So many great things to say about this company, they Go above and beyond, with checking out your car, giving you the best feedback on how to proceed with the information that was provided. They are very thorough when it comes to checking out your car so please be patient with them. Trust me, your car is in good hands. Will not take my car anywhere else but these two locations they have one in Loganville in Norcross.

UPDATE: I went back to Franky's to get some more work done on my car and Chris was just as exceptional as the first time. This time around I believe the job involved more intensive labor and Chris still gave me a very competitive price to get everything done. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and even explained some other potential issues my car may have. Got my car back in no time and it runs super smooth and have peace of mind knowing that it was taken care of. Chris and the team always do an amazing job and I will continue to come back here.I recently purchased a car that definitely needed work before my wife and I could use it. I was referred to Franky's and I do not regret it. When I first spoke with Franky's, he was very understanding of my situation and assured he would do whatever he could to cut down costs to get the car right. I can honestly say they did just that and they helped me save literally thousands of dollars. Throughout the repair process I worked with Franky and Chris and they were both wonderful to work with. They were patient and thorough in their follow up and were very honest with me the whole time. Chris was super helpful the entire process and made sure I was getting the proper updates and he even gave me a quote for a repair I want to get done in the near future without charging me for it. These guys are the real deal and I will definitely be going back. I ll tell you one thing about this shop. These guys DO NOT quit until you are fully satisfied. I had a warranty job I needed these guys to handle and they have exceeded expectations. I took my 2018 white Chevy Silverado in to have it checked as I know these transmissions tend to go out. I got a clean bill of health on the transmission but they found a stuck valve in oil pump. No problem. It s under warranty and even if it wasn t these guys are so very willing to work with you. This is one of the few honest shops that does everything the right way and by the book. I m a mechanic myself so I know what to look for and I m familiar with all processes and these guys take ZERO short cuts. I know I m not the easiest to work with I have my own shops and I don t have the ability to leave my truck for an extended period of time or else my shop stays closed and I lose revenue. These guys opened up on a Saturday to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied so I could return to work Monday. Do not go anywhere else. If you have the option to choose Frankys DO IT. I don t trust anyone with my vehicles but I m happy I can no longer say that. And a special shout out to the owner Gabriel. So professional, kind, thorough. I m glad someone is out here doing it right. Good job guys!!!!

Franky s recently worked on my vehicle and had to replace several different random things on my vehicle. They worked quickly and got my vehicle back to me in just 2 days. Chris in the office is Amazing! He had to work with my vehicle service warranty and myself to get authorization for the repairs and pushed back when they didn t offer to cover parts he knew they should. He stayed in contact and set realistic expectations all the way around. When I got my final bill it was less by a few hundred dollars than he originally quoted me. I was thoroughly impressed with the service he provided. If you need work done I absolutely recommend Franky s!

My 68 year old mom came to this establishment against our request to get her cv joints fixed. She was charged $712.00. She picked up the car, I drove the car later in the week to see if the problem was actually fixed. It was not. She contacted them and they told her she needed tires. She took the car to a tire shop that advised her she did not need tires. She took the car back to them for them to inspect, they then told her she needed additional work. They told her she now needed struts and sent her pictures of her old struts. The car is old of course the struts are going to look old. My husband took her car to our local trusted mechanic and he confirmed the cv joints had not been changed. We paid an additional 650 for our mechanic to change them and now the car runs fine. I would not recommend this place. They send pictures and make you feel comfortable because they are polite and friendly but in this instance they took my elderly moms money and nothing was fixed.Update: She brought it back to you and you told her it was now the struts that you would charge 900.00 for. The trusted mechanic guaranteed his work and stated if when he replaced the cv joints if that did not fix the issue that your establishment failed to fix he would not charge us. Since it fixed the issue, the appropriate and right thing to do is pay him. The real issue is the initial joints that you were paid to do were not fixed.You have your opinion and as a customer we have ours. Ultimately I would still not recommend your services to anyone.

