I've passed by Auto Master Tech several times, since I live very close by, and when I needed my Emissions test done, I rolled in there for the first time. My car didn't pass, but Justin--manager--asked some questions about my car battery.A few weeks earlier, I had to jump start the battery. He said that was the problem, as the sensors hadn't rebooted properly. He told me to drive it around town, only, running errands or whatever, for a few hours and it would reset.I did just that, then returned to Justin. My car passed the Emissions. A couple of months later, I was on Highway 29 and I could feel a problem in my back right tire. The tire pressure light went off.I was literally right in front of Auto Master Tech, again, so I just pulled in. One of the managers came out and took a look at the tire. He said, "Ma'am, you need new tires." He was right. I knew that I needed new tires for a while.I told him I just lived around the corner and could he put air in the tire, enough to get me home.He was nice enough to do that for me for no charge. He also told me that they could order tires for me and put them on, then gave me their brochure which lists all of their services and prices.All reasonable.So, I came back and ordered tires through them, and Justin was fantastic. Very honest place, in my opinion, and I will return for routine maintenance on my Honda, and whatever else may pop up as the car ages.Good group of professionals, in my opinion.Service: Tires

I have not had service from here yet, but I called this mechanic shop looking for a locksmith to program my key fobs. A kind gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and recommended that I call Peter from Ambu-lock, who provided me with excellent help and service. Based on this valuable recommendation alone, when I do need anything done to my vehicle I will be sure to bring it here. Thank you so much!

Honest manager and technicians with attention to detail. Zak and his team have been servicing our Nissans for almost 20 years, and we've gotten over 200,000 miles out of each of them. We won't take them anywhere else!

Great, honest service. Was far away from home on a road trip when experienced breaking noise. Zac immediately diagnosed that it was a worn outbreak and caliper issue. Me being in a desperate position from out of town he and his tech had plenty of opportunities to have me spend tons of money on new rotors but this honest man was able to put on new breaks and machine the old rotors so they run like new and didn t charge me anything extra. Thanks for good solid professional work!

Auto Master Tech has been taking care of all my family vehicles for over 20 years. They do great work for reasonable prices. Highly recommended. No financial association, just a satisfied customer.

So thankful for an auto repair shop that I can TRUST! These guys are honest, fair and do wonderful work. As a mom with a car full of kids it gives me peace of mind to know that I m as safe as possible in my vehicle. If you re looking for a reliable mechanic, this is the place to go!

Zack & Casey at Auto MasterTech are highly recommended. My girlfriend found Auto MasterTech shortly after she moved to the greater Atlanta area 8 years ago and has used them for all the family cars since. I began using them 4 years ago and have never doubted their diagnosis. I never had to return because something they did wasn't done right. Auto MasterTech is nowhere close to our neighborhood (13 miles away) but worth every penny of the repair/maintenance cost and the time to drive there.These guys really know Honda well, if you drive one, bring it to them for service.

I have had all of my service done here since 1994. The work is always excellent and the price is always fair. They never try to sell you anything you don't need. I highly recommend AutoMasterTech to anyone who needs any automobile service done.

We recently worked with Zach on helping our son, who is currently in college out of state, purchase a vehicle. First, the vehicle sold to us was in great condition, and we were able to negotiate on price. Second, Zach went over and beyond in working with our son on signing paperwork, etc. This purchase took almost 2 weeks and Zach agreed to hold vehicle for purchase until we could work through all logistics. We cant say enough about how well we feel like we were treated, and also the engagement level in working with a unique situation. Thank you again!

Auto Master Tech is awesome! Casey and Zack are very honest and hard-working. Cars are fixed in a very timely manner and the prices are competitive. They have worked on our cars for years and we will continue to use them.

I am here in Lawrenceville visiting family, drove in from the Tampa Bay area where I live. I noticed during my trip that a rubber shield was hanging below the car on the passenger's side. My brother-in-law recommended I go to Auto MasterTech and have them look at it. Zach reattached the shield in about 10 minutes and didn't even charge me to do this. What great service! Thank you so much!!

Great service, I trust no one else to repair my car.I use to do my own auto repair.But I got older and I don't have the time. It is a relief to find someone who would fix AND maintain my vehicles the way I would. Now, I take it to Auto MasterTech for the big things as well as the little things like oil-changes. They use quality parts and know how to fix and maintain Mazdas and Hondas.

i had a repair done here, picked up my car and was informed by casey that his mechanic hated my car.that the car went up and down 4 times and they had to remove the powerstearing then after having a problem develope i called and left a compliant they said they would call me back to let me know if they where open mon the 25th.they never did. so i called and they told me it wasn't their fault and they would need a whole day to look at it. so i now have a appointment to get my car inspected for inproper maintenance. oh yeah and i paid 600 plus for my last repair and the comment i got when complaining was oh we changed the thermostat there's no way. not to mention when i picked up my car the blue tooth sync diddnt work after they fixed it they failed to fix the console. after my inspection i plan to report them to the BBB. and master tech when you read this do the right thing and accept that im not full of crap. this issue has been ongoing since shortly after your repair and nasty comments

Don t look any further; this is the right place to fix your car. Prompt service and very honest staff is something very hard to find these days. I was very impressed how knowledgeable guys are and very helpful. I would highly recommend Zak and crew!

Went for an oil change. Had to wait a little longer than expected. But when I went to pay the guy gave me a discount for that wait. So I would definitely recommend this business. At least for the services I have used them for.

when I arrived and parked my car , the guy was ignorant with me , gave bad answers , and then closed the door in my face , I was having some doubts as to why my car did not emission so when I opened the door then asked to close I said I would not answer no more questions , bad place I do not recommend , his attitude is not that of a professional I do not recommend this unit 2514 Cobb pkwy Kennesaw , 05/01/2022 what happened at , 3:32
