My husband and I love this place. Whenever we have any challenges with our benz, we immediately call Troy. I highly recommend Benztek. He s knowledgeable, fair, timely, and a really good guy.

I had my ml350 serviced here a few weeks ago and purposely waited to review it. I combed through the reviews endlessly before calling and setting my appointment. The reviews didn t disappoint. From setting the appointment with Brenda (hope I recall her name correctly) to speaking with Troy once he finished was above and beyond what I expected. Troy walked us through the minor issues that we will need to address later and the issue that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. The issues that needed to be taken care of were issues we had noticed already so having him confirm them without us hinting on them was wry nice. He made us feel comfortable, he sheared his knowledge, and was very detailed with his explanation/notes. I would definitely recommend Troy and Benztek to any new MB owners.

I picked up my 2011 C300 today from your shop, my car runs and feels so smooth, I can't remember the last time it felt like that. The price was reasonable, definitely bringing my car back for further maintenance. I have nothing bad to say about Troy and his team at Benz Tech. He s always been a man of his word and I trust his work completely. If you own a Benz. We took our GL550 in for servicing due to a suspension malfunction. Troy was very upfront about the cost and even tried to get our claim approved through our warranty. Although this repair could not be covered we were fine paying full price due to the service and care being provided to our vehicle. After picking up the car, we noticed another issue and Troy did not hesitate to take care of it. I ve had this vehicle since last year and after using Benztek I will never even return to the MB dealership for anything! Not even an oil change. Troys wife is the sweetest as well and I thank you both so much for covering me in care and love. You all had never met me before I walked into your office yesterday so your instant generosity was unexpected but greatly appreciated.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I am 60 years old and this is the best automobile repair facility I have ever used. The best trained Mercedes technicians (Mercedes Factory Master Technician) at a great price. I am several months overdue in leaving this review... I don't live in the area, but I was looking at a used GLK350 near Benztek. I wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done, and Troy's price was about a third of what the Mercedes dealer wanted. Troy was very thorough, including showing us the potential trouble spots. After owning the car for 6 months now - and just having it serviced by my local dealer - I can say Troy was spot on. I don't usually need to take my cars to independent shops because I have a close family member who is a mechanic, so I'm very grateful that the experience at Benztek was so positive.

Honest, transparent, Integral this is what comes to mind when considering Troy and his team at Benztek. They have provided excellent service when servicing our 14 GL350 Bluetech. After frustrating - and expensive, dishonest - experiences with the wrong mechanics for couple of months. I was finally referred Troy, a Certified Mercedes Benz mechanic, by one of 12stone Church members!!I can attest to my experience with Benztek Automotive as exceptional in every way.This is a family owned, truly an expert, charges are modest versus the competition of all the dishonest and unexperienced mechanics I met inthe past.Troy and his wife Brenda are simply very nice people.As for repairs, Troy is informative with his recommendation on what needs to be done, as well as very clear on the total cost. But most importantly, it is reassuring for me to know that someone who is as competent and reliable as Troy is working on my car.With that said, I highly recommend Troy, for his experience with Mercedes Benz for over20 years and fixing the problem on my 2007 C280.Thanks Troy and Brenda

I used this shop for a few months while getting work done on my car. Last time I visited I had my breaks changed. Within a week I was involved in an accident my wheel while still attached to the axle came apart up under my car on the highway. There was only one lug nut in the wheel holding it on..I did nothing to the car myself after visiting the shop. Cost me a car and money for accident.**edit . For a solid fact my car has been in your shop several times I leave reviews from a different email and under a different name so as not to be bugged by people wanting me to take down an honest review.

Took my Audi here from a friend s recommendation after a poor experience at the dealership. They were very honest with me, saying they d check out the car and see if it was something they had the manpower to fix. Luckily they did! Highly recommend.

It was the nicest encounter I'VE EXPERIENCED SINCE BECOMING A MERCEDES OWNER NEEDING ASSISTANCE, TROY IS TWICE AS NICE AS I HAD READ IN OTHER REVIEWS,AND SO VERY HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THESE CARS,I'M NEVER ALLOWING ANY OTHER SHOP TO TOUCH MY BABY,THE PRICE OF MY REPAIR WAS A VERY REASONABLE ONE,WHICH TRULY BLESSED ME ,TWO OTHER SO CALLED MERCEDES SHOPS TRIED BUT WE'RE UNABLE TO FIX MY BABY,BUT TROY WENT RIGHT TO THE TROUBLE AND THE REST OF THE STORY IS WONDERFULLY BLESSED I AM !!!!