My experience at Franky's was a good one. I went to have my Lexus serviced there this morning. Chris was great, very nice and professional. Edward worked on my vehicle. He was great and knows his stuff.

A very professional establishment. They have been the ONLY auto/body shop who has been communicative via phone calls along WITH PICTURES of my vehicle as they work to ensure it is taken care of as specified. I wish I found them sooner. I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Frank sold me a lemon car and now I am forced to take this matter to civil court after waiting patiently for him to resolve the issue. He sold me a lemon car on October 13 and it is now 1/10 and I still havent heard anything back from him. He refuses to take my calls and reply back to messages. He claims he's always in Miami. The car started smoking and quit on me in the middle of traffic/interstate within 6 hours of having the car. I do not recommend any service from Frank himself. I can't speak on the service department but if you want to purchase a car, and you a female stay away. THis man will take advantage of females and prey on us due to lack of knowledge about cars. STAY AWAY FROM FRANK!

Great communication, took my truck there needing some repairs after it sat for a while. Was able to get everything done in the matter of a few days & was updated as repairs were getting done. Very professional, straight forward & no nonsense. Highly recommend.

Had a very similar experience to many of the bad reviews that I've read brought my wife's car in for a belt to be replaced they then said it needed additional work done alternator etc. which I ended up paying $1200 they then tell me the car is ready for pickup and we get there car doesn't start they try to jumpstart it we eventually get Uber back home while they try to figure out he then tells me could be electrical issue but I told him this vehicle never had issues starting just needed a belt replaced now I have $1200 worth of work done for vehicle to be in a condition worse than what I brought it in I told the owner this isn't right that the vehicle wasn't in this condition when I (drove) it into his shop I would highly recommend reading these reviews and not bringing your vehicle to this businessUpdated the car wasn't sitting and the reason it was at two shops is because the first shop didn't do that type of work it was a tire place and you felt bad because you even said yourself it looks bad car not leaving the shop and customers waiting I wish you the best with your business but I wouldn't recommend you

My hybrid was acting up and after a search I was directed to this shop, it took only a few minutes for the mechanic to find the problem was with my battery and had me back on the road in no time!Update - I have a hoveround lift installed on my Ford Fusion , I noticed that my tires were rubbing on the fenders when I made turns so I sent it in. They replaced all my shocks same day for half the price the dealership quote was and still cheaper than what the tire store was asking for.Service: Electrical

As always I am never disappointed. This is a true family dynamic business. It is very hard to find a business that takes there time In wanting to know you as a person and not just fixing a problem with a vehicle. I Cant stress enough. I bring all of my family here. I drive a 2016 Honda Civic, I stopped in for a normal oil change and they told me about a noise I've been hearing was actually one of my wheel bearings going out, they gave me the option of repairing it and replacing the worn out brakes. The pricing was very fair and the work was done quickly after the parts arrived. They kept me informed every step of the way and used my phone to approve the work!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I visited Franky's Real Auto in Loganville,Ga on May 19th, 2023. They were referred to me by my waranty Co. I was greeted by Chis who was very hospitable. The warm greeting he gave was awesome. I also me with the owner Franky, who was extremely nice. When I say they took care of me and my vehicle, they really did a thorough job. So if you ever want your vehicle handled professionally, this is the place to bring your vehicle. I would travel far to let them take care of my vehicle. Everyone one at Franky's Real Auto were amazing. I don't know much about cars but they were all super patient and explained everything I needed. Of course, women are skeptical about going to mechanics because they are sometimes known to rip off women but this is NOT that type of place. I now found my go-to mechanic shop. The waiting area was clean and they provided beverages and TV while you wait. The mechanics came in to provide updates as well. I had an issue after I left the shop but I called and explained what happened and they were able to help me immediately. Very professional and they know what they are doing. 10/10Service: General repairs & maintenance

