Karl was great to work with. He looked at my car and did the diagnostic check. I then took it back another day, I had to drop it off after hours. He called me the next day and my car was fixed in record time. As a woman, it's always a concern that repair shops will take advantage of me. I didn't have that concern with Karl, it's nice to know there are still good people in the world.

I have known Karl for almost 20 years. In that time, I have had my own cars repaired, sent my children, friends, and family to him for repairs, and even provided towing service for him when I owned a towing company. Throughout all this time and different roles, I have found Karl and his crew to operate with honesty and integrity while making accurate diagnoses and timely repairs. If you need your car fixed right the first time for a reasonable price, you need to call Karl at Grayson Automotive. You might have to wait a little bit, because they stay busy because they are good, but they are all worth the wait.

I've only used them once for myself, so the fourstars reflect that.They were honest about what they did, and more importantly, what they didn't know. They gave me helpful suggestions on what could be done, on that particular problem.I also liked how the prices were laid out for me.

Karl is amazing. Someone fixed my car in atlanta and charged me more only to have the parts do more danage to my car. Karl came in, fixed the job correctly, and fixed all the damage for less than what the other guy did. He is amazing. We drive all the way from atlanta. We have been using Grayson Auto for our personal AND business vehicles for decades. They are honest mechanics that provide great service. If they feel something doesn't need to be replaced, they will tell you their opinion instead of just trying to take money out of your pocket. Do not use them. I made an appt to get tires and alignment done on my car. They told me to drop it Friday morning at 8. So i dragged 2 small kids out in the cold to drop off the car. Then 10 mins later they call me to tell me they dont have my tires and have no clue when they will come in but I can take a cheap tire to get it done. No thanks, they knew my tires were not there Thursday and instead of rescheduling they let me come out and drop thhe car, then wanted me to do it all again next week. No remorse of the hassle they put us through. NO THANKS!!! Go to Discount Tire they had me in and out in an hour!! Best service!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought a used car with a contingency in the contract that Grayson Automotive could do an inspection on it within 48 hours. Best decision I have ever made. They promptly found some very concerning issues; returned it to the dealer and got a full refund. These guys are awesome and I recommend them to friends and family all of the time. They have replaced the timing belt, water pump and clutch in my old car. They do great work, period.

So I ve been a customer with Grayson Automotive for a while now but I have a (used)new car, with new(to me)issues and so I brought it in for them to work on. My car is now up and running! I've been going to Karl and John since they were off North Rd. in Snellville. I cannot recommend them highly enough.At least twice (once my check engine light, the other a transmission issue) I came to them with what I thought would be a major issue and they handled it quickly WITHOUT even charging me. I have used Grayson Automotive for my general mechanic needs for almost 20 years. They have worked on numerous vehicles I've owned in that time period. They are always honest, fair, and friendly. I recommend them all the time to others looking for a good mechanic. We have even moved further away from the shop in the past five years and I still drive the longer distance, no hesitation. If it's in their wheelhouse, see them about it. You won't ever regret it.

I must commend Mr Karl and the entire Grayson Automotive for their truthfulness, punctuality, fair price, top rated service and professionalism. I bought a used 2012 Hyundai Elantra. I knew I was buying trouble because it had engine problem. I brought the car to Mr Karl and he fixed my car for me under $150. Ever since then, he won the heart of my wife and I. Don't judge this place by the outer appearance! My family has been going here for years and they are the only shop I trust with my cars. They don't charge you for inspecting your vehicle, where a lot of shops would charge you just to check it out. They are extremely honest and very competitively priced. Karl and his brother are very professional and deserve your business!

They quoted us $1200 for a job. The dealership quoted $950. J&M a few miles down the street did it for $759. The car runs great now and got warranty better than this too than this ripoff place. Maybe check with J&M before you waste money at this ripoff place. They are living off the great ratings from the previous owners.

Fantastic folks here. They're one of a kind and are always willing to help. One of the few shops that'll tell you that you "don't need to fix this right away". Very reasonably priced and extremely fair. Once got a 60 dollar inspection waived cause financing for the car fell through and I didn't end up buying it. Good ole boys who will bend over backwards to help you out. Will forever have my business. Would recommend for anyone in need of car repairs.

Karl was very helpful. My truck was on its last leg and he tried everything he could to get it running again. Then when it was decided it was not worth it to repair, he took the loss. He has me and my family's business for life! He has even given me awesome advice on what to look for it my next car purchase.

These guys really know what they're doing. If you want someone who gets the job done and more (if you want), than these are the mechanics for you. They recently changed their address to 3443 Diversified Dr, Loganville, GA 30052, so please go here instead of their old location off of scenic hwy. Best place to have your car worked on period. Very responsible prices.

The guys at Grayson Automotive have been taking care of our family's automotive mechanical repair needs for decades. They are the type of professionals that tell you when there is an actual problem and are equally as candid in letting you know a part or system has more "life" (i.e. saving money). When it comes to Jon & Karl it s a blender of Ethics & pure honesty. We being a car dealer service all our vehicles at Grayson Automotive. These guys are impressive! I went to them at the suggestion of a trusted friend for a second opinion on an issue I'd been dealing with so over 8 weeks, with a shop IvI' been doing business with for 14 + years. Needless to say, there was a big difference in the diagnosis. I don't know how much the bill is yet, they told me to drive it for the weekend to be sure they got it, and stop by Monday!! This is the first time I met Carl or John. Obviously, it seems their priority is getting it right. Hats off! Real class acts. Highly recommend this business.

My parents started using them when they had a 2 bay shop. They upgraded shortly after now recently upgraded again. That goes to show you they are honest and have people coming back over and over and recommend them constantly. They are amazing people (even though Carl is a cowboys fan). I would highly recommend giving them a try.
