitely recommend them and I plan to remain a customer for a long time!
