I was car shopping for almost three months before I found Executive Auto. I went to many dealerships that tried to take advantage of me and include multiple fees into the price. Besides that, it was difficult to find a car in my budget that I really liked. I was so excited when I found the perfect car within my budget at a dealership that has such good reviews. Shannon was amazing since the beginning, she answered all our questions and was super helpful every step of the way. The price was fair and she didn't try to push for additional service fees. I have been driving my car for almost two months and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely recommend Executive Auto!

I had the best experience when I went with my boyfriend to see the Buick encore preferred and he check my car from top to bottom and he didnt find anything wrong and Iwas so excited because I already bought the car in my head lol. Shannon, the sale rep made the experience so easy, pleasant and was patient with us. If you need a good reliable and good looking car like the Buick, Executive Auto have the best!! Ask for Shannon

What a great experience I had purchasing my mustang! Shannon was there to help every step of the way! Returning phone calls, keeping me updated, and overall great customer service. Would highly recommend stopping in and checking them out! The prices are very reasonable. Overall great car buying experience!

I honestly dreaded the thought of buying a new car, but Executive Auto listed a Camaro that checked all of my boxes. And to my surprise, from the first phone call to the final signature, the process was very streamlined! I never do reviews, but this purchase had to be an exception! I found Shannon and Jack to be honest and personable. We were immediately interested in letting them scope out another vehicle for us! And I love how they make you feel as though they appreciate your business! Breath of fresh air!

I am so grateful that we found Executive Auto!I had been looking and looking for a Honda Fit, well taken care of, mid mileage, and the prices were out of control. I was so tired and discouraged of prices being inflated by dealers and people trying to upsell me.And then came Shannon and Executive Auto! Shannon was such a great person to work with in this process. She was very straightforward, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Available for questions and concerns whenever needed. When I took the Fit I was scoping for a pre-purchase inspection the man told me it was so nice he would buy it for a family member! So grateful we found Executive Auto and had Shannon to help us. Highly recommended.

They have excellent reviews for a reason...over the last week or so I have been dealing with Shannon at Executive Auto. I have found her to be extremely professional, competent, and personable. She has gone out of her way to give me the information I requested to make an informed decision and she has been very honest. Through no fault of her own or of her dealership, I did not buy the vehicle.Although the vehicle I was looking at was quite nice, as were all of the vehicles at this dealership, it did not meet the extremely specific requirements that I was looking for. Had I not been looking for such an increasingly rare vehicle and narrow specifics, I have no doubt that I would have chosen this dealership.I will keep Shannon and Executive Auto and mind for the future and hope that I can someday do business with them.

This was the best experience, especially for my first time big vehicle purchase! And just the fact that they were willing to stay an hour past closing time to wait on my husband and I to arrive and even look at the vehicle. Shannon was so nice and wonderful to work with! HIGHLY recommend.

Shannon is phenomenal! Very personable, efficient, and FAST! I was in and out in less than an hour. She is very transparent and lets you know where you stand every step of the way. I highly suggest her to anyone looking for a gently used vehicle.

I had never bought a car online before. But I found the perfect little Fiat for me on the website. Both Jack and Shannon described it to me the exact way it is! Brand new. It is super clean and flawless. The transaction was smooth and Cherie was most helpful with the paperwork. Love love my new little car.

Just bought a 2015 Hyundai Azera Limited. Had a great experience with Shannon the sales manager and the owner Jack as well. Wasn't pressured into the sale and considering I was buying the car from over 500 miles away the car and took a chance that it was in good shape, and it was. It was in pretty much pristine condition when it was delivered considering it was 8 years old and had over 100,000 miles on it and when I took it in to AAA service center for oil change and radiator flush they even did a 50-point inspection on it and said everything was great just needed a new air filter that was it got a great price and great service from everyone at Executive Auto and would highly recommend.

Bough a 2016 Tacoma TRD from Executive Auto in October 2023, sight unseen (I live in VT). Jack sent me an on-lift video almost immediately after I requested it. Delivery (at my cost) was arranged by them and the truck was here within a week. It was a fair price and arrived as described. Neither myself nor my mechanic found any issues. Shannon was also really good to deal with throughout the process. I would definitely reach out to these guys next time I need a Southern vehicle.

Listen. Executive auto is the place to go when you're looking for great service. I recently purchased a luxury vehicle from Shannon. She sold it to me for fair market value. She quickly got my financing approved and mitagated all of my concerns. The entire purchase process was a breeze and the fastest I've ever been apart of. They had so many nice cars to choose from. Great experience from start to finish. We started our search at a couple of places closer to us, but we felt like we were just trying to be sold on the most expensive thing they had. Shannon listened to what we needed and not only found exactly what we were looking for but at a fraction of the cost. She walked us through the process and was always available when we had questions. Shannon the sales manager was AMAZING!! Through the whole process of financing the car I wanted , she was very nice and easy to talk to! She made me feel like I had known her forever! I never leave reviews...but in this case I'm changing my rules. Had a great experience with Executive auto. Deal was super simple, great folks, and Shannon had all the paperwork done when I arrived. A few signatures and I was on my way in my new to me truck. Highly recommend when shopping for a quality used vehicle.

As a first time car buyer, I was absolutely dreading the process (we've all heard our fair share of horror stories). I knew exactly what I wanted, however the selection was extremely limited. I had been looking for 4 months when Executive Auto listed the car for sale. I rented a car, one way, and made the 3 hour drive the following day. From the moment I entered the office, I felt at ease. The Sales Manager, Shannon Price, was extremely affable and I felt like I had known her years! After chatting for 30 minutes, we took the car on a test drive. This vehicle was immaculate!! It was a 2016, with 27000 miles, the interior looked and smelled brand new and the exterior didn't have a scratch on it. I was sold! I had already arranged the financing with my bank and Shannon had all of the paperwork prepared when we got back to the office. When I tried to obtain insurance, an error on my driving record was causing the rates to be extremely high. We spent the next 4 hours trying to find an affordable policy, so that I could drive the car home. Shannon was AMAZING. She jumped right in, making calls and offering advice. I was a basket case and an emotional wreck, she was patient, understanding, supportive and kind through it all. I wouldn't have been able to navigate through those 4 hours without her. She is so much more than just your typical sales person. She went above and beyond for me and I would have never gotten that type of help from another dealership!! You will not find a nicer selection of luxury and premium vehicles, combined with phenomenal service, anywhere else. Give them a chance to earn your business, I promise that you will be so glad that you did!!!

This was quite possibly the best dealer experience we ve had yet. Everyone was very kind, friendly and seemed like great honest people. Everything was as it appeared online. All of their vehicles on the lot looked too notch, not just the one we went after. They were willing to get creative when we ran into a hurdle with our bank as well.
