Walked this morning to request service. I was asked if I had an appointment and I said no. I was then told it would take several days for me to be seen due to staffing. However your website shows I could have made an appointment as early as tomorrow. When I agreed to leave the vehicle the service person reemphasized that he would not be able to look at the vehicle for the 3 days. For that I responded that I d take my vehicle to Rick Hendricks. This dealership every time I ve visited has acted as if they didn t want my business after the sale. Since I ve owned the vehicle it is for that reason I ve used Rick Hendrick s for my servicing needs even though I live in the neighborhood where Colonial is located. Terrible service team here!

Came in today for oil change/tire rotation. Kimberly handled my service today. She was very pleasant and very professional. Very pleased with today's service

Took my car for repairs and had to spend ~$1k only to have the issue get worse just about 2 weeks later. I was asked to again pay $500+ for manhours alone and the car s even yet to be fixed. A total ripoff!

Colonial has been my go to service for almost 4 years and each time you feel welcomed. They are very quick and efficient in getting you in and out in a timely manner. I definitely recommend their service team.

pretty bad service. They did a bad job on my bumper. And then scratch all my paints. And they don't want to be responsible.

If you have $80000-$200000 to spend on a Truck or SUV so you can feel like your living in your vehicle This is the place....
