I visited this location on Jan 16th to make a return on a previous purchase. I dealt with Dave at the service desk. Not only did he make sure I had the right part , but he went beyond the Call of duty to ensure that I didn't repurchase unnecessary material. He took the time out to make the appropriate exchange with minimum coming out of pocket. He and his team took the time too ensure that I had the correct part. They were not interested in making me purchase something I did not need. I would send my wife or mom to purchase from them confident that they will take care of them.I definitely recommend this location for your next vehicle parts purchase.

I have a 2002 GMC Envoy that needed a new rear windshield wiper. I made the mistake of buying a new blade from Walmart and the blade didn t fit. I went to Advance Auto in Loganville and Dave replaced the old blade with a new one that fits. His outstanding customer service was heartwarming.

I was there for a gas cap.. it was bad, so I returned it.. The replacement was a different brand but looked identical to the other gas cap.. 8.00 more. So I paid cash.. I was do 9.54.. the cashier told me he didn't want to deal with counting change and gave me 9.50 back.. now I don't need the 0.04 cents, but it's the principle.. I didn't bother to fuss because of the amount..

Sold me a wrench to remove my son's car battery. Didn t offer any assistance, so after struggling a bit and feeling a little embarrassed we left. We ended up at Auto Zone where I didn t have to lift a finger. There was no way I was gonna take a chance on having to install a new battery as well. The wrench I purchased is still in my car with the tag on it.

No exaggeration, this will now be the only auto parts store I use as long as I live here. Mark was one of the best people I have ever met. He tested our battery, removed the old one, and installed the new one. Even though our vehicles battery was in a horribly awkward spot, he didn t complain once and it never deterred him. We didn t even ask him to replace it for us, he just did it! By far the best experience I ve ever had at a parts store!

Great service and friendly staff!! I came in for a battery replacement on my key fob, and Ross helped me out. He provided efficient service and was very kind. Got me in and out on my lunch break. This place is great!

Wen around 4:00pm today. The gentleman there was more than helpful! Excellent customer service. The woman in there acted like she didnt want to help. Lied to my face about price matching, thank God the gentleman cared enough to check the system. Got me a great deal! Thanks guy! Would have been 5 star if it wasnt for her.

I had a really bad experience yesterday at the Grayson location and to be honest would have took my business elce where. The manager is rude and dose not know how to talk to people. I had a issue with my battery and was told to take my battery out at night and replace it in the morning? Not good customer service at all. Joe at the Loganville store is awesome i will drive to this location from now on even though it is further from home.

Had what I needed. Clerk was friendly and efficient. Prices were higher than other places but I only needed some small things.Added later: Do not buy the house brand wiper blades. Not only are they overpriced but they re terrible quality. The worst I ve ever used. I drove to Texas with them but threw them in the trash when I got there and replaced them with cheaper but better ones from Walmart.

One of there staff had a bad attitude when I returned an item. I literally walked outside and saw that the item would not fit on my vehicle. I came back in to return it in unused perfect condition and got a bad attitude in return. The lady acted like "how dare you make me do some work" . She was not friendly or personable. That location should do a better job of training there staff to provide good customer service even when they don't want to be there.

Outstanding. Advance Auto is my go-to auto parts store. Never disappointed at any location. Less than 10 minutes in and out with brand new battery. Excellent customer service

Always ask for andre he is very persistent and helpful as can be but the general manager up there is a real JERK. Needless to say if he's there and there is a line I will wait for Mr. Andre or Mr. Mark.

I needed a caliper they didn't have in stock unlike AutoZone which could have it the next day, Advance had it the same day at 5 o'clock, that's great service and it came with a lifetime warranty.Thanks Advance for the great part and service.

Highly recommend. Dann at Advance was a lifesaver, he went above and beyond. We started having a serious misfire on our 98 Honda Accord while on our way south on the interstate. We went to Advance to get some direction on what might be the cause. Dann was able to help us narrow things down with his code reader and expertise. We were able to purchase the spark plug wires right there, replace them and be on our way. Thank you Dann, you saved our weekend!
