I have been taking my Mercedes to crown before they changed their name from Black Forest and they have been doing a great job of keeping me up and running. I have been pleased with their quality of service as well as their friendly customer service. This with the knowledgeable team and their fast turnaround times is a huge plus for me and I will continue to work and support them in the future.

I have received a complimentary text from Crown Auto Repair Team regarding that they would like to get my ready for Spring show enough I dropped the car off and first thing they've called me with recommendations and we agreed on it and in the same week I got my car back washed and cleaned.Thanks Crown Auto Repair!!!

The staff at Crown Automotive have always been very polite and professional. The ABS issue that we were experiencing with my wife s vehicle was addressed well and in a wry reasonable and timely fashion. My 2009 Mercedes C350 had issues with a strong fuel smell INSIDE of the car. Crown repaired it and said that the fuel pump was in good order, however they left it up to me to replace it while they were working on the fuel tank.Additionally , the previous owner of the shop told me that I needed motor mounts, however after seeing that noted in my vehicle record, the Crown technician informed that I did NOT need mounts. I truly appreciate the HONESTY.Crown has earned my business!!!

Received an oil change on my Volvo, tech informed me of services needed for my car. Great customer service and very helpful!! I will continue to use Crown for all of my cars!!

Been going here for a few years, always fixed my vehicle no problem, they also have helped me to find either a cheaper option or have helped with the price. I recommend anyone to go there if you want someone who you trust to not scam you and someone you can trust to fix your vehicle

Been going there since 2006, new name, new owner but still great service. They are the best around in servicing European cars, especially BMW and MB.Last visit was for a routine oil change, was done very quickly and you get also get to save instead of going to the dealership. I HAD A COOLANT LEAK, WATER PUMP & OIL FILTER HOUSING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. MADE AN APPOINTMENT ON A FRIDAY...MY CAR WAS FIXED & READY TO BE PICK UP BY NEXT THURSDAY. RESPECTFUL STAFF AT CROWN AUTO REPAIR. WILL BRING THEM MY BUSINESS FOR NOW ON.

I was sad to find out our mechanic retired but we used Crown and are very happy with the results, they found a few issues we were not aware that were as bad as they were but somewhat knew they existed and they fixed everything right up, also returned a part that was ordered for the SUV that didn't look right, so in looking out for us I have found a new place to go.

This is my one stop auto repair and maintenance company for my 750i and my Mercedes. Crown has an excellent, respectable, and highly experienced mechanic staff for European and luxury cars. They are excellent, genuine and their quotes are modestly reasonable, compared to dealer auto shops. I have been 100% satisfied with each repair or maintenance work they performed, from scheduled maintenance, to reprogramming my LED lights, in cabin air filter, to most rear differential housing and bushings replacement. Couldn t be more pleased with the work completed on my car. The communication, honesty, and price made my experience working with Crown Auto Repair, once again, a beautiful thing. Happy to drive ~100 miles to drop off my car even for a basic services, but this was a major one.
