Really appreciate the fast turnaround on my vehicle repairs. Nick was super helpful and friendly as was all the staff I dealt with. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs.

I want to thank The guys at this location, especially Guy. He was very helpful. Very informative. He kept me updated while my vehicle was being repaired and they finished the job in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the job. It looked brand new. I think a good review is due, especially when the guys are so hard-working and focused on getting the job done and getting it done well and Making the customer smile. Classic collision you re the best. Thank you for everything and thank you for taking care of my car. We have a bond. lol

They are some of the kindest people in the repair business. We have had our vehicle repaired at another place with a previous accident and never received customer service the way we did there. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle. I never had a question as to what was going on and when it would be ready. My vehicle looked gorgeous the day we picked it up. Looked like it did when we bought it from the dealership. The entire staff was the nicest and most informative people that we have ever come in contact with.

Guy and his team are masters of their craft! They made the process of my repair quick, easy to understand, stress-free and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. Guy himself also fixed a little blemish on my trucks surface that he didn't need to do, but his attention to detail and service addressed the issue nevertheless. Although I hope I never have to have body work done again, there is ZERO doubt that Classic Collision in Loganville will most assuredly get my business if that need ever arises, a top notch group!

I've had 2 cars done there now. Both were beautiful. These guys are the real deal. They work fast to get an estimate done and constantly keep you updated. I never bothered them on progress. I wanted my cars done right and they were like off the showroom floor. Thanks guys your the best!!!!

So thankful for Bentley's in repairing my mom's car back to new.Nick was very diligent in keeping us updated on the status of the repair. He made sure everything was done right by refusing to accept parts that were damaged when they arrived. His care for my mom and her car was genuine. He wanted her happy. I am very pleased with my overall experience. My car looks better than it did before it got wrecked, the job was done faster than i thought it would be, and everyone there was pleasant to work with. This body shop has really great customer service and has apparently been around for a long time and never knew until recently. I highly recommend this place upon our first experience here. Very honest about what needs to be done, rather it be done right or Half-a**ed upon request of the customer. Also completed on schedule as they said it would. I know that it can't always be that way but for me they definitely got it on point. We will definitely be going here in the future.

I hit my car on a concrete post and it moved my fender preventing my passenger door from opening. They pulled it out free of charge! I've also been here before for a cracked windshield and they were quick, professional, and straightforward! Highly recommend anyone needing body repair to come here!!

Amazing and quick service at Bentley's. Alan was easy to work with. Great customer service, quick estimate, explained how getting a rental works...then I was out the door! What more can you ask for? I'll definitely be sending friends and family their way!

My son hit a guard rail so and this place wasn't on the list with our insurance but we went anyway. It took way longer to repair than it should have and was blamed on covid. My son went back to college and then discovered the trunk was getting wet. They only honor their work for 30 days and we couldn't get it back there in time. I called recently and new guy said the repair was last year. False. I have the paperwork and he acted like he didn't give a rip. We ended up paying almost $400 for a new back window to stop the leak because they didn't do it right to begin with. I will NEVER use this place again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

2018 Nissan Frontier purchased new in February 2019.First collision : was told the bedside would be replaced. Was not replaced... damage is visible still.Second collision: was told they would make additional repairs to bedside as well as replace all the body panels on driver side. ( from second collision)When truck was picked up (raining) looked good .... 4-5 weeks of solid rain..... then sun came out .... work is poor. Paint is obviously not original... texture... overspray on mirror and glass

Allen and the boys over there did such an excellent job on my truck I couldn't be happier!I had my corvette painted by a reputable chevy dealer in Duluth and it was a complete nightmare. These guys did %100 better the first time around and Allen even brought the truck to me when my schedule was tight. Because Allen and the boys over at bentleys I will never bring my any of my vehicles anywhere but Bentleys. Thanks for a great job guys!!Brandon

We suspect our truck was broken into while being kept in back storage of Bentleys. They brag about their security cameras but after waiting over a week to view the security footage now they say the owner is sick, so no one can show me the video. Will have to have the police department assist me with reviewing the so called security cameras that for some reason they do not want me to see. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a local news agency as well. Their lack of action is very suspicious. If this was their truck this would have been taken care of already. They are not people of their word. I will tell this story to as many people as I possibly can including Facebook, Twitter, consumer advocacy groups, Better Business Bureau, and as many more as I can think of. I offered to work this out with them which meant nothing to them.

Outstanding customer service. The owner, Mr. Traylor, provided me with a very quick proposal and explained the process that would take place the insurance company. Fortunately, I am not involved in accidents frequently enough to become familiar with the process. Mr. Traylor's explanation was exact.I communicated a drop off time via Email on a weekend and Mr. Traylor was very quick with a response. I received a call a day ahead of schedule that my vehicle was complete. I will refer friends and family to this amazing business. I hope I don't require Mr. Traylor's services again but if I do I will gladly go back. My vehicle looks new. Thanks Bentley's.

I had a car accident frm a 3rd party and there insurance provider recommended me to this office i wasn t sure and very skeptical at first but this is a very prompt well mannered business and there work is outstanding .. I use them for years they seem to have new management which is none didn't even call me back to give me a quote I'm so glad I got Caliber Collision instead

They were having computer problems but the guy took time out of trying to get the system back up came out to my car looked at took all my info it would be 5 stars if he would have gotten back with me that day and let me know something
