They did an awesome job all around! They found a problem other mechanics couldn t find in my car, and gave me a great price to fix my coolant leak and a number of little things with it! I m super satisfied and will definitely be back!

Alpha saved me twice: once from getting bad gas on Christmas Night 2023, and now from some horrible friction noise noise due to breaks and rotors, and a catalytic converter. Did it hurt my wallet? Yes, but they put in that work! I feel as confident as ever driving my 16 yr old truck. I love the fact that they guarantee their work as well. Being a GA resident for only 8 months, I'm glad I was able to find this team of professionals!

I m from Canada, my car broke down on the I75 and was towed here. They were very helpful and looked at my car quickly. I appreciated their help. Although they weren t able to help me I wish they could ve bc my experience at McDonough Hyundai where they sent me was a nightmare I never want to relive.

I got my brake pads replaced here, and they weren t quite right the first time. They made an unusual noise after getting them replaced. BUT, the owner replaced them AGAIN with different brake pads (not making me pay anymore) and said he wanted to make sure they were replaced properly! He said that s what he would do for his family, so that s what he wants to do for others. It s not many places that treat you like family when you are a random customer! I appreciated it so much! And my brakes are not making a strange noise anymore! They are working perfectly! The guys at the desk with Alpha automotive are very knowledgeable, and will explain everything to you to the best they can. And from my experience they will try to save you money if they feel a repair doesn t need done at that time or save you money on current repairs being done if possible.. I recommend you give them a visit if your looking for a decent repair shop .

The best people in the business. My car had a minor sound while on the highway and these folks right here got it fixed in no time even tho it was lunch time. Affordable and reliable folks.

They did a diagnostic test on my 2004 Lexus. Now I am at aware of my car. They repaired my brakes and installed tires. They also replaced my stabilizer bar. Do far, no problem but I have not driven the car much.

I went in there for a slow leak on one of my tires.They found a nail in 2 tires. They fixed them both for me and I was out the door.Everyone was really friendly and energetic and made me feel like I have been going here for years.Prices are affordable and just watching how they interacted with other customer, they didn t try to upsell anything and wasn t pushy when a service was turned down.I will be going back again in the future if I need help with a tire.

We had a very unfortunate situation where our car overheated on 75. The towing company recommended alpha.Being from out of town we had no idea what to expect.These guys are awesome. They were very honest about the situation, and we re friendly and cordial through the whole thing.They even offered us great advice on how best to get back on our trip. Avoiding 75 and taking less busy side road. Turned out to be great advice.You want to feel comfortable when people are working on your car and these guys really achieve that. We trust that we got the best service possible. 5 stars.

Pretty good service was able to get in right away but the 135 fee just to look at a car is crazy, I guess since I was just passing through they know they had me over a barrel but they could at least put that fee towards the repair like most places 2008 ford explorer (alternator replacement)

Amazing Customer Service! Traveling out of state northbound on I-75, I experienced a flat tire. Could not change it as my wheel lock key was missing. I approached Alpha at 8 am when they opened. They were able to get the tire off by 9 am, and ordered me a new one. When they learned that the new tire could not be delivered until 4 pm, they went and picked it up at the warehouse themselves, remounted and balanced it, and put it on my car. They also ordered four new lug nuts and replaced all the locking lug nuts so that I could drive home without worrying about getting my tire off if I had another flat. I was back on the road by noon. Awesome people! Friendly and professional, they followed through on the service they promised me. In this day and age, it was "Amazing Customer Service". I highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Auto tire replacement

This is the place where you want to go for any work on your vehicle. I've been skeptical of mechanics, but the amount of care they put into making sure I was taken care of was amazing. One of the guys that worked there looked up recalls to see if my vehicle had any open that needed to be taken care of. He found one called a dealership and connected me with them. Most places wouldn't do that. They'd talk you into spending a bunch of unnecessary money. That wasn't the case, and I appreciate Alpha Automotive for that!Go there for any of your car problems you'll be in good hands!

The only difficulty was with getting the claim to the Warranty company - Protect My Car - for a better start on getting my car repaired. That was a very up setting situation and my involvement of sending emails from Paylink. Calling Protect my car back and forth was difficult for me however. ALPHA Staff was very supportive. Thank you.

We ve used Alpha (formerly Brickyard) for years now. They have always treated us very fairly and honestly, never trying to up-sale us. They answer my questions willingly and informatively.Lately, when I blew a tire nearby and couldn t get the lug nuts off in the rain, they took my car in as they were closing shop for the day (it was 10 minutes past closing!) They went above and beyond just putting the spare on! They swapped the front and the rear to make it even safer to drive until I got a new tire. I didn t even reveal that I was a client until the end (my husband usually takes the car)! So all of this was out of the kindness of their hearts.I was loyal to them before, but now even more so! Alpha Automotive in LG really takes care of people! (I think one of the names was Mark).Service: Tires

Friendly professional from the moment you walk in the door EVERYONE greeted me!They let you know exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and send you an invoice with all the estimates before doing any work. I was looking for a place to take My car and now I've found it.I will return .....but hopefully no time soon:)

My brother and I purchased a car with DriveTime and has an issue with the battery the dealership have is a list of automotive shops to choose from to get it fixed. When we arrived here the attendants were talking to a gentleman to which they had had his car for over a month but it still wasn t fixed. That should have been our cue to leave but we are patient people and everyone s experience isn t the same. We explained the situation and that we are with a company called SilverRock that will pay for the repairs and everything went south in a horrible way. The men behind the counter wanted to make us pay for a diagnostic even though we knew it was an issue with the battery. They refused to call SilverRock even after we informed them that we only had the car a week. It got extremely heated. I was able to get my brother out of there before police were called the guys were just uncooperative and rude basically. We went to Pep Boys in McDonough and got fixed right up by Kevin, he knew exactly what to do got on the phone with SilverRock and switched out the battery. It took maybe 45 minutes. So in closing DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!!!!!! They will give you the run around and they are extremely selfish with no level of customer service.

Went in for an alignment and rotation, they said an alignment would be a waste bc I needed new tires (which I knew but could not afford yet). So they only did the rotation. They could have easily ripped me off with an unneeded alignment but they didn t.

The service at Alpha is excellent.They examined our son s bike, made recommendations (very reasonable) and work was performed in a very timely manner - even when a part has to be ordered. Very quick very nice service The only problem I ran into is the person that changed my tire did not bother to make sure there was enough air in my spare and therefore further down the road I had to pull over and put air in it That was the only problem but that could have been a big big problem

Bill helped us out when we had a flat tire on the interstate. Even though they didn t immediately have the tire we needed and didn t perform our repairs, they helped us find a place that did and made sure that we were safe! Thank you for being there and being so kind!!