In this day of very expensive car repair any customer should be happy to bring their vehicle to Frankys Real auto . I am a repeat customer to their Loganville location and every time I have to come see them they are very professional knowledgeable and courteous . Okay, so over the weekend I had my oil change performed at a local dealership and was told that during the inspection they performed, I needed the front brake pads replaced soon. I opted not to have the service completed because I didn t feel like I needed it at that time nor did I want to be overcharged. So, I decided to do a Google search and read all of reviews of a few selected repair shops near me. Last Sunday, late in the afternoon I completed the online form for a quote for two repair shops. Guess what? Franky s Real Auto immediately responded to me. They also advised that a service advisor would reach out to me. Anyway, not only was I pleased that a service advisor followed up with me at the beginning of the week as promised, but the quote was extremely reasonable, I initially thought he was only quoting me the cost of the parts. I scheduled an appointment for the repair. Get this, when I brought my car in and Franky s Real Auto inspected my brakes they didn t find any immediate issues requiring brake pad replacement, and stated there was some wear but that there was a good amount of life left in my pads, at least three to four more months worth based on how often I drive my car, which is about four to five days out of the week. In the end, I didn t have unnecessary repairs performed and I was not charged for anything. This has NEVER happened to me before with any car repair shop. I will definitely be bringing my car back when my brake pads will need to be replaced and have made them my go to mechanic for future repair needs.Service: Brakes

Franky's real auto had been very helpful in handling my car situation even when I couldn't be present to take my own car to their shops. They kept great contact with me and guided me along very well as I had my car repaired. Franky s Real Auto was by far the best auto repair shop I have ever used. Their service was outstanding and their communication was impeccable. They completed the diagnostic testing and immediately advised on potential services need. I truly appreciate the service Jamie and Franky provided. After we were introduced to them. We refuse to use another mechanic. They were super detailed. Super thorough. Great prices. And I love that they are transparent. And when they fix something they take pride in their work. They make sure the job gets done right. Charged me for a service that wasn t even fixed upon me picking up my car. Tried to tell me my car was old and that it needed maintenance yet they still didn t fix what WE DISCUSSED. Literally paid $800 for nothing and then they tried to charge me extra to fix what was supposed to have been fixed in the first place!! Laughed in my face over the phone worst place of business ever. I have my receipt and everything the charged me for IS NOT FIXED

I ve been having Franky s Real Auto as my primary technicians for my rental fleet. They serviced over 20 of my cars for over 5 years. I trust them & highly recommend them. They do great work & come through in the clutch every time. I had a chance to stop by this new location & it s breathtaking. Incredible to see what they re doing for their customers, going above & beyond to make sure client satisfaction is #1

I have been trying to get someone to fix oil leaks forever and they were the ones to finally fix them.I went in for a coolant system repair and that too was fixed all in a timely matter. Very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

I was looking around to get new brakes for my Mercedes after going through a couple of dealers and independent shops their prices were just too high as I was driving by I noticed this new shop had just opened up so I figured ehh why not went in to check them out & instantly received such a warm welcome upon inspection of my car the guy gave me a quote including genuine oem Mercedes-Benz parts and labor at a ridiculously low price less than half of all the other shops and dealer in the area the amount of money that these guys saved me from not being ripped off from other places is truly a blessing in itself not only that but the guy even drove a good distance in order to get the parts for me because he understood that I was on a really tight schedule while also being concerned about my own personal safety and wellbeing he had to put on new brakes for me the same day instantly and in just under two hours even after past closing time I am officially a customer for life the service here is just absolutely above and beyond now tell me where in the world would you ever find that kind of service nowhere but here....Bet!Service: Brakes

I had a 2010 mustang GT with 88k miles that I wanted to get back to being reliable as I daily the car. I had no idea what the car all needed and was worried about being oversold. Franky walked me through the process showing me what and why I needed to replace each part and offered some seriously affordable options for each fix. Honestly blown away with how personable and helpful everyone here is. Recommending this shop to everyone I know for any regular maintenance or significant work.
