I have recently had the pleasure of buying from this dealership. I traveled from Pennsylvania to Georgia and it was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone there was so nice, friendly and helpful. If and when I need to buy another vehicle I will be contacting Graham Automotive. Thanks again for everything!!

Purchased a used Ram 1500 pickup from Graham Automotive and my experience was great. The folks that work there were super low pressure and let me make the decision to buy, whereas some other dealers talk you into something you don't really want. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in and worked with me to meet the out the door price I was trying to get. I was so impressed, I had them put me on a list to be notified when they get a specific vehicle in so I can be one of the first ones to go down and check it out. They made a repeat customer the day they took care of me.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this dealership from out of state and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very first phone call through driving away in my new car, the experience was very positive.Stephan took a lot of time to assist me with all of the paperwork prior to my travel there. She understood that I was coming from out of state and went above and beyond to streamline the paperwork process. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she ensured that all necessary documents were in order well before my arrival.When I finally made the trip to the dealership, I was welcomed with open arms. The paperwork was ready, and the staff guided me through every step, making sure I understood all the documents and terms. The entire Graham team was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the car-buying experience shockingly simple.

I researched a 400-mile radius for two months, then drove over 100 miles (one-way) for a second visit with Ansley and Tim. They do everything the way I would want to do it if I were in the car business. Both times, the cars I looked at were cleaner and more appealing than I expected based on the ad, which was amazing. I am profoundly pleased with my purchase. My next car-shopping journey will begin at Graham Automotive.

Wow one of the the best used car place I been to in GA. Tim and Stefin truly helped us get into a amazing saturn and Tim was able to give a discount for being aDisabled veteran. Very nice people, Stefan helped me with the paperwork and get me right for my first dealership car experience. She explained plenty to me and was very patient. Tim helped me return my rental and brought me back to the dealership to bring my new car home. Very pleasant people, and received valuable advice from Tim a bought my car.

We bought a Dodge Durango from Graham Automotive and the staff there is incredible. Ansley and Stephanie were great and the rest of the employees were very helpful. It was a no pressure atmosphere and they answered all of our questions. We will definitely consider doing business with them in the future.

We have bought a lot of used cars over the years but Graham Automotive was hands down the BEST!! The process was seamless and we didn t spend our entire Saturday there completing paperwork. I definitely recommend them for your next used car purchase

They did a awesome job helping my mother through the process of getting a new car, answered any and all questions we had. And sold us a quality car, the key FOB battery was almost dead and they ordered us a new battery from a local parts store and had it brought to us before we left. She absolutely loves her car and I will most definitely come back when I m in the market for a new truck. Great folks at this dealer!

Was on my way to check out a car I had found online when i passed their dealership and could see they had a lot of nice vehicle's with prices on windshield.I turned around and went back and found one I liked and eventually purchased it after seeing the carfax and a couple of test drives.They were friendly and professional and easy to work with.I would recommend anyone searching for a used vehicle to stop in and check them out.

Traveled from the U.S Virgin Islands to purchase a used vehicle in GA. Our experience with Graham Auto was remarkable. They were very friendly and took time to explain everything and made sure we understood and had no questions. The vehicle we went to see meet our expectations and we had no reason to check elsewhere, especially with the explicit service that was provided. They were also willing to hold the vehicle at their location for the shipping company to come and pick up to ship to the USVI. I highly recommend this car dealership and will definitely do business with them in the future.

Making a long distance, sight unseen purchase can be difficult, but not with the crew at Graham Automotive. From the first call to Ansley, then working with Tim to get through all the details, us in Hawaii, our son on the military base in Georgia, license, tax, checks, carfax, photos and even had Tim put it on a rack and video the underneath of the vehicle for us. When that was all done, Mark came into the picture and made the delivery extra special, he made sure the car was clean, and drove it up to the visitors center to deliver to our son, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Many Mahalo's to the entire crew at Graham, real akamai people, our son is beyond excited !!!Aloha and Mahalo from Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii

Amazing experience! We happened upon Graham Automotive on accident, and couldn't be more pleased. Ansley and Mark were wonderful. Non pressure sales- Mark was there to tell me what I wanted to know and let the truck sell itself. Ansley made all the paperwork happen in a lightning fast amount of time, on a Friday afternoon, no less. Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Graham Automotive and from the moment I walked onto the lot they were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and were able to answer all of the questions I had. They made the whole process smooth, even with trading in a vehicle. My husband and I went to Graham Automotive to look at a specific Jeep Cherokee. We called before, and upon arrival, someone was outside waiting with the key. They made it so easy to test drive and answered all questions we had. Everyone was so helpful. We had a trade in and wanted to try to keep all payments exactly the same. They were easily able to get this done for us. This no haggle or hassle experience was so much better than a big dealership. We will forever recommend Graham Auto to anyone who asks!!
